Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a movable guillotine printer.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a printer with a movable paper cutter comprises a shell, a printer assembly and a paper cutter assembly, wherein the printer assembly and the paper cutter assembly are arranged on the shell; the guillotine assembly includes: the cutter connecting plate, the first elastic piece and the cutter are fixed on the cutter connecting plate, the cutting edge of the cutter is arranged downwards, and the first elastic piece exerts upward elastic force on the cutter connecting plate; the cutting edge of the cutter is a V-shaped inclined cutting edge with a low middle part and high two ends, and a cutter point with staggered height is arranged at the middle part.
Furthermore, the cutter is of an integrated structure or formed by splicing a plurality of blades.
Further, the cutter is formed by splicing two blades, the two blades are respectively a first blade and a second blade, and the cutting edge of the first blade is high at the left and low at the right; the cutting edge of the second blade is low at the left and high at the right, and the right end of the first blade is spliced with the left end of the second blade; forming a V-shaped inclined blade; and the cutting edge of the second blade is lower than that of the first blade at the splicing position, so that a cutter point with staggered heights is formed.
Furthermore, the upper shell is provided with a guide post, the first elastic piece is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the guide post, and the cutter connecting plate is sleeved on the guide post and abuts against the upper end of the spring.
Furthermore, the paper cutter assembly also comprises a cutter paper pressing plate and a second elastic piece, wherein the cutter paper pressing plate is positioned below the cutter connecting plate and is movably connected to the cutter connecting plate up and down; and the cutter paper pressing plate is provided with a yielding groove hole for the cutter to pass through.
Furthermore, the two ends of the cutter pressing plate penetrate through the cutter connecting plate through the shaft column, the upper end of the shaft column is provided with a limiting boss used for being abutted and limited on the cutter connecting plate, the second elastic piece is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the shaft column, and the upper end and the lower end of the spring are respectively abutted and connected on the cutter connecting plate and the cutter pressing plate.
Furthermore, the paper pressing bottom surface of the cutter paper pressing plate is an arc-shaped bottom surface with the middle part slightly lower than the two ends.
Furthermore, a paper cutting key is arranged on the surface of the upper shell and abuts against the upper end of the cutter connecting plate.
Furthermore, the upper shell is also provided with a limiting assembly for limiting the downward pressing of the paper cutter assembly, and the lower shell is provided with a triggering part; the restriction assembly restricts the cutter assembly when the upper case is separated from the lower case; when the upper case and the lower case are closed, the trigger unit triggers the restriction unit to release the restriction of the cutter unit.
Further, the limiting assembly comprises a cutter cover opening baffle and a third elastic piece, the cutter cover opening baffle is slidably assembled in the upper shell and extends to form an abutting convex part facing to the direction of the paper cutter assembly, and the third elastic piece exerts elastic force facing to the direction of the paper cutter assembly on the cutter cover opening baffle so that the abutting convex part is inserted below the cutter connecting plate to limit the downward pressing of the paper cutter assembly; the trigger part is a boss arranged on the lower shell, the boss is provided with a first inclined guide surface, and a second inclined guide surface is arranged on the cutter cover opening baffle; when the upper shell and the lower shell are closed, the second inclined guide surface abuts against the first inclined guide surface and converts the downward movement of the upper shell into translation which drives the cutter cover opening baffle to be far away from the paper cutter assembly, so that the abutting convex part is separated from the cutter connecting plate.
Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the method has the following beneficial effects:
when the paper cutting knife assembly needs to be cut, the paper cutting knife assembly is pressed, the cutter connecting plate and the cutter on the cutter connecting plate overcome the elastic force of the first elastic piece and are pressed downwards, the middle position of the cutter can be firstly abutted to the paper, the staggered knife tip has a face breaking effect on the paper, the cutter connecting plate and the cutter continue to move downwards, the inclined cutting edge has a good cutting effect on the paper, printing paper is smoothly cut off, and cut paper is smooth and has no notch. After the cutting is finished, the pressing force is removed, and the cutter connecting plate and the cutter move upwards to reset under the action of the first elastic piece.
The paper cutting structure is safe and reliable, paper can be cut off smoothly, and the cutting rate can reach more than 98% through paper cutting tests.

To further illustrate the various embodiments, the invention provides the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this disclosure, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate still other possible embodiments and advantages of the present invention with reference to these figures. Elements in the figures are not drawn to scale and like reference numerals are generally used to indicate like elements.
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a movable guillotine printer, which includes a housing, and a printer assembly (not shown) and a guillotine assembly 20 disposed on the housing, wherein the housing includes an upper shell 11 and a lower shell 12, specifically, the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 are hinged to form a clamshell structure, and the upper shell 11 includes an upper outer shell 111 and a lower inner shell 112 which are covered with each other, but is not limited to the hinged arrangement in other embodiments. The guillotine assembly 20 is disposed in the upper case 11; the guillotine assembly 20 includes: the cutting knife comprises a cutting knife connecting plate 21, a first elastic piece 23 and a cutting knife 22, wherein the cutting knife 22 is fixed on the cutting knife connecting plate 21, the cutting edge of the cutting knife is arranged downwards, and the first elastic piece 23 exerts upward elastic force on the cutting knife connecting plate 21; the cutting edge of the cutter 22 is a V-shaped inclined cutting edge with a low middle part and high two ends, and the cutting edge extends downwards, so that the middle part is low, namely the middle part is more convex; and the cutting edge with the dislocation height is arranged at the middle position, namely, the cutting edge is higher at one side and lower at the other side, as shown in fig. 5, the point a at the left side is higher than the point b at the right side, and the cutting edge of the broken surface is formed at the lower side, so that the cutting sharpness of the blade 22 is increased.
When cutting is needed, the paper cutting knife assembly 20 is pressed, the cutting knife connecting plate 21 and the cutting knife 22 on the cutting knife connecting plate overcome the elastic force of the first elastic piece 23 to press downwards, the middle position of the cutting knife 22 is firstly abutted to the paper, the staggered knife point (such as the knife point at the point b in fig. 5) has a face breaking effect on the paper, the cutting knife connecting plate 21 and the cutting knife 22 continue to move downwards, the inclined knife edge has a good cutting effect on the paper, printing paper is smoothly cut off, and the cut paper is flat and has no gaps. After the cutting is finished, the pressing force is removed, and the cutter connecting plate 21 and the cutter 22 move upwards and return under the action of the first elastic piece 23.
The paper cutting structure of this scheme is safe and reliable, can cut off the paper smoothly, and through the cut paper test, the cutting rate reaches more than 98%.
Specifically, the cutting knife 22 is formed by splicing a plurality of blades, in this specific embodiment, the cutting knife is formed by splicing two blades, the two blades are respectively a first blade 221 and a second blade 222, and the cutting edge of the first blade 221 is high on the left and low on the right; the cutting edge of the second blade 222 is lower at the left and higher at the right, and the right end of the first blade 221 is spliced with the left end of the second blade 222; forming a V-shaped inclined blade; and in the splicing position, the cutting edge of the second blade 222 (i.e. the point b in fig. 5) is lower than the cutting edge of the first blade 221 (i.e. the point a in fig. 5), so that a cutting edge with staggered heights is formed. The two blades are adopted for splicing, the preparation is easier to realize, and only two different blades are required to be spliced. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of blades is not limited to this, and more than two blades may be used for splicing. Or a single blade is integrally formed, namely, the structure is an integral structure, and the like.
The upper shell 11 is provided with a guide post 102, and the cutter connecting plate 21 is sleeved on the guide post 102 so as to form up-and-down guiding movement. The first elastic member 23 is a spring (defined as a first spring) which is sleeved on the guide post 102, and the cutting blade 22 connecting plate abuts against the upper end of the first spring, thereby applying an upward elastic force to the cutting blade connecting plate 21. The space is fully utilized, the structural layout is ingenious, and no extra space is occupied. Of course, in other embodiments, the first elastic member 23 may be replaced by other elastic members such as a tension spring, a spring plate, etc., as long as it can apply an upward elastic force to the cutter connecting plate 21. The arrangement of the cutter attachment plate 21 and the first elastic member 23 is not limited thereto.
The paper cutter assembly 20 further comprises a cutter paper pressing plate 24 and a second elastic piece 25, wherein the cutter paper pressing plate 24 is positioned below the cutter connecting plate 21 and is movably connected to the cutter connecting plate 21 up and down; the cutter paper pressing plate 24 is provided with an abdicating slotted hole 2401 for the cutter 22 to pass through. This cutter paper pressing plate 24 sets up, in the process of pressing the paper cutter subassembly 20 to make cutter connecting plate 21 and cutter 22 move down, under the effect of second elastic component 25, cutter paper pressing plate 24 also moves down, until supporting on the paper of below, the continuation of cutter connecting plate 21 and cutter 22 moves down can extrude second elastic component 25 and make it produce deformation, cutter paper pressing plate 24 is under the effect of second elastic component 25, force cutter paper pressing plate 24, the paper, inferior valve 12 three more and more tight, until accomplishing the cutting and kick-back. Through the pressing of the cutter paper pressing plate 24 to the paper, the paper can be cut off better, and the effect is better.
Specifically, the two ends of the cutter paper pressing plate 24 penetrate through the cutter connecting plate 21 through the shaft posts 241, the upper ends of the shaft posts 241 are provided with limiting bosses 242 used for abutting and limiting on the cutter connecting plate 21, and the limiting bosses 242 abut against the cutter connecting plate 21 in a non-pressing state, so that the cutter paper pressing plate 24 is connected with the cutter connecting plate 21. The second elastic member 25 is a spring (defined as a second spring) which is sleeved on the shaft post 241, and the upper end and the lower end of the second spring are respectively abutted against the cutter connecting plate 21 and the cutter paper pressing plate 24. The second elastic pieces 25 at two ends press the cutter paper pressing plate 24, so that the stress is more uniform, and the paper stress is more uniform.
Meanwhile, more preferably, the paper pressing bottom surface 2402 of the cutter paper pressing plate 24 is an arc-shaped bottom surface with the middle position slightly lower than the two ends. So set up, the both ends atress of cutter nipper 24 is pushed down, and the dynamics is embodied in both ends tip, again with the paper bottom surface 2402 of pressing of cutter nipper 24 for the middle part position more bulge (the middle part position is less than both ends a little bit promptly), the tighter of pressing, the effect is better.
Of course, in other embodiments, the structural arrangement of the cutter paper pressing plate 24 is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the cutter platen 24 or the like may not be required.
The upper case 11 has a paper cutting button 101 on the surface thereof, and the paper cutting button 101 abuts against the upper end of the cutter connecting plate 21. The paper cutting button 101 is added to facilitate pressing operation. Of course, in other embodiments, the paper cutting button 101 may not be provided, for example, the cutter link plate 21 of the paper cutter assembly 20 may be directly pressed to expose the surface of the upper case 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, in order to prevent the cutter 22 of the guillotine assembly 20 from being pressed out to hurt the person after the upper case 11 is opened, in the present embodiment, a limiting assembly 30 is provided on the upper case 11 to limit the downward pressing of the guillotine assembly 20, and a trigger is also provided on the lower case 12; the restraining assembly 30 restrains the guillotine assembly 20 when the upper case 11 is separated from the lower case 12; in this way, the cutter 22 of the cutter unit 20 can be effectively prevented from being pressed out after the cover is opened. When the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are closed, the trigger unit triggers the restriction assembly 30 to release the restriction of the guillotine assembly 20, so that the guillotine assembly 20 can be used normally.
One of the preferable implementation structures in this embodiment is: the limiting assembly 30 includes a cutter cover opening baffle 31 and a third elastic member 32, the cutter cover opening baffle 31 is slidably assembled in the upper case 11, and extends with an abutting convex portion 311 toward the direction of the cutter assembly 20, specifically, the third elastic member 32 is also a spring (defined as a third spring), one end of the third elastic member 32 abuts against the upper case 11, and the other end abuts against the cutter cover opening baffle 31. The third elastic member 32 applies an elastic force to the cutter cover shutter 31 in a direction toward the cutter unit 20 so that the abutment protrusion 311 is inserted below the cutter link plate 21 to restrict the cutter unit 20 from being depressed.
The trigger part is a boss 121 arranged on the lower shell 12, the boss 121 is provided with a first inclined guide surface 122, and a second inclined guide surface 312 is arranged on the cutter cover opening baffle 31; when the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are closed, the second slanted guide surface 312 abuts on the first slanted guide surface 122 and converts the downward movement of the upper case 11 into a translation that drives the cutter cover opening shutter 31 away from the cutter unit 20, so that the abutting protrusion 311 is disengaged from the cutter link plate 21, and the restriction of the cutter unit 20 is released. The structural design is simple and practical. And no additional manipulation thereof is required. The automatic limiting of the cover opening and the automatic releasing of the cover closing are realized.
Of course, in other embodiments, the structure of the limiting assembly 30 is not limited to this, and the triggering portion may be replaced by a manually controlled toggle member or the like.
