目前现有技术,一种按压泵,包括本体、螺牙、锁盖、防尘圈、按头、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和玻璃球,本体包括上开口端的若干环形凸起、法兰、设在底部的单向阀座和吸管接口,锁盖包括设在上开口上的沉孔、设在上端的连接座、设在连接座上的环形插接槽和设在底板上的导向孔,环形插接槽的外环壁的内表面上设有若干个环形凹槽;按头包括进液管、环绕进液管的筒体部和出液管;本体上端穿过螺牙的贯通孔、法兰与螺牙的顶板密封,锁盖插入本体内,防尘圈与沉孔嵌合,本体上端与环形插接槽插接,按头的进液管与主柱上端连接,主柱与副柱连接,活塞设在副柱上。存在问题是:在锁合状态下,液体进入弹簧腔,污染弹簧,影响弹簧的弹力。

本实用新型的目的是:提供一种按压泵,它具有锁合状态、防止液体进入弹簧腔,使用状态防溢液及抽真空的特点。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种按压泵,包括本体、螺牙、锁盖、防尘圈、按头、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和玻璃球,本体包括上开口端的若干环形凸起、法兰、设在底部的单向阀座和吸管接口,锁盖包括设在上开口上的沉孔、设在上端的连接座、设在连接座上的环形插接槽和设在底板上的导向孔,环形插接槽的外环壁的内表面上设有若干个环形凹槽;按头包括进液管、环绕进液管的筒体部和出液管;本体上端穿过螺牙的贯通孔、法兰与螺牙的顶板密封,锁盖插入本体内,防尘圈与沉孔嵌合,本体上端与环形插接槽插接,按头的进液管与主柱上端连接,主柱与副柱连接,活塞设在副柱上;其特殊之处在于:所述本体分为位于上部的锁盖腔和位于下部的活塞腔,锁盖腔的直径大于活塞腔的直径,锁盖腔的下端设在倒圆锥台形腔部,倒圆锥台形部上设有至少一个补气孔;

锁盖的下端与锁盖腔密封,锁盖的底板支撑弹簧,主柱穿过弹簧、导向孔、弹簧位于弹簧腔内;锁合状态下,锁合内螺纹和锁合外螺纹螺合,锁合导向套筒与所述防尘圈滑动配合,锁合导向套筒的下端封闭导气补气孔,密封套插入活塞腔内。

所述锁盖的底板上的导向孔上设有导向密封套,导向密封套的上端内设有扣合密封凸起,导向密封套的上端插入所述弹簧内;
锁合状态下,扣合密封凸起与环形密封座扣合。
所述的一种按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述锁盖还包括设在底板上的弹簧套,弹簧套插入所述弹簧内。

本实用新型一种按压泵,常态下,锁盖的下端与锁盖腔密封,锁盖底部的密封套与活塞腔密封,按头和主体上下移动实现补气和防溢液;锁合状态下,主柱上的锁合导向套筒将导气补气孔密封,防止液体进入活塞腔。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种按压泵,包括本体1、螺牙2、锁盖3、防尘圈4、按头5、主柱6、副柱7、活塞8、弹簧9和玻璃球10,本体1包括上开口端的若干环形凸起1A、法兰1B、设在底部的单向阀座1C和吸管接口1D,锁盖3包括设在上开口上的沉孔31、设在上端的连接座32、设在连接座上的环形插接槽33和设在底板上的导向孔34,环形插接槽33的外环壁的内表面上设有若干个环形凹槽;按头5包括进液管51、环绕进液管的筒体部52和出液管53;本体1上端穿过螺牙2的贯通孔、法兰1B与螺牙2的顶板密封,锁盖3插入本体1内,防尘圈4与沉孔31嵌合,本体1上端与环形插接槽32插接,按头5的进液管51与主柱6上端连接,主柱6与副柱7连接,活塞8设在副柱7上;主柱与锁盖3的导向孔34滑动配合;
所述本体1分为位于上部的锁盖腔11和位于下部的活塞腔12,锁盖腔11的直径大于活塞腔12的直径,锁盖腔11的下端设在倒圆锥台形腔部111,倒圆锥台形部111上设有二个补气孔13;
所述锁盖3还包括设有内壁上的锁合内螺纹35、设在底板上的密封套36和位于密封套径向外侧的导气补气孔37,
所述主柱6上还设有锁合导向套筒61;锁合导向套筒61上设有锁合外螺纹611,锁合导向套筒内的座板将套筒分为上避空腔612和下弹簧腔613,主柱6的上端位于避空腔612内;
锁盖3的下端与锁盖腔11密封,锁盖3的底板支撑弹簧9,主柱6穿过弹簧9、导向孔34,弹簧9位于弹簧腔内,锁合状态下,锁合内螺纹35和锁合外螺纹611螺合,锁合导向套筒61与所述防尘圈4滑动配合,锁合导向套筒611的下端封闭导气补气孔37,密封套36插入活塞腔12内。
所述锁合导向套筒61的下端的内表面呈圆锥台形,
所述锁盖3的底板上设有环形密封槽38,所述导气补气孔37与环形密封槽38连通,
锁合状态下,锁合导向套筒61的下端插入环形密封槽38内。
所述主柱6上设有环形密封座62,
所述锁盖3的底板上的导向孔34上设有导向密封套39,导向密封套的上端内设有扣合密封凸起391,导向密封套39的上端插入弹簧9内;
锁合状态下,扣合密封凸起391与环形密封座62扣合。
如图6、图7所示,所述锁盖3还包括设在底板上的且环绕导向密封套39的弹簧套3A,弹簧套3A插入所述弹簧9内。
图1是本实用新型处于锁合状态的剖视图。
解锁后的自然状态,扣合密封凸起391位于环形密封座62下部的主柱6上且滑动配合,外界空气经防尘圈4、环形密封槽38、导气补气孔37和补气孔13时入液体容器内;

1.一种按压泵,包括本体、螺牙、锁盖、防尘圈、按头、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和玻璃球,本体包括上开口端的若干环形凸起、法兰、设在底部的单向阀座和吸管接口,锁盖包括设在上开口上的沉孔、设在上端的连接座、设在连接座上的环形插接槽和设在底板上的导向孔,环形插接槽的外环壁的内表面上设有若干个环形凹槽;按头包括进液管、环绕进液管的筒体部和出液管;本体上端穿过螺牙的贯通孔、法兰与螺牙的顶板密封,锁盖插入本体内,防尘圈与沉孔嵌合,本体上端与环形插接槽插接,按头的进液管与主柱上端连接,主柱与副柱连接,活塞设在副柱上;其特征在于:所述本体分为位于上部的锁盖腔和位于下部的活塞腔,锁盖腔的直径大于活塞腔的直径,锁盖腔的下端设在倒圆锥台形腔部,倒圆锥台形部上设有至少一个补气孔;
所述锁盖还包括设有内壁上的锁合内螺纹、设在底板上的密封套和位于密封套径向外侧的导气补气孔,
所述主柱上还设有锁合导向套筒;锁合导向套筒上设有锁合外螺纹,锁合导向套筒内的座板将套筒分为上避空腔和下弹簧腔,主柱的上端位于避空腔内;
锁盖的下端与锁盖腔密封,锁盖的底板支撑弹簧,主柱穿过弹簧、导向孔、弹簧位于弹簧腔内;锁合状态下,锁合内螺纹和锁合外螺纹螺合,锁合导向套筒与所述防尘圈滑动配合,锁合导向套筒的下端封闭导气补气孔,密封套插入活塞腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压泵,其特征在于:所述锁合导向套筒的下端的内表面呈圆锥台形,
所述锁盖的底板上设有环形密封槽,所述导气补气孔与环形密封槽连通,
锁合状态下,锁合导向套筒的下端插入环形密封槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压泵,其特征在于:所述主柱上设有环形密封座,
所述锁盖的底板上的导向孔上设有导向密封套,导向密封套的上端内设有扣合密封凸起,导向密封套的上端插入所述弹簧内;
锁合状态下,扣合密封凸起与环形密封座扣合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种按压泵,其特征在于:所述锁盖还包括设在底板上的弹簧套,弹簧套插入所述弹簧内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种按压泵,其特征在于:所述锁盖还包括设在底板上的且环绕导向密封套的弹簧套,弹簧套插入所述弹簧内。
