As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic cross-sectional view of the closed state of the box cover of the cargo delivery device, an electronic lock 9 is provided on the box cover 7, the top of the warehouse 10 is lowered into the box body 6, and when the box cover 7 is closed, the electronic lock 9 is locked.
Optionally, at a third set time, for example, 7:00, the first motor 16 is controlled to rotate the corresponding coil spring 1c and push the goods, for example, mineral water, to move toward the corresponding conveyor belt 18. Meanwhile, when the electronic lock 9 is opened, the stepping motor 15 rotates reversely to drive the movable frame 13 and the warehouse rod 10a to move upwards to drive the warehouse 10 to ascend, and when the movable frame 13 ascends to the second limit card 12a on the fixed rod 12, the top of the warehouse 10 at the moment props against the first limit card 7a of the box cover 7, the stepping motor 15 stops rotating reversely, and the warehouse 10 stops ascending. When the mineral water falls onto the corresponding conveyor belt 18, the corresponding second motor 17 drives the conveyor belt 18 to rotate, so that the mineral water is conveyed to the delivery channel between the two groups of delivery devices, and the mineral water falls into the warehouse 10 lifted by the delivery device 4 from the delivery channel.
Alternatively, the time spent in the warehouse-up process is 2s and the time spent in transferring the cargo to the warehouse once is 5s according to a plurality of trials.
Optionally, after the warehouse 10 receives mineral water, the first motor 16 is detected to stop running, the stepping motor 15 is controlled to operate to drive the movable frame 13 and the warehouse rod 10a to move so as to enable the warehouse 10 to descend, when the movable frame 13 descends to the bottom of the box body 6, the stepping motor 15 stops running, the warehouse 10 at the moment descends to the inside of the box body 6, the box cover 7 is closed, the electronic lock 9 is locked, and the delivery device is closed.
Optionally, after the delivery device 4 receives the mineral water and is closed, at a first set time, for example, 7:30, the delivery device is controlled to move towards a set target position, for example, the bedside, when the delivery device 4 reaches the target position, the electronic lock 9 is opened, the stepper motor 15 is reversed to drive the movable frame 13 and the warehouse rod 10a, so that the warehouse 10 rises, when the movable frame 13 rises to the second limit card 12a on the fixed rod 12, the top of the warehouse 10 at this time props against the first limit card 7a on the box cover 7, the warehouse 10 stops rising, and the mineral water is displayed in front of the user. When the mineral water is taken away or after a set time, for example, 10 minutes, the stepping motor 15 is controlled to operate to drive the movable frame 13 and the warehouse rod 10a to move so as to enable the warehouse 10 to descend, when the movable frame 13 descends to the bottom of the box body 6, the warehouse 10 descends to the inside of the box body 6, the stepping motor 15 stops operating, the box cover 7 is closed, the electronic lock 9 is locked, and the delivery device is closed. The delivery device is then controlled back to the initial position, i.e. the bottom of the refrigerator.
Optionally, a pressure sensor is provided in the cargo compartment 10, and a change in the pressure value is detected by the pressure sensor to determine whether cargo is received or removed. When the pressure value becomes large, it is determined that the cargo is received, and when the pressure value is reduced, it is determined that the cargo is taken away.
Optionally, a photoelectric switch is provided in the cargo compartment 10, and it is detected by the photoelectric switch whether the cargo is received in the cargo compartment or is taken away.
Optionally, in the process of moving the delivery device to the target position, the delivery device is controlled to stop moving if the distance between the delivery device and the target position is smaller than or equal to a first set threshold value. Optionally, the first set threshold is 0.5 meters.
Optionally, the delivery device is battery powered.
Optionally, the delivery device is provided with an operation driving wheel and a driving motor, so that the delivery device can move on a plane, the front end and the side surface of the delivery device are also provided with image pick-up devices, road surface information is acquired in real time by collecting graphs and identifying, and if obstacles such as steps are met, the controller controls the delivery device to turn or stop operating, so that collision or falling can be prevented; meanwhile, a radar ultrasonic sensor is also arranged for detecting the distance between the delivery device and surrounding objects when the delivery device moves; the photoelectric coding disc is arranged on the running driving wheel of the delivery device, so that the wheel speed can be detected and controlled, and the positioning and path planning can be realized.
Alternatively, the third set time may be any time set by the user, for example, 7:00, 8:00, 12:00, 20:00, and the like.
In practical application, at the third set time, for example, 7:00, the target position, for example, sofa, dining table, bed, etc. is detected by the camera device or the infrared sensor, and if no person is detected at the target position, the delivery of the delivery device is not controlled, and the delivery of the delivery device is not controlled. Thus, the waste of electricity caused by delivery of goods when no one is present can be avoided.
If a person is detected at the target location, the delivery device is controlled to move the goods, e.g. 1 bottle of mineral water, to the delivery device via the transfer device. At a first set time, e.g., 7:30, the delivery device is controlled to deliver 1 bottle of mineral water to a target location, e.g., sofa, dining table, bed. When the delivery device reaches the target location, a voice prompt is played to the user, e.g., you have the water-! The purpose of prompting the user to drink water is achieved; and the delivery device is started, so that a user can conveniently take mineral water, and can drink the mineral water in time, and the user experience is improved.
Alternatively, after the user takes the spring water from the delivery device, or after a second set time, for example, 10 minutes, the delivery device is turned off and returned to the initial position. Therefore, the defect that the power consumption is too high due to the fact that the delivery device is in a delivery state for a long time can be avoided, the delivery device returns to the initial position in time, and power consumption can be saved.
