After threading the tail end of the pancreas intestine, one end of the suture needle 607 is inserted between the two groups of needle clamping blocks 701, the two groups of needle clamping blocks 701 fix the suture needle 607 under the action of the clamping springs 702, the suture needle 607 is prevented from falling, then the pressing plate 503 is pressed to push the wedge block 406 to move, thereby driving the shearing knife 404 to move to shear the suture 608, avoiding other shearing tools, enabling the pancreas intestine to be wound more conveniently and rapidly, knotting the two ends of the sheared suture 608, facilitating the installation of the pancreas intestine anastomosis bracket, rotating the two groups of thread sleeves 604 to enable the thread sleeves 604 to move along the thread rings 602, enabling the installation shafts 606 at the two ends of the coil 605 to be separated from the thread rings 602, facilitating the replacement of the coil 605, and the needle box 107 is used for storing the standby suture needle 607, thereby improving the practical value of the device.
