3. A universal locomotive radio as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first CPU (101) is built from an ARM Cortex-A8 core microprocessor and the operator terminal (1) has a RAM (108) of 512 mbytes, a FLASH (109) of 1 gbyte and a TFT liquid crystal display (110) of 320 x 240.

The universal locomotive radio according to claim 1, characterized in that the 450MHz digital communication unit (2) employs a 450MHz digital-analog compatible digital channel machine and employs B, C standard communication, the 400KHz digital communication unit (3) employs a 400KHz digital channel machine and employs induction standard communication, the 450MHz digital-analog compatible digital channel machine and the 400KHz digital channel machine are connected with the main control unit (5) through UART interface for implementing digital communication of voice, signaling, and FFSK data with the main control unit.

A universal locomotive radio as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the satellite receiving unit (4) is connected to the main control unit (5) via a UART interface, so that the satellite receiving unit (4) outputs satellite positioning information to the main control unit (5), and the main control unit (5) outputs satellite positioning information to the operation terminal (1), the recording unit (7) and the intelligent GIS database unit (6).
6. Universal locomotive radio as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the GIS database unit (6) is connected to the master control unit (5) via a CAN interface for data communication between the master control unit and the GIS database unit.

A universal locomotive radio according to claim 1, characterized in that the interface unit (8) comprises a 450MHz antenna interface, a 400KHz antenna interface, a satellite antenna interface, a host USB interface (801), a second RS422 interface (802) and a second CAN interface (803); the system comprises a 450MHz digital communication unit (2), a 400KHz digital communication unit (3), a satellite receiving unit (4) and a satellite antenna, wherein the 450MHz digital communication unit is connected with the 450MHz antenna through a 450MHz antenna interface, the 400KHz digital communication unit is connected with the 400MHz antenna through a 400KHz antenna interface, and the satellite receiving unit is connected with the satellite antenna through a satellite antenna interface; the host USB interface (801) is connected with the main control unit (5) through a UART interface, and the host USB interface (801) is connected with a computer and used for realizing computer data downloading; the second RS422 interface (802) is connected with the main control unit (5) through a UART interface, and the second RS422 interface (802) is connected with the train number encoder and used for sending the train number information; the second CAN interface (803) is connected to the operating terminal (1).
9. The universal locomotive radio as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the power supply unit (9) comprises a DC power supply DC 110V-DC13.8V power supply module and a DC12V battery, said DC power supply DC 110-110V-DC13.8V power supply module is connected to the external input power supply, and when the external input power supply is stopped, the power supply is provided by said DC12V battery.
