本实用新型属于轮胎，具体涉及一种新型港口集装箱作业机械半花纹胎面的工程机械轮胎。轮胎的胎面花纹形式为一半有花纹块、一半为光面形式的轮胎胎面花纹形式，主要用于港口集装箱作业机械上，能有效提高轮胎的使用寿命，该实用新型是属于轮胎生产技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知，由于港口轮胎作业的特殊性，其作业强度高、轮胎负荷大、工作时间长、要求港口轮胎的胎面既要有极佳的耐切割、防刺扎性能还要有良好的散热性能以及对地面的抓着性。目前港口作业机械使用的轮胎均为光面胎或全花纹轮胎，在保证耐切割、防刺扎性能的同时不能保证良好的散热性能以及对地面的抓着性。全花纹轮胎则正好相反。均容易造成轮胎早期损坏，减少使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于对上述现有的技术存在的问题，提供一种既要有极佳的耐切割、防刺扎性能还要有良好的散热性能以及对地面抓着性的轮胎。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：港口作业机械用半花纹胎面轮胎是将港口用工程机械轮胎的胎面花纹设计为一半为有花纹块
(1)的形式，而另一半为光面(2)形式的轮胎胎面花纹形式。

具体实施方式
本实用新型港口作业机械用半花纹胎面轮胎，采用一半为有花纹块(1)的形式，而另一半为光面(2)形式的轮胎胎面花纹形式。轮胎模具分为上、下两半，因此在设计过程中，我们把其中的一半设计为我们需要的带有花纹块的形式，而另一半设计为无花纹块即为光面的形式，这样两个半模合在一起即为一半是带有花纹块的形式、一半为光面的形式。在港口轮胎高强度、高负荷的作业当中，即可以对轮胎提供良好的散热性能和对路面的抓着力；同时也提供了极佳的耐切割、防刺扎性能。能有效防止轮胎早期损坏，延长轮胎使用寿命，减少浪费。

1.一种港口作业机械用半花纹胎面轮胎，其特征是：轮胎胎面花纹形式为半花纹的工程机械轮胎。
2.依据权利要求书1中所述的港口作业机械用半花纹胎面轮胎，其特征是：轮胎胎面花纹形式为一半有花纹块、一半为光面形式的轮胎。
