The tunnel type high-temperature sterilization oven as claimed in claim 1, wherein a return air chamber (6) is arranged in the drying and sterilization box (301) and below the cavity (5), a plurality of layers of guide plates (7) are arranged in the return air chamber (6), and hot air passing through the guide plates (7) is guided to flow back to the heating element (303).

The tunnel type high-temperature sterilization oven according to claim 1, wherein the cooling zone (4) comprises a cooling box body (401), a low-noise fan III (402), a horn cover III (403) and a high-efficiency air filter III (404) which are arranged in the cooling box body (401), a plurality of second ventilation windows are arranged at the top of the cooling box body (401), a medium-efficiency filter III (405) is arranged in each second ventilation window, an air outlet of the low-noise fan III (402) is in butt joint with the horn cover III (403), the high-efficiency air filter III (404) is arranged at the bottom of the horn cover III (403), a flow equalizing plate III (406) is further arranged below the high-efficiency air filter III (404), and air sucked by the low-noise fan III (402) sequentially passes through the horn cover III (403), the high-efficiency air filter III (404) and the flow equalizing plate III (406) to form clean gas, and the clean gas is pressed into the corresponding cavity (5) and cools the cavity (5).
