Abstract

Proceso para fabricar materiales de construcción a partir de "lodo papelero"; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a. homogeneización, b. prensado a una presión entre 0,98 MPa y 6,86 MPa,c. secado a temperatura inferior a 110°C con control de humedad entre 30 y 80%, e d. impermeabilizado. Proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque la etapa homogeneización del "lodo papelero" comprende reducirlo a partículas con un tamaño entre 0,1 mm y 20 mm. Proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque preferiblemente la presión ejercida sobre el material durante la etapa b) de prensado está entre 1,41 MPa y 6,86 MPa. Proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3 caracterizado porque preferiblemente la presión ejercida sobre el material durante la etapa b) de prensado está entre 4,90 MPa y 6,86 MPa. Proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque preferiblemente la temperatura de secado es de 42°C a 90°C y la humedad relativa está entre 30 y 60%. Proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque si la temperatura del lugar donde se realiza el proceso es inferior a 14°C, la etapa de secado se realizará en hornos o equipos para calentar y deshumidificar el aire de la cámara.
