本实用新型属于轴承技术领域,涉及一种双面带密封件整体式点接触深沟球轴承。按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,在轴承外圈与轴承内圈间有保持架与若干个滚动体,所述滚动体被均匀地定位于保持架内,在保持架及滚动体的两侧分别设置密封件,其特征在于:在轴承外圈的内壁与轴承内圈的外壁均磨研加工异形滚道,所述滚动体与每条异形滚道均存在对称的两个接触点,且两对称接触点与滚动体的中心连线间的夹角α为15°~140°。这种深沟球轴承不仅能承受径向载荷,而且它还能承受较大的轴向载荷的深沟球轴承,同时具有良好的密封性能和储油功能。

本实用新型属于轴承技术领域,涉及一种双面带密封件整体式点接触深沟球轴承。
背景技术
老结构的深沟球轴承主要承受径向载荷;而且每个滚动体与轴承外圈及轴承内圈分别只有一个接触点,接触点位置在轴承圆弧滚道中间,且容易造成油脂流失。
老结构的角接触球轴承主要承受轴向载荷,而且每个滚动体与轴承外圈及轴承内圈分别接触一点,接触点位置在轴承圆弧滚道两侧,因此形成接触角,在许多清洁度要求比较高的场合密封能力差。
在许多特殊要求的场合的专用设备上,当同时要承受较大的轴向与径向载荷时,且对密封有要求时,老结构的深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承均无法同时满足所有使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种新型的深沟球轴承,这种深沟球轴承不仅能承受径向载荷,而且它还能承受较大的轴向载荷的深沟球轴承,同时具有良好的密封性能和储油功能。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,在轴承外圈与轴承内圈间有保持架与若干个滚动体,所述滚动体被均匀地定位于保持架内,在保持架及滚动体的两侧分别设置密封件,其特征在于:在轴承外圈的内壁与轴承内圈的外壁均磨研加工异形滚道,所述滚动体与每条异形滚道均存在对称的两个接触点,且两对称接触点与滚动体的中心连线间的夹角α为15°~140°。
所述异形滚道的截面形状由非对称于滚动体的轴线L2的直线L1与第一圆弧R1、第二圆弧R2及第三圆弧R3组成;并且,直线L1有两段,分别位于滚道的边缘,第三圆弧R3位于滚道的中央,在第三圆弧R3与每段直线L1间依次为第二圆弧R2与第一圆弧R1;所述直线L1、第一圆弧R1、第二圆弧R2及第三圆弧R3间均相切。
第一圆弧R1的长度大于第二圆弧R2的长度,第二圆弧R2的长度大于第三圆弧R3的长度。所述的轴承保持架为钢冲压保持架。
本实用新型要解决的问题是如何把老结构深沟球轴承的圆弧滚道与老结构角接触球轴承滚道进行无缝结合,又便于制造;通过改变现有轴承内圈和轴承外圈上的弧形滚道的截面形状,优化滚动体的受力状况,同时改善老结构双面带密封件深沟球轴承轴承容易油脂流失问题。
由于轴承内圈和轴承外圈上的弧形滚道与滚动体之间均有两个接触点,且两接触点之间夹角α为15°~140°之间,通过对滚动体的受力分析可知,该轴承在受到同等载荷时,滚动体的每个接触点受到的径向力均小于现有球轴承中滚动体所受到的径向力,这种轴承还能承受轴向力,同时由于在滚动体与异形滚道之间存有缝隙,便于储存润滑脂,有利于改善滚动体的润滑条件,油脂不易流失,从而能提高轴承的使用寿命和应用范围。

具体实施方式
在轴承外圈1与轴承内圈2间有保持架4与若干个滚动体3,所述滚动体3被均匀地定位于保持架4内,在保持架4及滚动体3的两侧分别设置密封件5,其特征在于:在轴承外圈1的内壁与轴承内圈2的外壁均磨研加工异形滚道,所述滚动体3与每条异形滚道均存在对称的两个接触点,且两对称接触点与滚动体3的中心连线间的夹角α为15°~140°。
所述异形滚道的截面形状由非对称于滚动体3的轴线L2的直线L1与第一圆弧R1、第二圆弧R2及第三圆弧R3组成;并且,直线L1有两段,分别位于滚道的边缘,第三圆弧R3位于滚道的中央,在第三圆弧R3与每段直线L1间依次为第二圆弧R2与第一圆弧R1;所述直线L1、第一圆弧R1、第二圆弧R2及第三圆弧R3间均相切。
第一圆弧R1的长度大于第二圆弧R2的长度,第二圆弧R2的长度大于第三圆弧R3的长度。所述的轴承保持架为钢冲压保持架。
所述滚动体3与每条异形滚道均存在对称的两点接触,且两对称接触点与滚动体3的中心连线间的夹角α为15°~140°中任意角度均可以,本例中α为70°,所述异形滚道的截面形状由非对称于滚动体3的轴线的一段直线与两段圆弧组成,该圆弧的半径R1、R2、R3与滚动体的半径r之间的关系为R1=0.5r~2.2r,本例中R1为1.5r;R2=0.5r~2.2r,本例中R2为0.9r;R3=0.1r~0.5r,本例中R3为0.1r。

Claims (4)

1、双面带密封件整体式点接触深沟球轴承,包括轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2),及位于轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)间的保持架(4)与若干个滚动体(3),所述滚动体(3)被均匀地定位于保持架(4)内,在保持架(4)及滚动体(3)的两侧分别设置密封件(5),其特征在于:在轴承外圈(1)的内壁与轴承内圈(2)的外壁均磨研加工异形滚道,所述滚动体(3)与每条异形滚道均存在对称的两个接触点,且两对称接触点与滚动体(3)的中心连线间的夹角(α)为15°~140°。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双面带密封件整体式点接触深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述异形滚道的截面形状由非对称于滚动体(3)的轴线(L2)的直线(L1)与第一圆弧(R1)、第二圆弧(R2)及第三圆弧(R3)组成;并且,直线(L1)有两段,分别位于滚道的边缘,第三圆弧(R3)位于滚道的中央,在第三圆弧(R3)与每段直线(L1)间依次为第二圆弧(R2)与第一圆弧(R1);所述直线(L1)、第一圆弧(R1)、第二圆弧(R2)及第三圆弧(R3)间均相切。
3、根据权利要求2所述的双面带密封件整体式点接触深沟球轴承,其特征在于:第一圆弧(R1)的长度大于第二圆弧(R2)的长度,第二圆弧(R2)的长度大于第三圆弧(R3)的长度。
4、根据权利要求1所述的双面带密封件整体式点接触深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述的轴承保持架为钢冲压保持架。
