本实用新型公开了一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于包括进牌机构、洗牌机构、发牌机构、打牌机构和外壳，所述洗牌机构位于发牌机构和进牌机构之间，与其二者构成一个整体位于所述外壳内；本实用新型能避免因人手洗牌、发牌而发生的作弊现象，让扑克牌的游戏更加公平、公正、安全和快捷，为游戏者提供一个更好的娱乐环境。适合于宾馆、茶楼、棋牌室、娱乐场等休闲娱乐场所上玩扑克游戏。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种纸牌游戏设备，特别是涉及一种全自动洗牌发牌机。
背景技术
目前娱乐界已经拥有全自动麻将机，自动洗牌机或自动发牌机，而涉及到全自动洗牌发牌机的技术水平还很低，甚至洗牌发牌的效果很不理想，甚至进牌出牌的时候很容易把纸牌弄坏，进牌出牌的速度过慢等技术缺陷。因为纸牌厚度薄，硬度差，具有不可卷曲的特性，所以对纸牌游戏设备的技术难度高，市场上专业的全自动洗牌发牌机的技术报道少之又少。现有技术上使用的洗牌方式是一次性的洗牌方式，或同时洗2副纸牌，但是最终还是要人手将其颜色分开，需要人手进行手动干预，单纯是一种洗牌机器。发牌机器基本上还是用人手一张一张分发。就算市场上某些自动洗牌发牌机，由于技术水平有限，采用步进电机作为主要驱动设备，由于步进电机力矩和速度有限，还有进牌出牌的结构设计不太合理，必然导致进牌、洗牌及发牌速度过慢，进牌、出牌位置误差偏大损伤纸牌，大大减短纸牌重复使用次数，而且游戏类型太少，基本为单一型，更改游戏不方便，自动化程度不高多种缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其能避免因人手洗牌、发牌而发生的作弊现象，让扑克牌的游戏更加公平、公正、安全和快捷，为游戏者提供一个更好的娱乐环境。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于包括进牌机构、洗牌机构、发牌机构、打牌机构和外壳，所述洗牌机构位于发牌机构和进牌机构之间，与其二者构成一个整体位于所述外壳内。
进牌机构由压牌机构、配重滑块、配重滑块滚轮、橡胶滚轮组件、进牌机构底板、进牌机构支架以及M1、M2、M3步进电机组成。
所述洗牌机构由一个等分52格的洗牌飞轮及直流电机组成，洗牌飞轮通过转轴组件固定在洗牌机构支架上，直流电机在收到感应信号后动作，驱动连接在直流电机上的同步带轮旋转，同步带轮通过同步带带动同步带轮转动，与同步带轮同轴的齿轮同向转动，齿轮与洗牌飞轮上的齿轮啮合动作，带动洗牌飞轮以转轴组件为中心随机旋转。
所述的打牌机构由洗牌机构支架、出牌板、打牌片、齿轮以及M4步进电机组成。
所述出牌机构由橡胶滚轮、出牌架及M5步进电机组成。
上述出牌架可采用单张纸牌出牌架或多张纸牌出牌架，单张纸牌出牌架由倾斜底座、盖板、G7出牌口感应组成；多张纸牌出牌架由底座及出牌感应组成，底座左右有倾斜挡板，前面有一直立挡板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：进牌出牌过程采用步进电机作为动力驱动，洗牌机构采用高精度直流电机加编码器控制，控制精度极高，角度误差范围只为0.06度。启动力矩为步进电机的3.5倍，运转速度为步进电机的4倍。因此本实用新型进牌、洗牌及发牌的速度极高。一副纸牌进入洗牌机构洗牌只需33秒的时间，而发牌的速度不超过0.8秒/次。而且本实用新型的进牌机构、洗牌机构及发牌机构设计合理，一副纸牌可以重复使用150次以上无变形，无损伤。洗牌机构采用52格等分，大大降低了随机洗牌的概率，而且刚好把52张纸牌全部随机送进洗牌机构，外部不会露出剩余纸牌；本实用新型采用了上、左、右3面液晶显示游戏状态，玩家可以从不同的角度都能观察到洗牌发牌机的实时状态，包括游戏类型，少进牌提示，多进牌提示，故障检测提示，故障排除，游戏监控等等。而且外壳上、左、右同时设有故障警示灯，故障清除按键，出牌口左右设有出牌按键，可以单张出牌或让剩余的纸牌一次性出牌；本实用新型适用于扑克牌玩家的各种玩法，包括从1张到13张的各种类型玩法。玩家可以通过洗牌发牌机尾部的控制面板上下选择游戏类型，按确认键就选择成功，非常方便快捷。而且可以在玩家玩牌的同时，公平、公正、准确地完成下一局的洗牌、发牌过程。按照玩家选择的游戏张数，洗牌发牌机在33秒的时间内进行进牌洗牌过程，而且自动在0.8秒内将指定数量的纸牌发到接牌架上，当玩家将纸牌取走后，洗牌发牌机会再次发出指定数量的纸牌以供玩家使用，直到本局游戏结束。全自动洗牌发牌机适应市场上各种扑克牌，包括纸牌，塑料牌。综上所述，全自动洗牌发牌机的自动控制既具有新颖、简洁、实用的特点，还具有小巧玲珑、结构紧密等诸多优点，同时还有很高的技术含量。本实用新型能避免因人手洗牌、发牌而发生的作弊现象，让扑克牌的游戏更加公平、公正、安全和快捷，为游戏者提供一个更好的娱乐环境。适合于宾馆、茶楼、棋牌室、娱乐场等休闲娱乐场所上玩扑克游戏。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型公开的一种全自动洗牌发牌机，包括进牌机构1、洗牌机构2、发牌机构3、打牌机构36和外壳83，所述洗牌机构2位于发牌机构3和进牌机构1之间，与其二者构成一个整体位于所述外壳83内。
进牌机构由压牌机构15、配重滑块22、配重滑块滚轮23、橡胶滚轮组件7、11、16、18、19、进牌机构底板25、进牌机构支架26、以及M1、M2、M3步进电机32、4、60等组成。进牌机构底板25与地面成一倾斜角，配重滑块在齿轮推杆收回的状态中，在重力作用于自由下滑，压迫一副纸牌24，使一副纸牌24与橡胶滚轮组件19紧密接触，等待进牌。当纸牌24与橡胶滚轮组件19紧密接触的同时，将GOF红外发射管20与GOR红外发射管27之间的光源截断，使感应信号反馈到M1步进电机32上。M1步进电机32动作，逆时针施转。连接在M1步进电机32上的同步带轮30通过同步带29带动同步带轮+齿轮联合体28逆时针施转。同步带轮+齿轮联合体28与单向运动齿轮17、21啮合动作，使橡胶滚轮18、19顺时针旋转，带动纸牌24进入纸牌限位块53与进牌机构底板25之间的间隙，同时单张纸牌9从一副纸牌24倾斜的角度变成与进牌机构底板25平行的位置，等待进入洗牌机构2。在纸牌限位块53前面有一组对射光感应，分别为G1感应14、G2感应13、G3感应12。当单张纸牌9到达G1感应14，M1电机32停止，M2电机4在M1电机启动的同时一起动作，进行顺时针旋转，连接在M2电机4上的同步带轮5通过同步带6带动同步带轮8顺时针旋转，与同步带轮8同轴的橡胶滚轮7同时顺时针旋转，带动单张纸牌9在进牌机构底板25上滑动。由于压牌机构15通过锁定装置，使得橡胶滚轮11、18与橡胶滚轮7、16相切，使单张纸牌9通过时候起限位、压紧及摩擦带动的作用。从图8可以看出，橡胶滚轮7动作时候同时带动同步带轮55顺时针旋转，同步带轮55通过同步带54带动同步带轮52顺时针旋转，加大了纸牌推动力，让纸牌9更好地进入洗牌机构2。当单张纸牌9离开G2感应13的同时，M3电机打牌板63将单张纸牌9打进洗牌机构2的洗牌飞轮压牌片45，完成一次进一张纸牌的动作。
当规定时间单张纸牌9没到达G1感应14的时候，理牌动作开始，M3电机60逆时针旋转，与M3电机60连接的同步轮79通过同步带78带动同步带轮77逆时针旋转，与同步带轮77连接的理牌板76向左上方推动一副纸牌24。把一副纸牌24理顺，重新进行进牌动作。
单张纸牌9进入洗牌飞轮压牌片45的位置是随机性的，原因是洗牌机构随机转到某一个角度等待纸牌9的进入以实现洗牌的目的，同样道理，洗牌机构同时也是随机旋转某个角度以等待出牌，同样实现随机出牌的目的。
洗牌机构由一个等分52格的洗牌飞轮10组成，通过转轴组件81固定在洗牌机构支架35上。直流电机65在收到感应信号后动作，驱动连接在直流电机65上的同步带轮66旋转，同步带轮66通过同步带69带动同步带轮67转动。与同步带轮67同轴的齿轮68同向转动，齿轮68与洗牌飞轮10上的齿轮啮合动作，从而带动洗牌飞轮10以转轴组件81为中心随机旋转，以实现随机洗牌的过程。
从图7可以看出，洗牌飞轮10等分着52格，每一格由一对洗牌飞轮压牌45组成，飞轮压牌片45内装有弹簧，用于压紧纸牌，每一格最多同时容纳3张纸牌。所以一个52格的洗牌飞轮10能同时洗2副纸牌。方便玩家在玩一副纸牌的同时，另一副纸牌已经进行洗牌，使玩家不需要等待进牌，保证游戏的连贯性。在同步带轮67旁边的G8感应70，用于对洗牌机构进行准确定位，以实现进、出牌的角度误差不大于0.06度。
当纸牌完全进入洗牌机构后，通过打牌机构36将纸牌打进发牌机构3，进行最后一个发牌过程。
如图5、图7所示，打牌机构36由洗牌机构支架35，出牌板71，打牌片37，齿轮72、74，以及M4步进电机73等部件组成。M4步进电机73在接到感应信号后动作，带动齿轮74动作，齿轮74与齿轮72啮合动作。齿轮72上有一连杆带动出牌板71进行左右摆动，实现把洗牌机构2内的纸牌进入出牌机构3内，等待玩家取牌。
如图4所示，出牌机构3由橡胶滚轮38、42、单张纸牌出牌架39(或多张纸牌出牌架82)及M5步进电机48组成。当打牌机构将纸牌打进单张纸牌出牌架39上，M5步进电机48接收感应信号动作，带动与之连接的同步带轮49同向旋转，同步带轮49通过同步带47带动同步带轮43、44转动，从而带动与它们连接的橡胶滚轮38、42转动，以实现将纸牌输送到出牌架39上，等待玩家取牌。在出牌架上有G7出牌口感应40。当玩家将出牌架39上的纸牌取走后，感应40将信号反馈给M5步进电机48、M5步进电机48动作，将洗牌机构的纸牌输送到出牌架39上，以实现玩家取走牌后马上有第二张纸牌补充，使取牌过程连续不断。
出牌架可采用单张纸牌出牌架39或多张纸牌出牌架82，单张纸牌出牌架39是由倾斜底座84，盖板85，G7出牌口感应40组成。盖板85上有一个倒U型开口，方便玩家取牌。盖板为可掀式，方便安装、清理。
多张纸牌出牌架82由底座86及出牌感应87组成，底座左右有倾斜挡板，前面有一直立挡板，防止纸牌在贯性作用下飞离出牌架。多张纸牌出牌架82能按玩家要求承托2张到13张的纸牌，最多能容纳54张纸牌。单张纸牌出牌架39与多张纸牌出牌架82按玩家要求可方便替换，如图9至图12所示。
Claims (6)
1.一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于包括进牌机构(1)、洗牌机构(2)、发牌机构(3)、打牌机构(36)和外壳(83)，所述洗牌机构(2)位于发牌机构(3)和进牌机构(1)之间，与其二者构成一个整体位于所述外壳(83)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于进牌机构由压牌机构(15)、配重滑块(22)、配重滑块滚轮(23)、橡胶滚轮组件(7、11、16、18、19)、进牌机构底板(25)、进牌机构支架(26)以及M1、M2、M3步进电机(32、4、60)组成；其中进牌机构底板(25)安装在进牌机构支架(26)上且与地面成一倾斜角，配重滑块(22)置于进牌机构底板(25)，并可沿进牌机构底板(25)滑动，M1、M2、M3步进电机(32、4、60)可分别驱动橡胶滚轮组件(7、11、16、18、19)转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于所述洗牌机构由一个等分52格的洗牌飞轮(10)及直流电机(65)组成，洗牌飞轮(10)通过转轴组件(81)固定在洗牌机构支架(35)上，直流电机(65)在收到感应信号后动作，驱动连接在直流电机(65)上的同步带轮(66)旋转，同步带轮(66)通过同步带(69)带动同步带轮(67)转动，与同步带轮(67)同轴的齿轮(68)同向转动，齿轮(68)与洗牌飞轮(10)上的齿轮啮合动作，带动洗牌飞轮(10)以转轴组件(81)为中心随机旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于所述的打牌机构(36)由洗牌机构支架(35)、出牌板(71)、打牌片(37)、齿轮(72、74)以及M4步进电机(73)组成，齿轮(72、74)相互啮合，出牌板(71)通过一连杆与齿轮(72)连接，所述M4步进电机(73)动作时可带动齿轮(74)动作，进而通过连杆带动出牌板(71)左右摆动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于所述出牌机构(3)由橡胶滚轮(38、42)、出牌架及M5步进电机(48)组成，橡胶滚轮(38、42)设置在出牌架的进口端，橡胶滚轮(38)上连接有同步带轮(44)，橡胶滚轮(42)上连接有同步带轮(43)，M5步进电机(48)上联接有同步带轮(49)，同步带轮(49)通过同步带(47)与同步带轮(43、44)联接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种全自动洗牌发牌机，其特征在于所述出牌架为单张纸牌出牌架(39)或多张纸牌出牌架(82)，其中单张纸牌出牌架由倾斜底座(84)、安装在倾斜底座(84)上的盖板(85)及安装在倾斜底座(84)上的G7出牌口感应(40)组成；多张纸牌出牌架(82)由底座(86)及设置在底座(86)上的出牌感应(87)组成，底座左右有倾斜挡板，前面有一直立挡板。
