银耳为传统的药食两用品,银耳在古代属于名贵补品。随着银耳人工栽培技术成功,使银耳走向了千家万户。人人皆可品尝的佳品了。传统中医理论认为银耳不仅有滋阴润肺、养胃生津、益气润肠的作用,而且是难得的一种润泽肌肤、抗衰养颜的美容补品。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,外加其具有滋阴的作用,是可以长期服用的良好润肤食品。据《太平圣惠方》、《御药院方》等记载,银耳具有“滋阴养颜”的功效,传说中国古代“四大美女”之一的杨贵妃喜欢用银耳来美容养颜。
银耳多糖是银耳的活性成分,具有卓越的保湿锁水能力。银耳多糖可以吸取大量的水分,无论在低湿度还是在高湿度条件下都具有相同的高保湿性。银耳多糖应用于护肤类化妆品,具有修复表皮、增加表皮含水量的功能,提高角质层水分含量,并且给皮肤柔软的感觉;提高了皮肤电导率积分值,提高皮肤的保水能力;降低了水释放常数,表明产品能提高皮肤的屏障功能,防止水分从皮肤的蒸发。银耳多糖具有一定的清除羟基自由基的能力。银耳多糖可作为抗衰老成分应用到化妆品中。通过抑制细胞脂质的过氧化反应,从而防止皮肤的老化,促进弹性细胞生长,减少UV对皮肤的伤害,活化表皮细胞,修复光损皮肤;加快皮肤再生,消皱去皱。银耳多糖具有透明质酸同等的保湿能力,并且没有黏腻感,干后不会觉得紧绷,给皮肤润湿、爽滑的感觉,并且还能抗击部分自由基,特别适用在护肤品里。银耳多糖是一种革命性的植物源性高效保湿剂,是目前唯一百万级分子量的天然保湿原料,不但能够高效保湿,而且具有抗衰老、抗氧化的作用,因此往往被用于高档化妆品中。

进一步地,所述银耳提取液的制备过程如下:
先将银耳置于烘箱中进行恒温干燥,待其充分干燥后粉碎,过筛,得银耳粉;再将银耳粉浸泡在去离子水中,置于水浴锅内进行搅拌提取,最后离心处理收取上清液。
一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提取银耳多糖:
S11、将银耳置于烘箱中进行恒温干燥,待其充分干燥后粉碎,过筛,得银耳粉;
S12、将步骤S11制备的银耳粉加入去离子水中,置于水浴锅内进行搅拌提取,离心处理收取上清液,获得含有银耳多糖的银耳提取液;
S2、制备面膜膏:
将去离子水加热,然后在搅拌状态下加入尿囊素至完全溶解,然后依次加入步骤S1制备的银耳提取液、甘油、丙二醇、低分子透明质酸钠、PEG氢化蓖麻油和三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解,获得A相;将卡波姆、汉生胶迅速加入A相中,加热搅拌,获得银耳多糖涂抹型面膜膏。
进一步地,步骤S11中,恒温干燥的温度为60~80℃,时间为2~4h;银耳粉过筛目数为50~100目。
进一步地,步骤S12中,银耳粉和去离子水的质量比为1:15~30。
进一步地,步骤S12中,水浴温度为85~95℃,浸提时间为45~90min。
进一步地,步骤S2中,离子水加热温度为70~80℃,卡波姆、汉生胶迅速加入A相后搅拌时间为20~40min。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明所得银耳多糖涂抹型面膜不添加香精防腐剂,采用纯天然成分,安全无刺激。
2、本发明有保湿功效,同时可促进细胞因子生长,美化肌肤,适合所有人群。可有效解决出油、干燥脱皮、毛孔粗大、暗沉无光及角质增生等面部问题,该面膜液具有天然无刺激,集保湿补水、淡化色沉、亮泽焕彩、紧致柔润多重功效于一体的特点。
3、本发明银耳多糖涂抹型面膜对于加快银耳从传统加工食品向保健食品的转型升级,延长银耳加工产业链,促进银耳产业的发展具有重要的现实意义。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜,以质量份数计,1000g产品其原料组成为:银耳提取液120g,甘油60g,丙二醇30g,低分子透明质酸钠30g,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油3g,三乙醇胺2g,尿囊素2g,卡卡波姆5g,汉生胶2g,去离子水补足至1000g。
本实施例所述银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提取银耳多糖:
S11、将银耳置于烘箱中进行恒温干燥,恒温干燥的温度为75℃,时间为4h;待其充分干燥后粉碎,80目过筛,得银耳粉;
S12、将步骤S11制备的银耳粉加入去离子水中(料液比为1:15),置于水浴锅内进行搅拌提取,水浴温度为92℃,浸提时间为60min,离心处理收取上清液,离心参数为3000r/min,时间为20min,沉淀再加入去离子水,进行二次提取;合并两次离心上清液,获得含有银耳多糖的银耳提取液;
S2、制备面膜膏:
将去离子水加热至75℃,然后在搅拌状态下加入尿囊素至完全溶解,然后依次加入步骤S1制备的银耳提取液、甘油、丙二醇、低分子透明质酸钠、PEG氢化蓖麻油和三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解,获得A相;将卡波姆、汉生胶迅速加入A相中,保持75℃下搅拌,搅拌时间为35min,获得银耳多糖涂抹型面膜膏。
本实施例制备的银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的感官评定:
参照QB/T 1857-2013润肤霜和QB/T 2872-2017面膜标准,由10名健康志愿者组成感官评定小组,30min内不使用任何化妆品。取一定量的待测样品涂抹于受试皮肤上,以每秒1转的速度朝一个方向旋转涂抹,直至感到有阻力时停止。测试结果显示,产品外观呈乳白色,气泡较少。涂抹力度适中,均匀一致。润肤感较好,涂抹10min,非常水润。清爽感较强,粘稠度适中。
本实施例制备的银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的性能测试:
测试方法:根据QB/T 13531.1-2008《化妆品通用检测方法pH值的测定》方法测定样品pH;将面膜膏分别置于40℃、-6℃下,24h,进行耐热试验和耐冷试验;将面膜膏40℃下放置24h,取出室温放置12h后再于-6℃放置24h,进行冷热交替试验;在20℃,3000r/min下离心15min,进行离心试验;称取一定量样品,均匀涂抹于培养皿表面,20℃室温放置,直到不沾手时,记录干燥时间。
测试结果:样品pH为5.65,呈现弱酸性,符合正常皮肤的酸碱度和QB/T 2872-2017面膜类化妆品的规定;稳定性结果显示,该面膜膏的耐热性、耐寒性、冷热交替稳定性和离心稳定性较好,在试验设置的各种条件下,无油水分层,整体外观无改变;面膜的平均干燥时间为(1210±15)s,干燥时间较为适宜。
实施例2:
本实施例基于实施例1,与实施例1的区别在于:
面膜的配方不同,制备的参数不同,具体地:
一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜,以质量份数计,1000g产品其原料组成为:银耳提取液130g,甘油80g,丙二醇40g,低分子透明质酸钠40g,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油3g,三乙醇胺3g,尿囊素3g,卡卡波姆8g,汉生胶3g,去离子水补足至1000g。
步骤S11中,恒温干燥的温度为80℃,时间为3h;银耳粉过筛目数为100目。
步骤S12中,料液比(质量比)为1:30;水浴温度为95℃,浸提时间为50min。
步骤S2中,离子水加热温度为80℃,卡波姆、汉生胶迅速加入A相后搅拌时间为40min。
本实施例制备的银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的感官评定:

由实施例1、实施例2的数据可知:
当面膜中各个组分的用量比在本发明范围内时,制备的面膜效果基本一致。其整体效果好。

银耳提取液10~15份,甘油5~9份,丙二醇2~4份,低分子透明质酸钠2~4份,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2~0.4份,三乙醇胺0.1~0.4份,尿囊素0.1~0.3份,卡卡波姆0.2~1.0份,汉生胶0.1~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
银耳提取液10~15份,甘油5~9份,丙二醇2~4份,低分子透明质酸钠2~4份,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2~0.4份,三乙醇胺0.1~0.4份,尿囊素0.1~0.3份,卡卡波姆0.2~1.0份,汉生胶0.1~0.4份,去离子水补足至100份。

将去离子水加热,然后在搅拌状态下加入尿囊素至完全溶解,然后依次加入步骤S1制备的银耳提取液、甘油、丙二醇、低分子透明质酸钠、PEG氢化蓖麻油和三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解,获得A相;将卡波姆、汉生胶迅速加入A相中,加热搅拌,获得银耳多糖涂抹型面膜膏。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S11中,恒温干燥的温度为60~80℃,时间为2~4h;银耳粉过筛目数为50~100目。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S12中,银耳粉和去离子水的质量比为1:15~30。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S12中,水浴温度为85~95℃,浸提时间为45~90min。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种银耳多糖涂抹型面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,离子水加热温度为70~80℃,卡波姆、汉生胶迅速加入A相后搅拌时间为20~40min。
