Abstract
本实用新型涉及洗墙灯，特别涉及一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯。本实用新型是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，包括相对设置的上侧板及下侧板、相对设置且固定于上下侧板之间的出光板、设于所述下侧板内壁的铝基板、设于所述铝基板上的LED灯珠、设于所述LED灯珠上方且能够将所述LED灯珠发出的光反射至两个所述出光板的反射片、两个分别固设于所述上下侧板两端的端盖。本实用新型同时对两面墙体实现洗墙功能，从而有利于减少洗墙灯安装时的高空作业时间，同时也利于减少安装成本及洗墙灯数量成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及洗墙灯，特别涉及一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯。
背景技术
LED作为一种新型的绿色照明光源，由于其低碳、节能、环保等众多优势，越来越被社会各界所接受推广，在不久的将来，LED大面积大范围地替代传统光源的照明将成为可能。
现有技术中的洗墙灯，如申请公布号为CN102777833A的实用新型专利所公开的一种LED洗墙灯，包括灯体、安装在灯体上的多个LED、灯具外壳和安装于灯体两端的端盖，所述灯具外壳为优质铝型材；所述端盖为压铸铝端盖；所述灯体表面经过氧化或者喷漆处理；所述灯体上设置有钢化玻璃，所述钢化玻璃与灯体之问设有用于密封的防水硅胶和环氧树脂；此种洗墙灯只有一个方向出光，只能照射一面墙。
LED洗墙灯一般方安装在楼面的水平方面及垂直方面，且一栋大楼的亮化工程对洗墙灯的需求量非常大，因此，高空作业时间长，安装成本也较高，洗墙灯成本也较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，其同时对两面墙体实现洗墙功能，从而有利于减少洗墙灯安装时的高空作业时间，同时也利于减少安装成本及洗墙灯数量成本。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，包括相对设置的上侧板及下侧板、相对设置且固定于上下侧板之间的出光板、设于所述下侧板内壁的铝基板、设于所述铝基板上的LED灯珠、设于所述LED灯珠上方且能够将所述LED灯珠发出的光反射至两个所述出光板的反射片、两个分别固设于所述上下侧板两端的端盖。
作为本实用新型的优选，所述反射片由两个一侧边相互连接且另一侧边分别固定于所述上侧板两侧的半片组成。
作为本实用新型的优选，所述半片呈弧状。
作为本实用新型的优选，两个所述半片的凸起部相对设置。
作为本实用新型的优选，所述下侧板外壁设多根散热筋。
综上所述，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型结构简单，易于实施；通过反射片的设置使得LED灯珠发出的光从两个相对设置的出光板射出；从而使同一洗墙灯且同一光源同时实现对两个墙面的洗墙功能，且灯光均均，无眩光。

实施例：如图1所示，一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，包括相对设置的上侧板1及下侧板2，上下侧板之间固设有相对设置的两个出光板3。
下侧板2内壁上设有铝基板41，铝基板41上设有的LED灯珠42，LED灯珠42上方设有能够将LED灯珠42发出的光反射至两个出光板3的反射片5；反射片5由两个一侧边相互连接且另一侧边分别固定于上侧板1两侧的半片51组成。
半片51呈弧状，且两个半片51的凸起部相对设置。
上下侧板的两端分别固设有端盖，端盖在图中未示出；下侧板2外壁设多根散热筋6。
上下侧板采用金属外壳，例如挤压件，压铸件，旋压件，冲压件等；出光板3采用透明材料，例如透明玻璃，PC，PMMA等具有光透性的材料将本实施例内部的光施放出来达到洗墙效果；反射片5采用具有高反射率的反射材料，例如铝板，塑料板表面镀反射膜，挤出透镜等，并通过冲压，注塑，挤出等工艺达到反射需求的效果。
Claims (5)
1.一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，其特征在于，包括相对设置的上侧板（1）及下侧板（2）、相对设置且固定于上下侧板之间的出光板（3）、设于所述下侧板（2）内壁的铝基板（41）、设于所述铝基板（41）上的LED灯珠（42）、设于所述LED灯珠（42）上方且能够将所述LED灯珠（42）发出的光反射至两个所述出光板（3）的反射片（5）、两个分别固设于所述上下侧板两端的端盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，其特征在于，所述反射片（5）由两个一侧边相互连接且另一侧边分别固定于所述上侧板（1）两侧的半片（51）组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，其特征在于，所述半片（51）呈弧状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，其特征在于，两个所述半片（51）的凸起部相对设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光的LED洗墙灯，其特征在于，所述下侧板（2）外壁设多根散热筋（6）。
