Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂及其制备方法,其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将有机紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂加入到有机溶剂中溶解;(2)加入纳米材料,继续搅拌溶解;(3)加入聚氨酯、柔软剂,搅拌均匀,得到紫外线吸收剂。所用有机紫外线吸收剂为苯并三唑类化合物和三嗪类化合物的组合,然后与纳米材料协同作用,在抗氧剂、光稳定剂、水性聚氨酯及柔软剂的作用下可以提高其抗紫外线的性能,使最终准备的紫外线吸收剂具备优异的抗紫外线性能、耐水洗、耐磨性能,同时对面料的柔软度、色泽影响较小。此外,该方法操作简单,对应用技术和要求不高,处理成本低,且该紫外线吸收剂适用性广,可广泛用于各种织物,如涤纶、棉纶、锦纶等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是紫外吸收剂的制备领域,D06N3/00,尤其涉及一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于工业的迅猛发展,致使大气层中臭氧层遭到破坏,导致紫外线辐射增加,过量的紫外线辐射使得人们患皮肤病和皮肤癌的几率大大增加,随着人们对防紫外线辐射意识的提高,人们对于能够避免过量的紫外线辐射的高性能防紫外线纺织品要求越来越强烈。
紫外吸收剂是一类能够吸收紫外线并能够将所吸收的能量以破坏性较小的热能的能量形式释放出去的一类物质,从而降低由于材料中光敏物质吸收紫外线产生活性自由基的几率,因而可以对材料本身起到一定的保护作用。
目前国内常见的紫外吸收剂主要为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、三嗪等。专利CN02807207.3公开了一种包含三嗪紫外线吸收剂的织物漂洗组合物,紫外线吸收剂选自羟基芳基-1,3,5-三嗪,有效吸收范围为300-400nm,其能与漂洗阶段所用的织物软化剂组合物相容,有效吸附到织物制品上,具有优异的抗紫外性能。专利CN201210560243.1中提到合成的反应型紫外吸收剂UV DTHM中含有聚氯氰活性基团,可以与棉织物的羟基作用形成共价键,达到永久固定紫外吸收剂的作用,增强其抗紫外性能,同时有效提高了染色织物的日晒牢度。可以反映一种提高活性染料染色织物耐光色牢度的方法,其将其复合使用可以有效提高其紫外吸收性能,而且具有耐磨性和对织物的柔软性影响较小也是人们研究的又一要点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一方面提供了一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂及其制备方法,按重量份计,其包括如下组分:
有机紫外吸收剂(5-15份);抗氧剂(2-5份);有机溶剂;纳米材料(1-3份);聚氨酯(3-15份);柔软剂(5-8份);光稳定剂(2-5份);
优选地,所述有机紫外吸收剂选自水杨酸类化合物、苯酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物、三嗪类化合物中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述水杨酸类化合物选自邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、水杨酸-4-叔基苯酯、异丙叉双酚水杨酸酯中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述苯酮类化合物选自2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2,4二羟基二苯甲酮磺酸、2羟基4甲氧基二苯甲酮5磺酸中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述苯并三唑类化合物选自2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸、2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑(UV-327)、2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑中的一种或多种;更优选为2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸;
优选地,所述三嗪类化合物选自2-(2,4-二羟基苯基)-4,6-二(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2-(3-溴-5-氯苯基)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪、UV 400中的一种或多种;更优选为2-(3-溴-5-氯苯基)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪、UV 400中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述有机紫外吸收剂优选为苯并三唑类化合物和三嗪类化合物;
优选地,所述苯并三唑类化合物和三嗪类化合物重量比为1-4:1;

本发明第二方面提供了一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂及其制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂加入到有机溶剂中溶解;
(2)加入纳米材料,继续搅拌溶解;
(3)加入聚氨酯、柔软剂,搅拌均匀,得到紫外吸收剂。
本发明第三方面提供了一种具有耐水洗的抗紫外线的织物,其是由上述耐水洗的紫外吸收剂整理到织物表面所得:
采用特定整理方法将上述紫外线吸收剂整理到织物表面所得。
所述整理方式包括喷淋、浸渍、纺丝中的一种;
所述紫外线吸收剂在织物表面的涂布量为10-35g/m2。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请中采用有机紫外吸收剂和纳米材料共同作为紫外吸收剂的有效成分,通过加入抗氧剂、光稳定剂、水性聚氨酯及柔软剂可以提高其抗紫外线的性能,使最终准备的紫外线吸收剂具备优异的抗紫外线性能、耐水洗性能,同时该紫外吸收剂的成分对面料的柔软度、色泽影响较小,利用该紫外吸收剂整理后的织物具有耐水性、耐磨性能,织物的柔软度也有了一定程度的维持。此外,该紫外吸收剂中的有机紫外吸收剂成分包括具有活性基团的物质,避免了单纯的吸附、掺杂与织物纤维结合,改善了织物抗紫外性能的持久性。
(2)聚氨酯具有优异的成膜性,被大量的用作织物的后整理剂,如带有特殊基团的阻燃型水性聚氨酯整理剂、羊毛织物防缩剂、耐化学整理剂、防腐剂、防霉变剂等,也会被用于改善织物的起球、皱缩性以及柔软度。但在该申请体系中,选用水性聚氨酯,绿色环保,对织物具有优异的附着力,在抗氧化剂和光稳定剂的作用下,可以维持织物的耐水洗性、耐磨性、柔软度,同时保持织物的原本颜色不变黄,提升了紫外吸收剂的使用性。
(3)苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂紫外吸收剂最明显的吸收波长范围在320~400nm之间,稳定性好,其吸收机理为苯环上的-OH会与三唑环上的N院子形成氢键,不稳定,光照时将紫外光转化为热能的释放出来,然后恢复到原来的状态。在该紫外线吸收体系中选用的苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂为2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸,该物质毒性较小,可以吸附在纤维上,具有一定的耐洗性,而且该紫外吸收剂含有特定的磺酸基团,使其与锦纶、羊毛、蚕丝和棉织物结合更紧密,进一步扩大了织物底物材料的选择范围。
(4)三嗪类化合物紫外吸收剂的有效吸收波长范围为280-400nm。本申请中选用的三嗪类化合物为2-(3-溴-5-氯苯基)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪和UV 400,二者协同作用,增大紫外吸收剂与织物表面的结合力,显著提升抗紫外性能,当二者重量比为1.5:1时,抗紫外性能最佳。这其中2-(3-溴-5-氯苯基)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪中的-OH可以与基材织物的纤维分子紧密结合,作为一种反应型紫外吸收剂发挥作用,UV 400中三嗪的邻位-OH可以与N原子形成氢键发挥紫外吸收作用,同时还可以作为光稳定剂,与组分中的其他光稳定剂、氧化剂协同作用,保证紫外吸收剂涂层在织物表面的稳定性,增长织物的使用寿命。
(5)本申请中通过按先后顺序将有机紫外吸收剂、纳米材料、抗氧剂等组分溶于特定的有机溶剂中,充分搅拌即可得到耐水洗的紫外吸收剂,该方法操作简单,对应用技术和要求不高,处理成本低。而且最终该紫外吸收剂适用性广,可广泛用于各种织物,如涤纶、棉纶、锦纶等材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
1、一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂,按重量份,其包括以下组分:
有机紫外吸收剂(7份);抗氧剂(3份);纳米材料(3份);聚氨酯(8份);柔软剂(5份);光稳定剂(2份);有机溶剂(余量补足至100份);
所述有机紫外吸收剂为苯并三唑类化合物和三嗪类化合物;
所述苯并三唑类化合物为2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸;
所述三嗪类化合物为2-(3-溴-5-氯苯基)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(CAS号:153519-44-91073062-42-6)、UV 400(CAS号:153519-44-9),其重量比为1.3:1;
所述苯并三唑类化合物和三嗪类化合物重量比为2:1;
所述抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸二硬脂醇酯;
所述柔软剂为聚乙烯蜡(H110P,购自青岛海昊化工有限公司);
所述光稳定剂为丁二酸与(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶醇的聚合物)(CAS号:70198-29-7);
所述有机溶剂为N,N二甲基甲酰胺和醋酸乙酯,其质量比为1:1;
所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锌粉(型号:CW-ZnO-001,上海超威纳米科技有限公司)和陶瓷粉(灵寿县灵鑫矿产品加工厂),质量比为1:1;
所述聚氨酯为水性聚氨酯(购自安徽安大华泰新材料有限公司,AH-1701)。
2、一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂的制备方法:
(1)将有机紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂加入到有机溶剂中溶解;
(2)加入纳米材料,继续搅拌溶解;
(3)加入聚氨酯、柔软剂,搅拌均匀,得到紫外吸收剂。
3、一种具有耐水洗的抗紫外线的织物:
采用浸渍的方法将上述紫外线吸收剂整理到织物表面,100℃烘干3h即织物。
所述紫外线吸收剂在织物表面的涂布量为12g/m2。
实施例2:
1、一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂,按重量份,其包括以下组分:

性能测试:
1、抗紫外线性能测试:按照国家标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品·防紫外线性能测试的评定》评估纺织品防紫外线性能测试,使用UPF测定仪(Cary50)测试织物的UPF值。实施例1所得织物的UPF值为51.2;实施例2所得织物的UPF值为51.0;对比例1所得织物的UPF值为48.6;对比例2所得织物的UPF值为42.5。
2、耐水洗:按照国家标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品·防紫外线性能测试的评定》评估整理织物的防紫外线吸收剂的耐水洗性能。整理织物用5g/L的皂液皂洗10次和20次,每次10min,烘干后使用UPF测定仪(Cary50)测试织物的UPF值。实施例1所得织物洗涤10次后UPF值为51.1,洗涤20次后UPF值为50.8;实施例2所得织物洗涤10次后UPF值为50.8,洗涤20次后UPF值为50.7,对比例1所得织物洗涤10次后UPF值为44.2,洗涤20次后UPF值为37.8;对比例2所得织物洗涤10次后UPF值为38.4,洗涤20次后UPF值为32.1。

1.一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
有机紫外线吸收剂5-15份;抗氧剂2-5份;纳米材料1-3份;聚氨酯3-15份;柔软剂5-8份;光稳定剂2-5份;有机溶剂;
所述有机紫外吸收剂为苯并三唑类化合物和三嗪类化合物;
所述苯并三唑类化合物为2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸;
所述三嗪类化合物为2-(3-溴-5-氯苯基)-4 ,6-二苯基-1 ,3 ,5-三嗪和UV 400。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂,其特征在于,
所述柔软剂选自聚乙烯蜡、端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液、亲水性有机硅柔软剂、氨基聚硅氧烷乳液、氨基聚硅氧烷微乳中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂,其特征在于,
所述纳米材料选自纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌粉、瓷土、纳米氧化钙粉、滑石粉、陶瓷粉中的一种或多种。

所述聚氨酯选自水性聚氨酯、油性聚氨酯中的一种。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂加入到有机溶剂中溶解;
(2)加入纳米材料,继续搅拌溶解;
(3)加入聚氨酯、柔软剂,搅拌均匀,得到紫外线吸收剂。
6.一种具有耐水洗的抗紫外性能的织物,其是由如权利要求1-4任一项所述的耐水洗的紫外线吸收剂整理到织物表面所得,其特征在于,
整理方式包括喷淋、浸渍、纺丝、浸轧中的一种;
紫外线吸收剂在织物表面的涂布量为10-35g/m2。
