Abstract
一种新型双螺杆泵,包括泵体和转动支承在其内的两根螺杆,所述的两根螺杆相互直接啮合,其中一根为主动螺杆,其一端的轴密封穿出泵体。所述的螺杆的螺纹横截面的双腰一侧采用含渐开线与延长摆线组成,另一侧采用延长摆线组成,也可采用其它可啮合的曲线组合构成。本实用新型能大幅简化泵的结构,减小泵的体积,效率增加,成本降低。由于螺杆的螺纹可相互紧密吻合,故螺杆传动时就象一对斜齿轮啮合,故两螺杆间的间隙减小,螺杆的刚性增大,使输出压力增高。

本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆泵。
背景技术
现有的双螺杆均带有一对动力齿轮,用来驱动两根螺杆。虽然传动时可使两螺杆面不接触,但由于有这一对齿轮,使泵的整体结构大为复杂,体积庞大且增加耗能,还增加了制造成本。
本新型内容
本实用新型的目的是给出一种不用上述一对动力齿轮的双螺杆泵,以简化结构,减小体积,降低成本。
为了达到上述的目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:包括泵体和转动支承在其内的两根螺杆,所述的两根螺杆相互直接啮合,其中一根为主动螺杆,其一端的轴密封穿出泵体。螺杆的螺纹横截面的双腰一侧采用含渐开线与延长摆线组成,另一侧采用延长摆线组成,也可采用其它可啮合的曲线组合构成。
采用上述技术方案后,就能大幅简化泵的结构,减小泵的体积,效率增加,成本降低。由于螺杆的螺纹可相互紧密吻合,故螺杆传动时就象一对斜齿轮啮合,故两螺杆间的间隙减小,螺杆的刚性增大,使输出压力增高。

如图1所示,3和4为对称放置的两个螺杆,7为支承螺杆的轴承,1为与电动机相连接的泵轴。油从螺杆两头的入口5吸入,从两螺杆中间的出口6输出。两根螺杆3和4转动支承在泵体2内,两根螺杆3相互直接啮合,其中螺杆3为主动螺杆,另一螺杆4位从动螺杆。
如图2所示,这是单进单出的结构,是上一实施例的一组。3和4为螺杆,7为轴承,1为与电动机相连接的泵轴。油从螺杆的一头的入口5吸入,从另一头的出口6输出。油可以从近电机一端输入,也可从远电机一端输入,视设计而定。
如图3所示,所述的螺杆的螺纹横截面的双腰之一采用含渐开线ab与延长摆线bc组成,另一侧采用延长摆线de组成,也可采用其它可啮合的曲线组合构成。

1.一种新型双螺杆泵,包括泵体和转动支承在其内的两根螺杆,其特征在于:所述的两根螺杆相互直接啮合,其中一根为主动螺杆,其一端的轴密封穿出泵体。
2.根据权力要求1所述的新型双螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述的螺杆的螺纹横截面的双腰一侧采用含渐开线与延长摆线组成,另一侧采用延长摆线组成,也可采用其它可啮合的曲线组合构成。
