Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的装置。
对于例如与同轴电缆进行电接触的装置,在高频技术中采用了符合国际标准“Fed.Spec.QQ-S-764”的不锈钢。但是,这种钢会产生不利的互调分量,因而在很多高频应用中无法使用。作为上述钢的替代,也可以采用符合“QQ-B-626”标准的黄铜。但是黄铜具有应力腐蚀开裂的缺点,因此当所述装置应用在室外,尤其是当它们安装在潮湿、肮脏的环境中时,必须另外通过绝缘带或冷缩配合管来加以保护,避免外界环境的侵蚀影响。这在安装时造成了额外的开销。
本发明的目的在于提供一种所述类型的装置,它能够在侵蚀性环境下在很大程度上防止应力腐蚀开裂,同时在电气特性、可加工性和可电镀性方面可与黄铜相媲美,并且所产生的不利的互调分量可以忽略不计。
该任务在所述类型的高频元件下这样来解决:由青铜,尤其是铸造青铜来制造支撑体。在研究中已经表明:青铜,尤其是铸造青铜,在侵蚀性介质中,尤其是在氨和硫化物中比黄铜要稳定得多。青铜尤其是在机械应力下,以及在所述侵蚀性介质中的内部应力下,明显更不易于发生应力腐蚀开裂。即使在元件没有通过冷缩配合管、胶带和类似物进行保护,而直接暴露在外界环境中的情况下,也能确保耐侵蚀介质的性能。在电气元件中使用青铜作为接触部件本身是已知的。上述任务并非是由此来解决的。这里其目的仅仅是获得更好的接触。
根据本发明的高频元件的一个主要优点在于,青铜基本上可以与黄铜一样以低廉的成本来进行加工。尤其是青铜合金可以被切削加工,并且以这种方式特别是可以制造廉价的连接器。因此可以基本上无附加成本地用青铜、尤其是铸造青铜来代替黄铜。
特别地,所述高频元件最好是同轴连接器或避雷元件。
已经发现,当锌的重量百分比小于18%,尤其是小于12%时,根据本发明的高频元件在侵蚀性介质的影响下耐侵蚀能力特别高。当锌的重量百分比小于7%,最好约为6%时,获得了特别高的耐侵蚀能够。一种特别优选的合金的成分为CuZn6Sn4Pb3。
下面借助于图1和图2来描述根据本发明的高频元件的一个实施例,图中分别示出了根据本发明的同轴插头的剖面。
根据图1和图2,所述高频元件是一个同轴插头2,它具有一个外壳3,在所述外壳上用螺母4可拆卸地固定了一个同轴电缆10。同轴电缆10以已知的方式具有内导体11、绝缘体12、作为外导体的波纹管护套13、以及外罩14。内导体11通过连接套管9连接到一个插头引脚20,该插头引脚由一个绝缘体21所环绕。同轴插头2由另一个螺母28拧到一个这里未示出的插头部件上。
在图1中,螺母4还没有完全拧到外壳3上。在将螺母4继续拧入到图2所示位置的过程中,一个例如由合成橡胶构成的密封物7部分进入到一个环形空间9内,从而将一个拧到波纹管护套13上的螺纹环17与外界隔离密封。如图中所示,波纹管护套13的前端在拧入螺母4的过程中发生变形。一个环8限定了螺母4的拧入深度。
两个螺母4和28以及外壳3都由青铜、尤其是由铸造青铜制成。对外受到保护的螺纹环17可以像通常那样由黄铜制成。两个螺母4和28最好在其表面上进行改善加工,例如镀银,从而提高接触电阻。同样,插头引脚20最好也由青铜制成,尤其是由铸造青铜制成,并且在其表面上进行改善加工,例如镀银。
青铜中的锌含量最好相对较低。其中锌的重量百分比优选地小于18%,最好小于12%。一种特别优选的青铜中锌的重量百分比小于7%。
所采用的铜-锡-锌铸造合金最好是含有铅的多元青铜,其成分例如为CuZn6Sn4Pb3。
根据本发明的装置例如是高频避雷元件的一部分,室外天线、功率分配器或高频耦合器的一个元件。
因此所采用的青铜形成了同轴插头1的暴露在外界环境下、并处于机械应力下的支撑部件。它还在机械应力下,在侵蚀性介质中,例如氨和硫化物的环境下,具有耐侵蚀能力。这里的耐侵蚀能力尤其是指对应力腐蚀开裂的耐侵蚀能力,这种应力腐蚀开裂可能会导致元件的断裂。因此连接部件1特别适合于室外应用,例如用于始终暴露在外界环境中的室外天线系统。这样即使在侵蚀性介质的情况下也不需要额外的保护措施。从而表面可以直接暴露在外界环境中。
Claims (9)
1.用于与高频系统的导电部件进行电接触的装置,例如与同轴电缆或波纹管同轴电缆或者同轴插接连接器进行电接触,具有至少一个金属支撑体(3,4,28),其特征在于,暴露在外界环境下的至少一个支撑体(3,4,28)是由青铜制成的,尤其是由铸造青铜制成的。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置是电连接器或连接器部件(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接器部件(1)是同轴连接器的一部分。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置是高频避雷元件的一部分。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置是用于室外天线的电气元件。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置是电缆螺栓接头、功率分配器、高频滤波器或高频耦合器的一部分。
7.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,锌的重量百分比小于7%,最好约为6%。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述青铜是含有铅的多元青铜。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,青铜的成分为CuZn6Sn4Pb3。
