the statistical analysis unit is used for counting and updating the resource occupation condition of the satellite transponder in real time and generating a statistical analysis report.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the system management unit is specifically configured to:
the method comprises the steps of managing satellite basic information and satellite transponder basic information, wherein after a first satellite resource is delivered and used, the first satellite basic information and the basic information of a first satellite transponder are added;
based on the managed basic information of each satellite and basic information of the satellite transponder, a resource frequency pool is established in a self-defining mode, wherein the resource frequency pool can be divided into an allocable resource, a reserved resource and an unavailable resource according to states;
setting an account role for a system user;
and setting operation rights according to roles corresponding to the accounts for each account, and distributing data rights according to the accounts.
3. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that said approval unit is specifically configured to:
the resource application submitted by the application unit is approved;
examining and approving the satellite resources allocated in the current flow;
if the approval result is passed, the next flow is switched to or the flow is ended; and if the approval result does not pass, sending a second notification prompt, wherein the second notification prompt is used for prompting that the approval does not pass the reason.

and distributing the received resource application task and sending a third notification prompt to the receiver.

and after the satellite transponder resource is allocated, submitting the satellite transponder resource to the verification unit.

monitoring expired satellite resources in a resource pool, sending a first notification prompt, and automatically generating a service termination notification bill under the condition that a first response to the first notification prompt is received;
and generating a service termination notification sheet in response to the termination operation manually initiated by the user.
7. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that said statistical analysis unit is in particular adapted to:
updating the resource occupation condition and the resource frequency pool state of the satellite transponder in real time according to the distribution flow;
updating the resource occupation condition and the resource frequency pool state of the satellite transponder according to the service termination notification list, and releasing the resources;
analyzing the statistical data to generate a statistical analysis report, wherein the statistical data analysis comprises: at least one of resource angle analysis, user angle analysis, homography analysis, and girth analysis.
8. A method of resource management using the system of claim 1, the method comprising:
creating a resource frequency pool, and setting account operation permission and data permission according to roles;
submitting a resource application for a system to generate a business notification according to resource allocation information, wherein the resource application comprises the resource allocation information;
approval is carried out on the business notification bill;
task distribution;
distributing satellite transponder resources in a resource frequency pool according to the service notification;
verifying the allocated satellite transponder resources;
after verification is passed, determining the occupation timeliness of the satellite transponder resource, sending a first notification prompt under the condition that the satellite transponder resource is due, and generating a service termination notification bill under the condition that a first response to the first notification prompt is received;
and counting and updating the resource occupation condition of the satellite transponder in real time, and generating a statistical analysis report.
