Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:包括具有第一、第二进水口和第一、第二出水口的阀体,所述第一进水口与市政水路连接,所述第二进水口与过滤器的出水端连接,第一出水口与过滤器的进水端连接,第二出水口与饮水机连接,所述阀体的上部内腔竖设有可上、下滑移的阀芯,阀芯下部体内刚性连接有中心阀杆;所述阀体的下部内腔设有可上、下滑移的止水垫,所述止水垫下部设有锥形头,所述止水垫中心部设有泄压通孔,所述中心阀杆下部正对泄压通孔的上方,所述阀体的上部内腔与下部内腔由分隔体隔开,所述中心阀杆穿设在分隔体中。本实用新型水过滤器安全阀通用性好,安装方便,可以搭配所有的过滤器使用。

本实用新型涉及一种水过滤器安全阀。
背景技术:
市面上现有的过滤器多连接在饮水龙头的前端,当饮水龙头关闭时,过滤器直接与市政水路相连,当水路水压突然升高时对过滤器产生较大的冲击,甚至会将过滤器爆破,给消费者带来财产损失。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水过滤器安全阀,该水过滤器安全阀结构简单、设计合理,避免了过滤器长期承受高压。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
本实用新型水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:包括具有第一、第二进水口和第一、第二出水口的阀体,所述第一进水口与市政水路连接,所述第二进水口与过滤器的出水端连接,第一出水口与过滤器的进水端连接,第二出水口与饮水机连接,所述阀体的上部内腔竖设有可上、下滑移的阀芯,阀芯下部体内刚性连接有中心阀杆;所述阀体的下部内腔设有可上、下滑移的止水垫,所述止水垫下部设有锥形头,所述止水垫中心部设有泄压通孔,所述中心阀杆下部正对泄压通孔的上方,所述阀体的上部内腔与下部内腔由分隔体隔开,所述中心阀杆穿设在分隔体中。
进一步的,上述止水垫上部与分隔体下部之间设有背压腔,所述止水垫上靠近第一进水口端设有连通第一进水口与背压腔的通孔。
进一步的,上述阀体上位于阀芯下表面与分隔体上方之间设有与阀体外相通的通气孔。
进一步的,上述阀芯下表面与分隔体上方之间设有弹簧。
进一步的,上述中心阀杆下部设有密封垫以封堵泄压通孔。
进一步的,上述阀体下部内腔设有与锥形口以与锥形头配合。
进一步的,上述阀芯下部外表面与阀体之间设有密封圈,在密封圈与第二进、出水口形成上分腔。
本实用新型水过滤器安全阀的工作原理:
饮水龙头开启时:上分腔腔室内水压接近0Mpa,阀芯在弹簧的驱动下带动中心阀杆一起向上运动,中心阀杆上移,带动止水垫开启泄压孔,背压腔内的水经泄压孔流入过滤器,背压腔压力降低,使得止水垫下方压力大于止水垫上方压力,止水垫向上移动开启背压阀,过滤器前端水路开启;
关闭过程:饮水龙头关闭时,上分腔腔室内水压迅速升高,阀芯在水压的作用下向下运动压缩弹簧下移,并带动中心阀杆向下关闭泄压孔,此时背压腔压力迅速升高,迫使止水垫向下关闭主水路(第一进水口与第一出水口的水路)。主水路关闭后,因止水垫的可压缩性,阀芯仍可向下移动一定距离,使上分腔腔室的体积增大,过滤器后端压力降低,过滤器前端压力也会相应降低,从而更好的保护过滤器不受高压。
本实用新型水过滤器安全阀利用饮水龙头开启和关闭时的压力差控制安全阀的启闭;饮水龙头关闭时,安全阀将过滤器前端水路关闭,避免过滤器长期承受高压;该安全阀通用性好,安装方便,可以搭配所有的过滤器使用。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型水过滤器安全阀,包括具有第一、第二进水口1、2和第一、第二出水口3、4的阀体5,所述第一进水口1与市政水路连接,所述第二进水口2与过滤器的出水端连接,第一出水口3与过滤器的进水端连接,第二出水口4与饮水机连接,所述阀体5的上部内腔竖设有可上、下滑移的阀芯6,阀芯下部体内刚性连接有中心阀杆7;所述阀体的下部内腔设有可上、下滑移的止水垫8,所述止水垫8下部设有锥形头9,所述止水垫中心部设有泄压通孔10,所述中心阀杆7下部正对泄压通孔10的上方,所述阀体的上部内腔与下部内腔由分隔体11隔开,所述中心阀杆7穿设在分隔体11中。
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述止水垫8上部与分隔体11下部之间设有背压腔12,所述止水垫8上靠近第一进水口端设有连通第一进水口与背压腔的通孔13。
进一步的,上述阀体上位于阀芯下表面与分隔体上方之间设有与阀体外相通的通气孔14。
进一步的,上述阀芯下表面与分隔体上方之间设有弹簧15。
进一步的,上述中心阀杆下部设有密封垫16以封堵泄压通孔。
进一步的,上述阀体下部内腔设有与锥形口17以与锥形头配合。
进一步的,上述阀芯下部外表面与阀体之间设有密封圈18,在密封圈与第二进、出水口形成上分腔19。
本实用新型水过滤器安全阀的工作原理:
饮水龙头开启时:上分腔腔室内水压接近0Mpa,阀芯在弹簧的驱动下带动中心阀杆一起向上运动,中心阀杆上移,带动止水垫开启泄压孔,背压腔内的水经泄压孔流入过滤器,背压腔压力降低,使得止水垫下方压力大于止水垫上方压力,止水垫向上移动开启背压阀,过滤器前端水路开启;
关闭过程:饮水龙头关闭时,上分腔腔室内水压迅速升高,阀芯在水压的作用下向下运动压缩弹簧下移,并带动中心阀杆向下关闭泄压孔,此时背压腔压力迅速升高,迫使止水垫向下关闭主水路(第一进水口与第一出水口的水路)。主水路关闭后,因止水垫的可压缩性,阀芯仍可向下移动一定距离,使上分腔腔室的体积增大,过滤器后端压力降低,过滤器前端压力也会相应降低,从而更好的保护过滤器不受高压。
本实用新型水过滤器安全阀利用饮水龙头开启和关闭时的压力差控制安全阀的启闭;饮水龙头关闭时,安全阀将过滤器前端水路关闭,避免过滤器长期承受高压;该安全阀通用性好,安装方便,可以搭配所有的过滤器使用。
Claims (7)
1.一种水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:包括具有第一、第二进水口和第一、第二出水口的阀体,所述第一进水口与市政水路连接,所述第二进水口与过滤器的出水端连接,第一出水口与过滤器的进水端连接,第二出水口与饮水机连接,所述阀体的上部内腔竖设有可上、下滑移的阀芯,阀芯下部体内刚性连接有中心阀杆;所述阀体的下部内腔设有可上、下滑移的止水垫,所述止水垫下部设有锥形头,所述止水垫中心部设有泄压通孔,所述中心阀杆下部正对泄压通孔的上方,所述阀体的上部内腔与下部内腔由分隔体隔开,所述中心阀杆穿设在分隔体中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:所述止水垫上部与分隔体下部之间设有背压腔,所述止水垫上靠近第一进水口端设有连通第一进水口与背压腔的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:所述阀体上位于阀芯下表面与分隔体上方之间设有与阀体外相通的通气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯下表面与分隔体上方之间设有弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:所述中心阀杆下部设有密封垫以封堵泄压通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:所述阀体下部内腔设有与锥形口以与锥形头配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水过滤器安全阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯下部外表面与阀体之间设有密封圈,在密封圈与第二进、出水口形成上分腔。
