Abstract

一种用于电能表、气表、里程表、水表等累计式计量仪表的电子数字读表方法,是在计数器的每个数码轮布有4个开关量传感器,在数码轮周边每数字格按一定规则分别涂上吸光材料或反光材料,或在部分格上装置有磁性材料或磁感应材料。通过传感器对计数器上数码轮的当前数码所对应的位置的判断,再将各列传感器传感出来的信号经整形处理得到标准的数字波形,该波形经输出送至计算机进行处理便实现数码轮的数字识别,达到电子数字读表的目的。本发明读表准确性高,使用方便,计数器使用寿命长。

Description

机械转轮式计数器的电子数字化读取方法
本发明涉及数据识别，具体是识别转轮式计数器数字的方法以及相应的装置。
机械转轮式计数器广泛应用于电表(专用名称计度器)、气表、里程表以及其它累计式计量仪表上，由于其结构简单及工作可靠而稳定，在相当一段历史时期内，都是一个不可替代的计量方式。然而，由于技术的发展，要求该计量仪器能以电子数字化方式输出计量结果，以便加以远程传输或直接送到电脑进行数据处理，而这类仪表由于没有相应的电子数字化输出设备从而给计量自动化带来了重大问题。对于该类设备的数字化，当前的解决办法是通过脉冲式计数进行数字化处理，即通过对该仪表某一转动部件的转动次数通过光、磁或谐振感应方式等进行脉冲输出计量，每转动一次便输出一个脉冲或脉冲组再由单片计算机进行数字化处理并加以累计和存储。这种方式存在以下缺点：
一、该脉冲数字化方式不是在计量仪表上读取计量结果，而是重新进行电子式计量，这样，便形成了在同一仪表上进行了二重计量(即原有的机械式计量和附加的脉冲式计量)。所输出的电子数字并非原仪表的计量结果，而是附加电子计量的结果。
二、电子计量方式易受干扰，如雷电、电源波动以及各种工频电流对线路的干扰等等，从而影响计量的准确性。而每一次受干扰所产生的误计量都永久性存在于计量的结果中，换言之，计量错误会进行积累。
三、必需进行底度数初始化处理。由于脉冲式计量只是过程的计量，其最终计量必须交由计算机(或单片机)进行处理和存储，所以每个计量仪表均需进行电子化底度处理。这在许多情况下(如大批电度表安装时)是很不方便的。
四、脉冲计量装置必须保证在计量的全过程中始终处于工作状态，一些计量仪表是处于长年累月的无间断工作的(如电度表、水表、气表等)，相应脉冲计量装置也必须对应地连续工作，因此产生了两个问题：1．相应的电子设备必须保证长期连续基本无差错工作，否则，其计量结果会有很大的出入；2．长期连续工作不可避免地产生器件的寿命问题，特别是传感器尤其如此。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种机械转轮式计数器的电子数字读取方法，该方法结合计算机使用，便可直接读取仪表上的计量结果。
本发明目的实现的方案是按下述构思进行的：根据转轮式计数器数码轮上的数码所处于的物理位置判断该转轮的当前读数，也就是将仪表上数码轮的当前数码的读数功能，转化为对数码轮的当前位置的判断。此构思的具体方案是：将十进位制计数器的每一数码轮的周边分成十格，分别代表0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9，各格按一定规则分别涂上吸光材料或反光材料，或按一定规则在部分格上装置有磁性材料或磁感应材料，在每一数码轮的某一部位利用外部结构固定四个开关量式传感器(即只反映0、1状态的传感器)，当数码轮处于不同位置时，一列四个传感器所反映的状态各不相同，各列传感器传感出来的信号经整形处理得到标准的数字波形，该波形经输出送至计算机进行处理便实现数码轮的数字识别。
本发明所指的传感器是光电式或磁感应式或电感式(即谐振式)。
通常机械式计数器是由4-8个数码轮构成，中间用进位轮加以连接，构成一个4-8位的十进位计数器。本发明同样需要布置相应的(4-8)×4的传感器阵列，每一列(4个)传感器负责一个数码轮的数字识别。多少个数码轮需要多少列传感器。
本发明采用四个开关量传感器识别数码转轮装置，进而实现电子直接读取数字的方法，不易受雷电、电源波动等因素的干扰，准确性高，使用方便，寿命长，更不会产生误计量的历史积累。
以下结合具体实施方法对本发明进一步描述。
图1是本发明计数器数码轮径向剖面示意图。
图2是本发明单片计算机识别电路图。
如图1所示，在数码轮1的上方固定有4个只反映0、1状态的反射式光电对管传感器2。数码轮1周边共分10格，分别代表0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9，每格按图1所示方式分别涂上黑色(吸光材料)和白色(反光材料)。当某一格是白时(即光反射时)，传感器2的状态为1，黑时为0。数码轮l每转动一格，传感器的状态都发生相应的变化。以人眼观察的读数加以位置一一对应，便实现将数码轮1的读数变成对数码轮1位置的判断，其结果如下表所示：读数    传感器状态    传感器输出波形

显然，各传感器所显示的状态是非常便于电子化数字处理的。传感器传感出来的信号只需通过简单的整形便可得到标准的方波数字波形。所输出的波形只需送到单片计算机进行简单处理便完成了一个数码轮的数字识别过程。本实施例以五位数(五个数码轮)计算器为例，其计算机的整个识别电路如图2所示。

1．一种机械转轮式计数器的电子数字化读取方法，其特征是将仪表上数码转轮的当前数码的读数功能，转化为对数码轮的当前位置的判断，即将十进位制计数器的每一数码轮的周边分成十格，分别代表0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9，各格按一定的规则分别涂上吸光材料或反光材料，或按一定规则在部分格上装置有磁性材料或磁感应材料，在每一数码轮的某一部位利用外部结构固定四个开关量式传感器，当数码轮处于不同位置时，每列四个传感器所反映的状态各不相同，各列传感器传感出来的信号经整形处理得到标准的数字波形，该波形经输出送至单片计算机进行处理便实现数码轮的数字识别。
2．按照权利要求1所述机械转轮式计数器的电子数字化读取方法，其特征是在数码轮的1、3、6、7格涂上黑色，在0、2、4、5、8、9格涂上白色时，数码轮的数字读取方式如下：读数    传感器状态    传感器输出波形
