The other end of the third translation frame 3137 is connected to the feeding mechanism 2, and is used for driving the feeding mechanism 2 to move up and down, so that the materials are automatically conveyed into the packaging bag; the feed mechanism 2 includes: the feeding device comprises a feeding frame 21, a feeding push rod 22, a trough 23 and a stop block assembly 24, wherein one end of the feeding push rod 22 is connected with the feeding frame 21, the other end of the feeding push rod 22 is positioned above a third translation frame 3137, the trough 23 is arranged above the feeding frame 21, and the stop block assembly 24 is arranged above the output end of the trough 23 and used for controlling the material flow of the trough 23; when feeding is performed, the third translation frame 3137 drives the feeding push rod 22 to move downwards, so that the trough 23 is driven to move downwards, the trough 23 moves to the position of the packaging bag opening, the stop block assembly 24 acts to push the stop block to move upwards, and therefore materials in the trough 23 slide into the packaging bag, and automatic feeding is achieved.
The other end of the fourth translational frame 3138 is connected to the clamping mechanism 32 and is used for driving the clamping mechanism 32 to move back and forth so as to clamp the packaging bag; the first clamping block 322 includes: the clamping device comprises a clamping supporting block 3221, a first clamping block 3222, a second clamping block 3223 and a clamping block push rod 3224, wherein the clamping supporting block 3221 is slidably sleeved on the movable slide rail assembly 321, the first clamping block 3222 is connected with the clamping supporting block 3221, one end of the second clamping block 3223 is hinged to the clamping supporting block 3221, the clamping block push rod 3224 is slidably sleeved in the clamping supporting block 3221, and one end of the clamping supporting block 3221 is connected with the second clamping block 3223; the second clamping block 323 has the same structure as the first clamping block 322; the ejecting part 3124 can push the clamping block push rod 3224 to move; when the fourth translational frame 3138 acts to clamp the packaging bag, the pushing member 3124 is pushed to move, and the clamping block pushing rod 3224 is driven to move, so as to drive the second clamping block 323 to move, thereby performing a packaging bag clamping or discharging operation.
The other end of the fifth translation frame 3139 is connected to the bag feeding mechanism 1, and is used for driving the bag feeding mechanism 1 to suck the packaging bags; the bag feeding mechanism 1 includes: the bag feeding device comprises an upper bag seat 11, an upper bag moving frame 12, an upper bag push rod 13 and an upper bag sucker, wherein the upper bag moving frame 12 is slidably arranged on the upper bag seat 11, one end of the upper bag push rod 13 is connected with the upper bag moving frame 12, the other end of the upper bag push rod 13 is connected with a fifth translation frame 3139, and the upper bag sucker is arranged on the upper bag moving frame 12; the fifth translation frame 3139 acts to drive the bag feeding push rod 13 to move, so as to drive the bag feeding sucker to move to suck the packaging bag, and the purpose of automatically sucking the packaging bag in a sequential cycle is achieved.
The other end of the sixth translational frame 31310 is connected to the bag feeding mechanism 1, and is configured to drive the bag feeding mechanism 1 to perform a bag feeding operation, and convey the clamped packaging bag to the clamping mechanism 32, so as to perform a corresponding packaging operation; go up bag mechanism 1 still includes: the packaging bag taking device comprises a material taking connecting rod 15, a first connecting block 16 and a second sucking disc, wherein the first connecting block 16 is connected with the material taking connecting rod 15, and the second sucking disc is connected with the first connecting block 16 and is used for conveying the sucked packaging bags to the rotating disc mechanism 312 so as to facilitate the clamping mechanism 32 to clamp and carry out corresponding packaging operation; the sixth translational frame 31310 can drive the material taking link rod 15 to move, and further drive the first connecting block 16 to move, so as to drive the second suction cup to move, and the second suction cup takes money and moves the packing bag sucked by the bag suction cup to the rotating disc mechanism 312.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the rotating disc mechanism 312 includes the first driving disc 3121 and the second driving disc 3122; the first rotary table 3121 is coaxially arranged with the second driving table 3122; the first rotating disc 3121 is provided with a driving connecting rod 3123 in a circular array and in a lifting way; a jacking component 3124 is slidably arranged at the position opposite to the driving connecting rod 3123. The output end of the first power source 311 is engaged with the bottom of the first rotating disk 3121, and the first rotating disk 3121 is operated by the first power source 311.
The first power source 311 acts to drive the rotating shaft 3131 to act together with the first power source 311, so as to drive the first driving disk 3132, the second driving turntable 3133 and the third driving disk 3134 to act, and trigger the corresponding mechanisms to perform corresponding processing operations; the fifth translation rack 3139 moves to drive the bag feeding push rod 13 to move so as to drive the bag feeding sucker to move to suck the packaging bag, the sixth translation rack 31310 drives the material taking connecting rod 15 to move so as to drive the first connecting block 16 to move so as to drive the second sucker to move, and the packaging bag sucked by the second sucker for money taking and bag feeding is moved to the rotating disc mechanism 312, so that the bag feeding operation of the packaging bag is completed; the fourth translation frame 3138 acts to push the ejecting part 3124 to act, and then drives the clamping block pushing rod 3224 to move, and drives the second clamping block 323 to move, so that the packaging bag is clamped between the first clamping block 322 and the second clamping block 323 to clamp the packaging bag; meanwhile, the first power source 311 drives the first rotating disc 3121 to rotate, and drives the clamping mechanism to clamp the packaging bag and then turn to the bag opening mechanism 4; when the servo motor drives the bag opening device 42 to act, the first bag opening device 43 and the second bag opening device 44 act simultaneously, the moving directions are opposite, and the air blowing device 45 is arranged on the first bag opening device 43 and used for blowing air to the packaging bag to accelerate the opening of the packaging bag; the first translation rack 3135 moves to push the driving link 3123 to move, and then drives the first clamping block 322 and the second clamping block 323 to move along the movable sliding rail assembly 321, the driving link 3123 is lifted upwards, and the first clamping block 322 and the second clamping block 323 respectively clamp the packaging bag and then move close to each other, so that the tightened packaging bag is in a relaxed state, and the air blowing component 45 moves to stretch the packaging bag; after the packaging bag is opened, the first power source 311 continues to act to drive the first rotating disc 3121 to rotate, the opened packaging bag is driven to turn to the feeding mechanism 2, feeding operation is performed, the third moving frame 3137 drives the feeding push rod 22 to move downwards to drive the trough 23 to move downwards, the trough 23 moves to the opening of the packaging bag, the stop block assembly 24 acts to push the stop block to move upwards, and therefore materials in the trough 23 slide into the packaging bag, and automatic feeding is completed; after the feeding is finished, the packaging bag with the material moves to the sealing mechanism 5, the heat-sealing air cylinder 53 acts to drive the second heat-sealing block 54 to move, so that the packaging bag with the material is clamped between the first heat-sealing block 52 and the second heat-sealing block 54, and the automatic sealing operation is realized.

A bag feeding and packaging machine is characterized in that a conveying device (3) is arranged between a bag feeding mechanism (1) and a feeding mechanism (2), the conveying device (3) comprises a driving mechanism (31) and a clamping mechanism (32), the driving mechanism (31) drives the clamping mechanism (32) to rotate along the conveying direction of packaging bags, the driving mechanism (31) drives the bag feeding mechanism (1) to automatically feed the packaging bags, the circumferential arrays of the clamping mechanism (32) are arranged on the driving mechanism (31) and are located between the bag feeding mechanism (1) and the feeding mechanism (2) so as to clamp and convey the packaging bags on the bag feeding mechanism (1) to the feeding mechanism (2); the driving mechanism (31) comprises a first power source (311), a rotating disc mechanism (312) meshed with the first power source (311) and a driving piece (313), and the rotating disc mechanism (312) intermittently rotates under the action of the first power source (311); the driving piece (313) makes linear reciprocating motion under the action of a first power source (311), and the driving piece (313) is rotatably connected with the bag feeding mechanism (1); the rotating disc mechanism (312) drives the clamping mechanism (32) to open or close.
2. The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a bag opening mechanism (4), the bag opening mechanism (4) being provided on a peripheral side in a rotational direction of the gripping mechanism (32) to open the bag conveyed to the bag opening mechanism (4).
3. The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the bag opening mechanism (4) is reciprocated in a vertical direction by the driving mechanism (31) to fully open the packaging bag.

A bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 3, wherein the bag opening mechanism (4) comprises a bag opening bracket (41), a servo motor drive (42), a first bag opening member (43), a second bag opening member (44) and a blowing member (45); the servo motor drive (42) is fixedly arranged on the bag opening support (41), the first bag opening component (43) and the second bag opening component (44) are both meshed with the output end of the servo motor drive (42) and can be slidably inserted into and arranged on the bag opening support (41), the servo motor drive (42) can drive the first bag opening component (43) and the second bag opening component (44) to move in opposite directions, and the air blowing component (45) is arranged on the first bag opening component (43).
5. The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a sealing mechanism (5), wherein the sealing mechanism (5) is provided on a circumferential side in a rotation direction of the holding mechanism (32) to heat seal the bag filled with the material.
6. A bag-feeding packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein the sealing mechanism (5) is reciprocally moved back and forth in a horizontal direction by the driving mechanism (31) to effect heat sealing of the package.

The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the driving member (313) comprises a driving spindle (3131), the driving spindle (3131) is coaxially provided with a first driving disk (3132), a second driving turntable (3133) and a third driving disk (3134), the first driving disk (3132) is provided with a first driving curve slot and a second driving curve slot; a third driving curve groove and a fourth driving curve groove are arranged on the second driving turntable (3133); a fifth driving curve groove and a sixth driving curve groove are arranged on the third driving disc (3134); a first translation frame (3135) is in line contact with the first driving curve groove; a second translation rack (3136) is in line contact with the second driving curve groove; a third translation rack (3137) is in line contact with the third driving curve slot; a fourth translation frame (3138) is in line contact with the fourth driving curve groove; a fifth translation frame (3139) is in line contact with the fifth driving curve groove; a sixth translation frame (31310) is in line contact with the sixth driving curve groove; the first translational frame (3135), the second translational frame (3136), the third translational frame (3137), the fourth translational frame (3138), the fifth translational frame (3139) and the sixth translational frame (31310) are driven by the driving rotating shaft (3131) to make a linear reciprocating motion.

The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the rotating disc mechanism (312) comprises a first rotating disc (3121) and a second driving disc (3122); said first carousel (3121) being coaxially arranged with respect to said second driving disc (3122); the first rotary table (3121) is circumferentially arrayed and provided with a driving connecting rod (3123) in a lifting way; the position opposite to the driving connecting rod (3123) is slidably provided with a jacking component (3124).

The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 8, wherein the second driving disc (3122) comprises a driving rotation shaft (31221), a first link (31222), a second link (31223), a third link (31224), an arc-shaped driving member (31225) and a guide member (31226); the first connecting piece (31222) and the second connecting piece (31223) are coaxially arranged; the second connecting piece (31223) is arranged on the third connecting piece (31224) in a lifting manner through a guide part (31226); the driving rotation shaft (31221) is connected with the first connection member (31222); the arc-shaped driving part (31225) is fixedly arranged on the second connecting piece (31223).
10. The bag feeding and packaging machine according to claim 9, wherein the arcuate driving member (31225) is symmetrically provided with a lifting section and a lowering section; and a holding section is arranged between the adjacent lifting section and the descending section.
