The resource allocation function is used for determining the resource bandwidth and the occupied time period required by the service according to the service demand information; determining idle resources of a current satellite transponder, selecting first resources of the resource bandwidth from the idle resources, allocating the first resources to the service within an occupied time period, and sending a short message notification resource allocation result to a client through a short message platform after allocation is completed.
A service settlement management module: the functions of using record inquiry, settlement application, bill management and payment notice downloading are mainly completed. Receiving duration statistical information input by an administrator by using a record query function, and updating the actual use duration in the service transmission schedule; and the user inquires the service transmission plan after inputting the date, time period, satellite, frequency band and other information, and returns corresponding service transmission plan result information according to the client request. The settlement application function receives settlement application information submitted by the client, generates a bill and returns result information of the settlement application to the client. The bill management function is used for receiving inquiry, complaint and confirmation operations of the client, receiving duration statistical information input by an administrator, updating a service transmission schedule, updating bill state and other information. The payment notice downloading function receives the downloading operation of the client and returns the file information of the payment notice.
The customer center: the system is mainly responsible for managing the basic information of the client, finishing the login verification of the client and returning login result information. The basic functions of client registration, creation, account management, data verification, inquiry, modification and the like can be performed through basic information management.
The resource management system comprises: the system is a peripheral system independent of the system, integrates satellite resource management, resource state statistics and query, and user analysis of resource usage, can realize unified management of resources of formal contract users, non-contract user resources, reserved frequency and guard band frequency, and meets the centralized, standardized, streamlined and refined management requirements of resources.
