Claims (10)
1. An air conditioner roof assembly system, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a first conveying line and a second conveying line which are in the same conveying direction, wherein the second conveying line is positioned on one side of the first conveying line, the first conveying line is used for conveying a top cover assembly, and the second conveying line is used for conveying an air conditioner main body;
along the conveying direction of the first conveying line, a decorative strip pressing mechanism, a reinforcing plate installing mechanism and a lifting conveying mechanism are arranged on one side of the first conveying line; a top cover fixing mechanism and an identification bonding mechanism are arranged on one side of the second conveying line; the lift conveyance mechanism conveys a cap assembly from the first conveyor line onto the second conveyor line.
2. An air conditioner top cover assembling system as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
a first vision device, a second vision device and a third vision device are arranged on the second conveying line, the first vision device is positioned at the upstream of the lifting and conveying mechanism along the conveying direction of the second conveying line, and the first vision device is electrically connected with the lifting and conveying mechanism; the second visual device is positioned between the lifting and conveying mechanism and the top cover fixing mechanism, and the third visual device is positioned between the top cover fixing mechanism and the mark bonding mechanism.
3. An air conditioner roof assembly system as set forth in claim 2 wherein:
the first visual device, the second visual device and the third visual device are identical in structure and comprise a support frame and a visual lens, the support frame stretches across the second conveying line, and the visual lens is arranged on the support frame and faces the second conveying line.
4. An air conditioner top cover assembling system as set forth in claim 2, wherein:
the decorative strip pressing mechanism comprises a pressing rack, a pressing plate and a pressing motor; the pressing machine frame stretches across the first conveying line, the pressing motor is fixed to the pressing machine frame, the pressing plate is arranged at the output end of the pressing motor, and the pressing motor drives the pressing plate to move up and down above the first conveying line.
5. An air conditioner roof assembly system as set forth in claim 4 wherein:
the pressing machine frame is provided with a guide rod, one end of the guide rod penetrates through the pressing machine frame, and the other end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the pressing disc.
6. An air conditioner roof assembly system as set forth in claim 2 wherein:
the reinforcing plate mounting mechanism comprises a reinforcing plate feeding machine and a reinforcing plate fixing machine; the reinforcing plate feeding machine is arranged at the upstream of the reinforcing plate fixing machine along the conveying direction of the first conveying line, the reinforcing plate feeding machine comprises a feeding frame, a lifting mechanism and a suction mechanism, the feeding frame spans over the first conveying line, and the lifting mechanism is arranged on the feeding frame and can move on the feeding frame; the suction mechanism is arranged on the lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism drives the suction mechanism to move up and down above the first conveying line, and the suction mechanism comprises an electromagnetic suction head.
7. An air conditioner top cover assembling system as set forth in claim 6, wherein:
the reinforcing plate fixing machine comprises a lifting cylinder and a wire drilling machine, the lifting cylinder is arranged above the first conveying line, the wire drilling machine is fixed at the output end of the lifting cylinder, and the lifting cylinder drives the wire drilling machine to move up and down above the first conveying line.
8. An air conditioner top cover assembling system as set forth in claim 2, wherein:
the top cover fixing structure comprises a top cover fixing rack, the top cover fixing rack stretches across the second conveying line, a cross rod is arranged on the top cover fixing rack, and the cross rod can move on the top cover fixing rack along the conveying direction of the second conveying line; the wire drilling machine is characterized in that a sliding block capable of moving along the length direction of the cross rod is arranged on the cross rod, a lifting device is arranged on the sliding block, and a wire drilling machine is fixed on the lifting device.
