Abstract
The invention relates to an electronic government affair event processing method, device and server based on a work group, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring electronic government affair event information sent by a client; obtaining a target work group matched with the E-government affair event information according to the E-government affair event information and a preset event distribution algorithm; the E-government affair event information is sent to the client which is added into the target work group, so that the client displays the E-government affair event information in the target work group; and receiving a processing result of the E-government affair event through the client-side response to the processing completion operation of the E-government affair event. Compared with the prior art, the method and the system have the advantages that the electronic government affair event information is quickly and accurately matched with the target work group through the electronic government affair event information and the preset event distribution algorithm, and the users who join the work group can browse the event information through the electronic government affair event sent to the client corresponding to the target work group, and can process the electronic government affair event in time, so that the event distribution processing efficiency is improved.

The memory 161 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 161 may include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as touch instructions, etc.), instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described above, and the like; the storage data area may store data and the like referred to in the above respective method embodiments. The memory 161 may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 160.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method embodiments may be implemented. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and variations of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the claims and the equivalent technology of the present invention if they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An electronic government affair event processing method based on a work group is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring electronic government affair event information sent by a client;
obtaining a target work group matched with the E-government affair event information according to the E-government affair event information and a preset event distribution algorithm;
the electronic government affair event information is sent to the client which is added into the target work group, so that the client displays the electronic government affair event information in the target work group;
and receiving a processing result of the E-government affair event through the client-side response to the operation of completing the processing of the E-government affair event.
2. The method for processing e-government events based on work group according to claim 1, wherein said e-government event information includes the division to which said e-government event belongs, the event disposition level of said e-government event, and the event category of said e-government event, and said information of work group includes the division to which said work group belongs, the event disposition level associated with said work group, and the event category associated with said work group;
the step of obtaining a target work group matched with the electronic government affair event information according to the electronic government affair event information and a preset event distribution algorithm comprises the following steps:
searching a target work group matched with the E-government affair event from all the work groups according to the division of the work group, the event handling level associated with the work group, the event category associated with the work group, the division of the E-government affair event, the event handling level of the E-government affair event and the event category of the E-government affair event; and the division, the event handling level and the associated event category of the target work group matched with the E-government event respectively meet preset matching conditions with the division, the event handling level and the event category of the E-government event.
3. The work group-based e-government event processing method according to claim 1,
the step of sending the e-government affair event information to the client corresponding to the target work group to enable the client to display the e-government affair event information in the target work group includes the following steps:
converting the electronic government affair event information into an event information card; the event information card is used for displaying the electronic government affair event information and receiving the processing operation of the user on the electronic government affair event information;
and issuing the event information card to the client which is added into the target work group, so that the client displays the event information card in the target work group.
4. The work group-based e-government event processing method according to claim 3,
the receiving the processing result of the e-government affair event by the client responding to the processing completion operation of the e-government affair event comprises the following steps:
receiving a processing result of the e-government affair event sent by the client; the processing result is sent by a client responding to the processing completion operation, and the processing completion operation is received by the event information card corresponding to the e-government event information;
and according to the processing result of the electronic government affair event, transmitting the processing result of the electronic government affair event to the client which is added into the target work group, and enabling the client to display the processing result in the target work group.
5. The work group-based e-government event processing method according to claim 3,
the receiving the processing result of the e-government affair event by the client responding to the processing completion operation of the e-government affair event comprises the following steps:
responding to a 'transfer' instruction; the transfer operation is received through the event information card corresponding to the electronic government affair event information, and the transfer instruction comprises an electronic government affair event identifier and a transfer work group identifier;
acquiring electronic government affair event information corresponding to the electronic government affair event identification and a transfer work group corresponding to the transfer work group identification according to the electronic government affair event identification and the transfer work group identification, and issuing a transfer work information card corresponding to the electronic government affair event information to a client side added to the transfer work group; the transfer event information card is used for displaying the electronic government affair event information and the transfer information and receiving the processing operation of the user on the electronic government affair event information.
6. The work group-based e-government event processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before receiving the result of the e-government event processing through the client in response to the e-government event processing completion operation, comprising the steps of:
responding to an 'event handling' instruction, and acquiring the current time and the electronic government affair event information; wherein the e-government event information includes an occurrence time of the e-government event and a processing term of the e-government event;
judging whether the electronic government affair event meets a preset condition of forcing according to the current time, the occurrence time of the electronic government affair event and the processing period of the electronic government affair event;
and if so, issuing the information for urging the electronic government affairs event to the client terminal which is added with the target work group matched with the information of the electronic government affairs event, and enabling the client terminal to display the information for urging in the target work group.
7. The work group-based e-government event processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said receiving, by said client in response to the e-government event processing completion operation, a result of the e-government event processing, comprises the steps of:
and transmitting the processing result of the E-government affair event to the client which is added into the target work group, so that the client displays the processing result in the target work group.
8. The work group-based e-government event processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising the steps of:
responding to a special clustering command; the special group building instruction comprises a special work group name, a region of the special work group, at least two event categories related to the special work group and a to-be-grouped user corresponding to the special work group;
and establishing a special work group according to the name of the special work group, the region of the special work group, at least two event types related to the special work group and a user to be grouped corresponding to the special work group, so that a client corresponding to the user to be grouped displays the special work group.
9. An event distribution processing apparatus based on a work group, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the E-government affair event information sent by the client;
the matching module is used for obtaining a target work group matched with the electronic government affair event information according to the electronic government affair event information and a preset event distribution algorithm;
the distribution module is used for sending the electronic government affair event information to a client corresponding to the target work group, so that the client displays the electronic government affair event information in the target work group;
and the processing module is used for responding to the processing completion operation of the electronic government affairs event through the client and receiving the processing result of the electronic government affairs event.
10. A server, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the work group-based e-government event processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
