背景技术
目前的工程胎用钢帘线存在着强度小，承载能力小。钢线股之间为面接触，所以各层单丝之间可以移动的空间小而柔性差，耐疲劳性能差，使用寿命比较短。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种工程胎用钢帘线，它不但承载能力强，而且耐穿刺、耐渗胶、耐腐蚀性能以及安全性好。 
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种工程胎用钢帘线，它由帘线体和缠绕在帘线体外的外缠绕钢丝组成，帘线体和外缠绕钢丝之间为交互捻，所述帘线体由芯线和缠绕在芯线外的六根钢丝股编捻而成，所述芯线由三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝同向编捻而成，所述的每根钢丝股由三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝同向编捻而成。 
所述的芯线的三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝编捻的捻向相同，芯线的钢丝捻距5.0~16.0mm，芯线中各钢丝直径为0.175mm。所述的钢丝股的内层三根钢丝、中间九根钢丝与外层十五根钢丝的捻向相同，所述钢丝股的各钢丝之间为点接触，钢丝股钢丝捻距5.0~16.0mm，钢丝股中各钢丝直径为0.175mm。 
所述的外缠绕钢丝的捻距为5.0mm，外缠绕钢丝直径为0.15mm。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用如上述技术方案后，钢帘线由芯线和缠绕在芯线外的六根钢丝股外加一根缠绕钢丝编捻成型，共由一百九十根钢丝组成，强度高，承载能力大。钢线股之间为点接触，所以各层单丝之间可以移动的空间大而柔性强，耐疲劳性能好。芯线与钢丝股与帘线体为交互捻，钢丝股之间渗胶，橡胶能充分渗透到钢帘线中，耐腐蚀性能，安全性好，延长了轮胎的使用寿命。

在图1中，本实用新型提供了一种工程胎用钢帘线，它由帘线体和缠绕在帘线体外的外缠绕钢丝组成，帘线体和外缠绕钢丝之间为交互捻，所述帘线体由芯线1和缠绕在芯线外的六根钢丝股2编捻而成，所述芯线1由三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝同向编捻而成，所述的芯线1的三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝编捻的捻向相同，芯线1的钢丝捻距5.0~16.0mm，芯线1中各钢丝直径为0.175mm，所述的每根钢丝股2由三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝同向编捻而成，钢丝股2的内层三根钢丝、中间九根钢丝与外层十五根钢丝的捻向相同，所述钢丝股2的各钢丝之间为点接触，钢丝股2钢丝捻距5.0~16.0mm，、钢丝股2中各钢丝直径为0.175m，所述的外缠绕钢丝的捻距为5.0mm，外缠绕钢丝直径为0.15mm。

1.一种工程胎用钢帘线，其特征是它由帘线体和缠绕在帘线体外的外缠绕钢丝组成，帘线体和外缠绕钢丝之间为交互捻，所述帘线体由芯线（1）和缠绕在芯线外的六根钢丝股（2）编捻而成，所述芯线（1）由三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝同向编捻而成，所述的每根钢丝股（2）由三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝同向编捻而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述工程胎用钢帘线，其特征是所述的芯线（1）的三根内层钢丝、九根中间钢丝与十五根外层钢丝编捻的捻向相同，芯线（1）的钢丝捻距5.0~16.0mm，芯线（1）中各钢丝直径为0.175mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述工程胎用钢帘线，其特征是所述的钢丝股（2）的内层三根钢丝、中间九根钢丝与外层十五根钢丝的捻向相同，所述钢丝股（2）的各钢丝之间为点接触，钢丝股（2）钢丝捻距5.0~16.0mm，钢丝股（2）中各钢丝直径为0.175mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述工程胎用钢帘线，其特征是所述的外缠绕钢丝的捻距为5.0mm，外缠绕钢丝直径为0.15mm。
