Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
An atomizer 100 for an atomizing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The atomizer 100 for an atomizing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 110, a heat generating top cover 130, a ventilation channel 105, and a liquid reservoir 107.
Wherein, be provided with accommodation space in the casing 110, the top cap 130 that generates heat sets up inside casing 110 and is separated the inner space of casing 110 for the oil storehouse 101 that holds atomizing liquid and the atomizing storehouse 103 that holds atomizing core 150. It should be noted that the atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 can pass through the heating top cover 130 and enter the atomization bin 103, and after the atomized liquid seeps into the heating element in the atomization core 150, the heating element in the atomization core 150 can heat the atomized liquid, so as to atomize the atomized liquid.
After the atomized liquid permeates into the atomization core 150, air is needed to be supplemented to the oil bin 101 to ensure the pressure in the oil bin 101, so that the atomized liquid can smoothly permeate into the atomization core 150; if the air can not be supplemented into the oil bin 101 after the atomized liquid permeates into the atomizing core 150, more and more vacuum spaces can be generated inside the atomized liquid, so that the atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 is more and more difficult to permeate into the atomizing core 150 under the action of the external air pressure.
The ventilation channel 105 is used for communicating the internal space of the oil bin 101 with the external space, and is used for supplementing a part of external gas into the oil bin after the atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 enters the atomization bin 103, so that the air pressure in the oil bin 101 can be balanced, and the situation that the atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 with too small pressure intensity cannot smoothly enter the atomization bin 103 is avoided.
The liquid storage tank 107 is communicated with the ventilation channel 105, the liquid storage tank 107 can store atomized liquid entering the ventilation channel 105 from the oil bin 101 when the ventilation channel 105 conducts ventilation, the blockage of the ventilation channel 105 by the atomized liquid is avoided, and therefore the balance of air pressure in the oil bin 101 is affected.
Optionally, the heating top cover 130 is provided with a ventilation channel 105 selectively communicating the oil bin 101 and the atomization bin 103, and the heating top cover 130 is further provided with a liquid storage tank 107 located between the ventilation channel 105 and the atomization bin 103 in the ventilation flow direction.
It should be noted that after the ventilation channel 105 communicates the oil bin 101 and the atomization bin 103, the fresh air or smoke in the atomization bin 103 will enter the oil bin 101 along the ventilation channel 105, and at the same time, the atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 may enter the ventilation channel 105 to block the ventilation channel 105; according to the utility model, the liquid storage tank 107 is arranged on the heating top cover 130, and the liquid storage tank 107 is communicated with the ventilation channel 105, so that when the ventilation channel 105 is communicated, oil in the oil bin 101 can directly enter the liquid storage tank 107 and can not enter the ventilation channel 105, and further, the phenomenon that when the ventilation channel 105 is communicated, atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 enters the ventilation channel 105 to block the ventilation channel 105 can not occur.
It should be noted that the position of the liquid storage tank 107 may be at any position of the ventilation channel 105, for example, at two ends or the middle of the ventilation channel 105, and the liquid storage tank 107 may store the atomized liquid entering the ventilation channel 105 from the oil bin 101, or may store the condensed liquid condensed from the air mist entering the ventilation channel 105.
According to the atomizer 100 for the atomizing device of the present invention, the liquid reservoir 107 is disposed in communication with the ventilation channel 105, so that when the ventilation channel 105 is conducted, the oil in the oil sump 101 directly enters the liquid reservoir 107, but does not directly enter the ventilation channel 105, and further, when the ventilation channel 105 is conducted, the atomized liquid in the oil sump 101 enters the ventilation channel 105 to block the ventilation channel 105.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the atomizer 100 further includes a sealing cover 133, the sealing cover 133 is disposed on the heat generating top cover 131, and the sealing cover 133 selectively cooperates with the heat generating top cover 131 to conduct or block the air exchange channel 105 to form a connection channel communicating the air exchange channel 105 with the oil sump 101. For example, the outer end of the sealing cover 133 is close to the ventilation channel 105, the inner end of the sealing cover 133 is fixed on the top cover body, and when gas flowing into the oil bin 101 is in the ventilation channel 105, the outer end of the sealing cover 133 can be lifted by the gas, so that a gap, namely a connecting channel in the embodiment of the utility model, is formed between the sealing covers 133 and 131.
It should be noted that, the heating top cover 131 of the present invention is further provided with an atomized liquid channel for allowing the oil in the oil bin 101 to enter the atomizing core 150, the sealing cover 133 is provided with a through hole communicated with the atomized liquid channel, but the part of the sealing cover 133 facing the liquid reservoir 107 is not provided with a through hole, so that it is ensured that the atomized liquid does not enter the liquid reservoir 107 or the ventilation channel 105 after the valve cover is attached to the heating top cover 131.
In some embodiments of the present application, the heat generating top cover 130 includes a top surface facing the oil bin 101 and a peripheral wall attached to an inner wall of the housing, the ventilation channel 105 is at least partially disposed on the peripheral wall, and a ventilation opening at an end of the ventilation channel 105 facing the oil bin 101 is located on the top surface.
Of course, it is understood that the outer peripheral wall of the heat generating top cover 130 may also be provided with a slot, and the outer peripheral wall is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the housing so that the heat generating top cover 130 and the housing together define the ventilation channel 105.
The nebulizer 100 further includes a sealing cover 133 covering the top surface and covering the ventilation opening, the sealing cover 133 being configured as an elastic member and being elastically deformed when there is a difference in air pressure between both sides of the ventilation passage, thereby blocking or opening the ventilation opening.
When the external air pressure is greater than the air pressure in the oil bin 101, the sealing cover 133 is deformed and opens the ventilation opening under the action of the air pressure difference, so that the external atmosphere is communicated with the oil bin 101 through the ventilation channel 105, and the external air can enter the oil bin 101 through the ventilation channel 105.
When the external air pressure is lower than the air pressure in the oil bin 101, the sealing cover 133 is pressed against the air exchange port under the action of the air pressure difference, so that the air exchange channel 105 is blocked, and the atomized liquid in the oil bin 101 cannot flow out along the air exchange channel 105.
Further, the opening of the reservoir 107 is located at the top surface, and at least a part of the opening of the reservoir 107 is configured as a ventilation port. Accordingly, the sealing cover 133 selectively seals the opening of the reservoir 107 to open or block the ventilation channel 105. For example, when the external air pressure is greater than the air pressure in the oil sump 101, the sealing cover 133 may be deformed by the air pressure difference to open the opening of the sealing cover 133, and when the external air pressure is less than the air pressure in the oil sump 101, the sealing cover 133 may be deformed by the air pressure difference to press the opening of the liquid reservoir 107.
In some embodiments of the present application, the reservoir 107 is disposed inside the heat generating top cover 130, and one end of the reservoir 107 is open and located on the top surface, and the other end of the reservoir 107 extends toward a direction away from the oil sump 101. For example, the liquid storage tank 107 can be configured as a cylindrical space with an oval cross section, the cylindrical space extends towards the direction far away from the oil bin 101, the space of the heating top cover 131 in the longitudinal direction can be fully utilized, the cross sectional area of the liquid storage tank 107 on the basis of having enough liquid storage space is ensured not to be too large, and therefore the sealing performance of the sealing cover 133 and the attaching of the heating top cover 131 is reduced to the maximum extent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the ventilation channel 105 includes a plurality of sub-channels, which are spaced apart from each other, and adjacent two sub-channels communicate with each other. The plurality of sub-channels are spaced apart in the circumferential or axial direction of the outer peripheral wall of the heat generation cap 130.
Preferably, a serpentine structure is formed among the plurality of sub-channels, and the circuitous and reciprocating channels can increase the probability that atomized liquid can adhere to the air exchange channel 105, thereby reducing the probability that the air exchange channel 105 is blocked. It should be noted that the ventilation channel 105 of the present invention is a capillary channel with a small cross-sectional area, so that the gas can pass through the ventilation channel while the probability of the atomized liquid passing through the ventilation channel is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present application, there are at least two reservoirs 107, and at least two reservoirs 107 are disposed on the heat generating top cover 130 at intervals. Thus, the plurality of reservoirs 107 can store as much of the atomized liquid as possible that has entered the ventilation duct 105 when the ventilation duct 105 is ventilated, and the atomized liquid is prevented from existing in the ventilation duct 105 as much as possible.
Further, the cross section of the heating top cover 130 is configured to be an ellipse and has a long axis, and the two ends of the heating top cover 130 located on the long axis are provided with the liquid storage tanks 107. Therefore, the groove of the thicker part of the heat-generating top cover 130 can be fully utilized to form the liquid storage tank 107. The ellipse in the present application includes not only a standard ellipse but also any other irregular non-perfect circle whose maximum aperture is a major axis and minimum aperture is a minor axis.
It is understood that the ventilation channels 105 and the reservoirs 107 in the embodiment of the present application are the same in number and are all multiple in number, the ventilation channels 105 and the reservoirs 107 correspond to each other one by one, and each ventilation channel 105 and the corresponding reservoir 107 communicate with each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the casing 110 includes an oil cup 111 and a base 113, an upper end of the oil cup 111 extends downward to form an air pipe 111a, the air pipe 111a is engaged with the heat generating top cover 130, a lower end of the oil cup 111 is opened to form an open opening, and the base 113 is provided on a lower end of the oil cup 111 to seal the open opening. That is, the housing 110 is not an integrally formed part, but is formed by matching the oil cup 111 and the base 113, the air pipe 111a on the oil cup 111 is used for discharging the gas atomized by the atomizing core 150, and the heating top cover body 131 is provided with a through hole for communicating the air pipe 111a with the atomizing chamber 103.
In order to separate the external space from the space inside the casing 110, the present invention provides the second sealing member 173 between the base 113 and the oil cup 111, so that external air does not directly enter the space inside the casing 110, and atomized liquid or mist inside the casing 110 is not discharged through the gap between the oil cup 111 and the base 113.
Meanwhile, in the present invention, a first sealing member 171 is disposed between the heat generating top cover 130 and the atomizing core 150 to at least partially separate the atomizing chamber 103 from the oil chamber 101. Specifically, the heating top cap 130 is provided with a channel through which the atomized liquid flows into the atomizing core 150, and the first sealing member 171 is also provided with a through hole facing the first sealing member 171, and since the first sealing member 171 is provided between the heating top cap 130 and the atomizing core 150, the atomized liquid can only enter the atomizing core 150 through the special channel of the atomized liquid on the first sealing member 171, and cannot enter the atomizing core 150 from other parts or gaps on the first sealing member 171.
Further, the first sealing member 171 and the second sealing member 173 are integrally formed. Therefore, the number of parts of the atomizer 100 is greatly reduced, and since the first sealing member 171 and the second sealing member 173 are integrally formed, the process is easier, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the installation and the assembly are easier.
