Abstract
本发明涉及一种骨螺钉,它具有一头部(1)、一杆部(2)、一中纵轴线(3)、一螺钉尖端(4)、一外周面(5)、一外螺纹(6)和总长(7)、其中设有一个与纵轴线(3)同轴延伸的、向头部(1)敞开的钻孔(7),该钻孔经至少一个垂直于纵轴线(3)延伸的通道(8)与外周面(5)连接并以至少一个孔眼(9)的形式穿过外周面(5)通向外部。钻孔(7)往螺钉尖端(4)方向是封闭的。该骨螺钉的优点是:骨粘固粉以这样的方式可导入周围的骨头,即为骨螺钉的螺纹构造一个人造的、同轴的粘固粉托架,然而该粘固粉托架只在侧面与螺钉邻接,因而即使在粘固粉硬化后,骨螺钉也能沿轴向进一步向前旋入。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨螺钉。
背景技术
在DE-A-3 508 759中已知一种髋骨螺钉,它具有一连续的中心钻孔,其通到敞开的螺钉尖端,而且在螺纹侧壁(Gewindegangwaende)之间有侧向的孔眼。借助于该髋骨螺钉一方面可以将超尺寸的尖形螺纹固定在骨头中,同时通过将骨粘固粉(Knochenzement)喷射入中心钻孔并排出到侧向的孔眼中,从而加强薄弱的骨质。这种已知的髋骨螺钉的缺点是,由于粘固粉通过髋骨螺钉的敞开的尖端排出并硬化,在粘固粉硬化后,髋骨螺钉就不再能进一步沿轴向向前旋入。
由JP-07051292-A及JP-7222752-A同样已知中心钻通的骨螺钉,而它在总长上、也就是说从螺钉尖端一直到螺钉头都具有孔眼。这两种螺钉的缺点是,骨粘固粉也在螺钉的近侧部分排出,这在临床上是不受欢迎的。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺点。本发明的目的在于,提供一个部分钻通的骨螺钉,骨粘固粉通过该骨螺钉以这样的方式可导入周围的骨头,即为骨螺钉的螺纹构造一个人造的、同轴的粘固粉托架,然而该粘固粉托架只在侧面与螺钉邻接,因而即使在粘固粉硬化后,骨螺钉也能沿轴向进一步向前旋入(旋紧)。
按本发明,为实现上述目的提供了这样一种骨螺钉,它具有一头部、一杆部、一中心纵轴线、一螺钉尖端、一外周面、一外螺纹和一总长L,其中设有一个与纵轴线同轴延伸的、向头部敞开的钻孔,该钻孔经至少一个垂直于纵轴线延伸的通道与外周面连接并以至少一个孔眼的形式穿过外周面通向外部,其中钻孔往螺钉尖端方向是封闭的,其特征在于,在纵轴线上测量,孔眼的中心轴线离开螺钉尖端的距离至多为0.5L。
因而可实现这样的优点:已经固定的骨螺钉,特别是象固定骨板(Knochenplatte)时所希望的那样,即使在人造粘固粉托架硬化之后也能旋紧,这是因为螺钉尖端是封闭的,可能阻挡骨螺钉轴向运动的骨粘固粉不能从尖端排出。
在本发明的优选实施形式中,骨螺钉的外螺纹的啮合角适宜地大于25°,并且优选在29°至61°的范围内。
在纵轴线上测量,孔眼的中心轴线离开螺钉尖端的距离至多为0.5L。
外螺纹的直径至多为7.5mm并且优选在3.0至7.5mm的范围内。
中心钻孔及孔眼的直径应处于0.9至3.3mm的范围内。孔眼的数目可为1到8之间。优选将孔眼设置在一至三个相对于纵轴线正交的平面上。
通入骨螺钉头部的钻孔的开口可设计成多角孔腔,它能容纳一个与之相应的多角螺丝刀。此开口可设计成转接器的插口式连接,该转接器用于与骨粘固粉喷射器接合。
外螺纹直径D(以mm计)与孔眼的总排出面积F(以mm2计)之间的比例D/F要么处于0.1至0.9mm-1的范围内要么处于1.1至2.9mm-1的范围内。外螺纹直径D与钻孔直径d之间的比例处于2.0至2.9的范围内。
孔眼适宜地一直达到螺纹侧壁的区域。
按照本发明的骨螺钉能以已知的方式用来固定带有许多连续的板孔的骨板。

具体实施方式
该骨螺钉具有中心纵轴线3和总长L,它具有一个头部1,其上连接着带有螺钉尖端4的杆部2。杆部2的外周面5具有外螺纹6。一个向头部1敞开的钻孔7与纵轴线3同轴地延伸,该钻孔经一个垂直于纵轴线3延伸的通道8与杆部2的外周面5连接,并以两个孔眼9的形式穿过外周面5通向外部。钻孔7往螺钉尖端4方向是封闭的。
在纵轴线3上测量,两个孔眼9的中心轴线10离开螺钉尖端4的距离约为0.28L。
钻孔7的通入骨螺钉头部1的开口设计成可容纳相应螺丝刀的六角形孔腔。
Claims (14)
1.骨螺钉,它具有一头部(1)、一杆部(2)、一中心纵轴线(3)、一螺钉尖端(4)、一外周面(5)、一外螺纹(6)和一总长L,其中设有一个与纵轴线(3)同轴延伸的、向头部(1)敞开的钻孔(7),该钻孔经至少一个垂直于纵轴线(3)延伸的通道(8)与外周面(5)连接并以至少一个孔眼(9)的形式穿过外周面(5)通向外部,其中钻孔(7)往螺钉尖端(4)方向是封闭的,其特征在于,在纵轴线(3)上测量,孔眼(9)的中心轴线(10)离开螺钉尖端(4)的距离至多为0.5L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,外螺纹(6)的啮合角大于25°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,外螺纹(6)的啮合角在29°至61°的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,外螺纹(6)的直径至多为7.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,孔眼(9)的直径处于0.9至3.3mm的范围内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,孔眼(9)的数目为1到8之间。
7.根据权利要求6的骨螺钉,其特征在于,孔眼(9)设置在一至三个相对于纵轴线(3)正交的平面上。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,通入头部(1)的钻孔(7)的开口设计成转接器的插口式连接,该转接器用于与骨粘固粉喷射器接合。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,以mm计的外螺纹直径D与以mm2计的孔眼(9)的总排出面积F之间的比例D/F处于0.1至0.9mm-1的范围内。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,以mm计的外螺纹直径D与以mm2计的孔眼(9)的总排出面积F之间的比例D/F处于1.1至2.9mm-1范围内。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,外螺纹直径D与钻孔(7)直径d之间的比例处于2.0至2.9的范围内。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,孔眼(9)达到螺纹侧壁的区域内。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨螺钉,其特征在于,带有一个用于与骨粘固粉喷射器接合的转接器。
14.一种骨螺钉的固定系统,其特征在于,该系统带有至少两个根据权利要求1至13之任一项所述的骨螺钉,并包括一个带有许多用于容纳骨螺钉的板孔的骨板。
