Abstract

Description
条限定一个透过液体的孔。在这些第一和第二方向肋条的各个交叉点处,第二方向肋条的顶部与第一方向肋条的侧壁相接,从而形成交叉的肋条结构,这是本实用新型最重要的特征。
在具有这种肋条结构的表层中,多条第一方向肋条沿第一方向平行伸展,每条相邻的第一方向肋条与第二方向肋条保持相互间隔一给定距离。第二方向肋条的顶部连接第一方向助条的侧壁,因而,每对相邻的第一方向肋条限定一条沿第一方向伸展的槽,其底部有第二方向肋条和孔。这种槽使体液沿第一方向流动比沿垂直的第二方向流动要容易。

图1是透视图,显示出根据本实用新型而构造出的表层l的表面结构。表层1包括多条第一方向肋条2和多条与第一肋条2交叉的第二肋条3,其中,每对相邻的第一方向肋条2与每对相邻的第二方向肋条3限定一个透过液体的孔4。每条第一方向肋条2具有沿第一方向伸展的顶部5,和从顶部5向下弯曲至各个下沿6A的相对的侧壁6。每条第二方向肋条3是扁平的,类似于薄片,它沿第二方向伸展,有一限定其上表面的顶部7。在第一方向肋条2与第二方向肋条3的各个交叉点处,第二方向肋条3在下沿6A或下沿的邻近处与第一方向肋条2的侧壁6连接,这样,每对相邻的第一方向肋条2被保持成相互间隔一预定的距离,从而形成沿第一方向伸展的槽1O。槽10在其底部有第二方向肋条3和透液的孔4。

本实用新型的表层利用某个预定方向的槽,使体液的流动得到控制,同时,防止了体液从槽的旁侧漏出。
Claims (7)
1、一种氙灯电源硅整流器,由降压电路,整流电路等组成,其特征在于本实用新型由变压器可调初级线圈;主、辅串绕并绕式次级绕组;主、辅次级绕组交变电流隔离整流、并联供电电路;辅助触发直流电压自动开关电路;隔离式同源自动锁相电路、自动稳流电路以及输出电流过流保护电路组成。
2、如权利要求1所述的整流器,其特征在于所述变压器可调初级线圈为三相初级绕组分段抽头与继电器、控制开关组成可调初级绕组。
8、如权利要求1所述的整流器,其特征在于所述主、辅串绕、并绕式次级绕组中,主绕组为大截面线三角形接法,辅助绕组为在主绕组输出端串绕小截面线线圈、与主绕组并绕小截面线绕组。
4、如权利要求1所述的整流器,其特征在于所述主、辅次级绕组交变电流隔离整流为主、辅绕组分别抽头后,以硅二极管整流隔离、并联输出。
6、如权利要求1所述的整流器,其特征在于所述辅助触发直流电压自动开关电路,因次级绕组相间有磁极效应电抗器,在磁极效应电抗器的交流绕组两端接有继电器、滤波扼流圈磁路中有磁力开关,隔离整流后的辅助触发电压接入输出端前的磁力开关和继电器触头控制。
6、如权利要求1所述的整流器,其特征在于所述隔离式同源自动锁相电路和自动稳流电路是在变压器的次级单相绕组两端设有硅整流桥,整流桥后接有硅二极管和电容、电阻、稳压二极管组成的隔离滤波、稳压电路;硅整流桥输出端有由磁极效应电抗器与可控硅、磁盘电阻、继电器、脉冲变压器、控制开关等元件组成的可控激磁电路;硅整流桥两端设有稳压二极管,硅三极管、双基极三极管和阻容器件构成的比较放大电路和脉冲移相发生电路;在硅整流桥输出端设有由电位器、电阻组成的分压电路,对网侧波动电压采样,在硅桥同相主绕组中串有电流互感器、硅桥等组成输出电流采样电路与由稳压器件,滤波器件、整理得到的基准电压比较、放大后,放大管后接有电阻,电位器、三极管组成的移相放大电路,移相放大管后设有双基极三极管、电容、变压器组成的移相脉冲发生器,脉冲变压器后有可控硅,可控硅输出端接有磁极效应电抗器的激磁绕组。
7、如权利要求1所速的整流器,其特征在于所述输出电流过流保护电路是由三极管、稳压二极管、电位器、继电器、电阻、电容、二极管等组成,三极管的基极通过电位器、电阻、电容、二极管、分压、隔离滤波后,接于磁极效应电抗器的激磁绕组两端,三极管发射极通过稳压二极管接于激磁绕组一端,三极管集电极通过继电器接于电源正极,在接入正极前有二极管、电阻、电容、隔离滤波,继电器的触点接入激磁电路的控制电路和过流保护三级管。
