技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种作为充气轮胎中用的密集型钢帘线，特别是涉及通过保持或提高钢帘线的性能，同时减少所需钢帘线，从而能够减少轮胎的重量，并能够降低生产成本的轮胎用带外缠绕钢丝的二十四股高强度钢帘线。
背景技术
现有钢帘线的钢丝之间几乎没有间隙，使得橡胶很难渗透进钢帘线中，引起钢帘线与橡胶的粘合力下降。而且由于橡胶不能充分渗透到钢帘线中，在钢帘线的单丝中可能有空隙，这些空隙起到导流潮气或盐渗透进钢帘线中，当轮胎被反复挠曲时，钢帘线可能加速腐蚀，降低轮胎的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种耐疲劳、耐腐蚀性能好，占轮胎重量比小的带外缠绕钢丝的二十四股高强度钢帘线。
本实用新型为一种带外缠绕钢丝的二十四股高强度钢帘线，它由25根钢丝组成，最里层为3根钢丝，其钢丝截面排列呈三角状态，中间层由8根钢丝组成一圈层，外层由13根钢丝组成一圈呈五边形截面状态，外层外侧设有一根外缠绕钢丝；里层和中间层为s捻状态，捻距为12.5mm，外层为z捻状态，捻距为18mm；外缠绕钢丝是s捻向，捻距为5.0mm。
本实用新型一种带外缠绕钢丝的二十四股高强度钢帘线，由三层组成，最后再加一根外缠绕丝。最里面两层捻距捻向相同，提高了耐疲劳性能。由于外层钢丝不能将内层完全包住，有一定的间隙，所以提高了渗胶性能，耐腐蚀性强。且由于使用了高强度钢丝，所以在保证轮胎安全系数达到要求的前提下，可以减少帘线重量，降低轮胎重量和轮胎厂的生产成本。

根据图1所示，本实用新型带外缠绕钢丝的二十四股高强度钢帘线，它由25根钢丝组成，最里层为3根钢丝，其钢丝截面排列呈三角状态，中间层由8根钢丝组成一圈层，外层由13根钢丝组成一圈呈五边形截面状态，外层外侧设有一根外缠绕钢丝；里层和中间层为s捻状态，捻距为12.5mm，外层为z捻状态，捻距为18mm，钢丝与钢丝之间形成不太规范的点接触，最外面是一根外缠绕钢丝，外缠绕钢丝是s捻向，捻距为5.0mm。钢丝截面为圆形。
