[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及水处理设备,尤其涉及一种初级过滤及储存系统。
[背景技术]
目前人类比较容易利用的淡水资源,主要来自河流、湖泊及浅层地下水,淡水资源在大量使用下不仅短缺,加上污染严重而且地区分布极不平衡,即使电和能源都充沛的地方,清洁的水资源仍然相对缺乏和需要节能和保护,水资源已经为成人类宝贵的资源,水资源问题更成为关系到国家经济、社会可持续发展和长治久安的重大战略。
在一些极难获得清洁及缺乏水源的偏远干旱贫困地区,难以铺设长距离供水的长输管线提供饮用水,或不计算运输成本通过运输工具往返运送饮用水,或安装大型水质优化系统,安全用水成本变得非常高昂;除用水成本高昂外,也可能因长距离的输送或运送,导致水质的变化或二级污染,使人们无法直接安全饮用。
人们日常饮用水的个人需求量虽然不大,但其卫生、清洁、无菌、无毒害的要求则较高,通过空气提纯冷凝可以获得能够饮用的净水,但仅仅通过空气提纯冷凝获的净水还是无法达到优质的饮用水的标准,需要进一步优化,以达到优质饮用水标准的水质。
[发明内容]
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种将空气提纯冷凝获的净水进一步优化时,能够对水质进行预处理的初级过滤及储存系统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种初级过滤及储存系统,包括电源、水泵、过滤装置、紫外光灭菌装置、储水装置和控制电路,过滤装置的入口接水源,出口接紫外光灭菌装置;紫外光灭菌装置的出口接储水装置。
以上所述的初级过滤及储存系统,过滤装置包括纤维网过滤器、PP棉过滤器、石英砂过滤器、颗粒碳过滤器和活性碳过滤器。
以上所述的初级过滤及储存系统,纤维网过滤器、PP棉过滤器、石英砂过滤器、颗粒碳过滤器和活性碳过滤器依次串接,纤维网过滤器通过水泵接水源,活性碳过滤器的出口接接紫外光灭菌装置。
以上所述的初级过滤及储存系统,控制电路包括控制器,储水装置包括复数个储水容器,储水容器包括水位报警装置、进水电磁阀和出水电磁阀,水位报警装置的信号输出端、进水电磁阀的控制端和出水电磁阀控制端分别接控制器;水泵驱动电路的控制端接控制器。
以上所述的初级过滤及储存系统,所述的电源是太阳能电源。
本实用新型初级过滤及储存系统能够对空气提纯冷凝获的净水进行初步优化和存储,便于下一级净水系统进一步优化达到达致最佳饮用水的标准。

[具体实施方式]
本实用新型实施例初级过滤及储存系统的结构如图1所示,包括电源、高压水泵、过滤装置、紫外光灭菌装置、储水装置和控制电路,过滤装置的入口接水源,出口接紫外光灭菌装置;紫外光灭菌装置的出口接储水装置。
其中,过滤装置包括纤维网过滤器、PP棉过滤器、石英砂过滤器、颗粒碳过滤器和活性碳过滤器。纤维网过滤器、PP棉过滤器、石英砂过滤器、颗粒碳过滤器和活性碳过滤器依次串接,纤维网过滤器通过高压水泵接水源,活性碳过滤器的出口接接紫外光灭菌装置。
控制电路包括控制器,储水装置包括复数个储水容器,储水容器包括水位报警装置、进水电磁阀和出水电磁阀,水位报警装置的信号输出端、进水电磁阀的控制端和出水电磁阀控制端分别接控制器;高压水泵驱动电路的控制端接控制器。
在本实施例中,电源是太阳能电源。
本实用新型以上实施例的初级过滤及储存系统可以收集多台空气提纯冷凝制水系统的水源,因避免影响制水量及增加机身体积,制水系统只有简单的过滤,而制水后主要的水源过滤及净化便落在初级过滤及储存系统上,本系统所有水源过滤、净化、灭菌的工作由一个高压水泵推动,系统运作的工况及信息由本系统的控制电路的控制器监控每个工序,并把运作、系统工况及警报等信息汇总由控制器同步传送到中控室总控制系统上。另外本系统的特点是用太阳能供电系统供应所需电源,既环保又节能。
本实用新型以上实施例水源经过过滤装置时被净化及吸收水中的异味,在进入储水装置前净化水通过不锈钢高能紫外光灭菌系统,更进一步优化水源后才进入储水装置内。
本实用新型以上实施例的储水装置由多个水缸组成,每个水缸由水位警报及电有电磁阀通过控制系统控制入水及出水,也监控储存量及使用量,如储存量过多时通过中控室的监控系统便会通知上游制水系统停止制水,避免浪费水源及减少设备的损耗。
本实用新型以上实施例的初级过滤及储存系统能够对空气提纯冷凝获的净水进行初步优化和存储,便于下一级净水系统进一步优化达到达致最佳饮用水的标准。同时,初级过滤及储存系统能够降低下一级净水系统的负荷,增加RO模的寿命,减少RO模冲洗和排污,既节能又可减少排放。

1.一种初级过滤及储存系统,包括电源、水泵、过滤装置和控制电路,其特征在于,包括紫外光灭菌装置和储水装置,过滤装置的入口接水源,出口接紫外光灭菌装置;紫外光灭菌装置的出口接储水装置;控制电路包括控制器,储水装置包括复数个储水容器,储水容器包括水位报警装置、进水电磁阀和出水电磁阀,水位报警装置的信号输出端、进水电磁阀的控制端和出水电磁阀控制端分别接控制器;水泵驱动电路的控制端接控制器;所述的电源是太阳能电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的初级过滤及储存系统,其特征在于,过滤装置包括纤维网过滤器、PP棉过滤器、石英砂过滤器、颗粒碳过滤器和活性碳过滤器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的初级过滤及储存系统,其特征在于,纤维网过滤器、PP棉过滤器、石英砂过滤器、颗粒碳过滤器和活性碳过滤器依次串接,纤维网过滤器通过水泵接水源,活性碳过滤器的出口接紫外光灭菌装置。
