KLASSEGREAT
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kondensator für Dampfmaschinen, bei welchem der Abdampf in bekannter Weise durch Kammern geführt wird, die von einem Luftstrom umspült werden. Die Neuerung des vorliegenden Kondensators besteht darin, daß das Kondensationswasser in ein mit Löchern versehenes Rohr tritt, welches in.einer Auslaßkappe angeordnet ist, die am vorderen Ende offen und am hinteren Ende mit einer engen Öffnung versehen ist, so daß beim Eintritt von unkondensiertem Dampf letzterer sich mit der an den Hohlkammern vorbeistreichenden warmen Luft mischt und dadurch unsichtbar wird.The invention relates to a condenser for steam engines, in which the exhaust steam is passed in a known manner through chambers around which a stream of air flows. Wenn, wie auf der Zeichnung dargestellt, drei Reihen von Hohlkörpern 1 vorgesehen sind, so ist eine der oberen Röhren 3 mit einem geeigneten Dampfeinlaß 9 versehen und :die anderen oberen Röhren 4 und 5 sind mittels Röhren 10 und 11 mit den unteren Röhren 6 und 7 verbunden, so daß der in das erste obere Rohr 3 eintretende Dampf durch das Innere der damit verbundenen Scheiben in das Rohr 6 strömt, um dann durch das Rohr 10 zu fließen und durch das Innere der damit verbundenen Scheiben 1 in die Röhre 7 zu treten und dann durch Rohr II aufwärts in die letzte Reihe der Körper 1 zu strömen. Unter gewöhnlichen Umständen wird hierbei aller Dampf kondensiert und das Wasser fließt in das Rohr 8, von welchem es durch die Löcher 12 in die Austrittskammer 13 tritt und an der engen Öffnung 14 ausfließt.
