Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种双腔混和包装容器，包括 容器体、内塞和容器盖，其特征在于容器体是由两个 空腔组成，内塞上有一些小孔。本实用新型解决了分 开包装的某些物质分别挤在一起才能进行使用的麻 烦，将两种物质分别装进两个空腔，使用时，挤压空 腔，两种物质在混和腔内充分混和，即可使用，具有使 用极为方便，成本低的特点。本实用新型可做成多种 形状。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种化妆品的包装容器，特别是适用染发剂和常压摩丝包装的容器。
在日用化工产品中，由于某些物质的化学特性，限制了它们在配方中的使用。比如染发剂、染料中间体和氧化剂采取了分开包装的形式，使用时，分别挤在梳子上，再梳到头发上，因此，两种物质是在头发上才混和的，显然这种混和很难做到均匀，且使用不便。
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决某些化学物质，在使用时，将分开包装的物质分别挤在一起才进行使用的麻烦，而设计一种有两个空腔的包装容器，使用时，两种物质在容器混和腔中进行混和，即可使用。
本实用新型包括容器体、内塞和容器盖，容器体是由两个空腔组成，内塞呈凹形，上面有一些小孔。两个空腔是用隔层把容器体分隔成两部分；两个空腔也可以用两个容器体紧贴粘成一体；两个空腔还可以是由一个较小的容器体套进一个较大的容器体而成。
本实用新型由于有两个空腔，两种物质分别装入空腔内，使用时，挤压空腔，两种物质则在混和腔里充分混和，达到均匀、使用方便的特点，特别适于染发剂和常压摩丝的包装容器。
下面结合附图，对本实用新型作进一步的描述。

实施例一
参阅图1，用专门模具在管坯的适当位置上做成隔层2，管坯管口做成内牙，吹塑时因模具的限制，管口没有吹胀，管口的环状凸起是为了在吹塑时，将管坯固定在吹制模具中。隔层2的顶端较管口低，以便吹塑时吹管气体的分布，管口的空腔可作为物料的混和腔，将双腔管坯加热到一定温度，吹瓶机吹塑成双腔容器。也可用薄铝套，置于模具中，将塑料管坯置于铝管中央，一次吹成铝管复合双腔容器。
内塞3外径与管口内径配合，内塞的凹口宽度与隔层2的厚度配合，内塞上有一些小孔，便于内容物分成小注进入混合腔，有助于混和。内塞表面平整。容器盖4有外牙，外径与管口内径配合，以利容器盖4旋入时，压紧内塞3，形成密封。
实施例二
参阅图2，制作方法及装配与实施例一相同，只是分别吹塑单腔的两个容器体1，然后，用粘合剂将两个容器体1紧贴粘成一体而成双腔容器。单腔容器体不一定对称，只要求两个粘合面的面积相等。
实施例三
参阅图3，制作方法及装配与实施例一相同，只是分别吹塑两个直径不同的单腔容器体1，然后，将小的容器体套进大的容器体而成双腔容器。内塞3做成圆形凹口，较小的容器体的管口与圆形凹口配合，内塞外径与较大的容器体的管口配合，内塞上有小孔。

Claims (5)

1、一种双腔混和包装容器，包括容器体(1)、内塞(3)和容器盖(4)，其特征在于容器体(1)是由两个空腔组成，内塞(3)上有一些小孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双腔混和包装容器，其特征在于所述的两个空腔是用隔层（2）把容器体（1）分隔成两部分。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双腔混和包装容器，其特征在于所述的两个空腔是由两个容器体（1）紧贴粘成一体而成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的双腔混和包装容器，其特征在于所述的两个空腔是由一个较小容器体套进一个较大的容器体而成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的双腔混和包装容器，其特征在于所述的容器体（1）的外层可以是薄铝套。
