Then, according to fig. 1-2 and 6, the positioning screw 1103 can be rotated by the action of the positioning mechanism 11, so that the positioning block 1104 can be screwed, the positioning block 1104 can be moved on the surface of the turntable 1102, the distance between the two positioning blocks 1104 on the surface of the turntable 1102 can be changed, and then the floor plate is disposed in the slot inside the positioning block 1104, so that the movable rod 1105 can position the floor plate inside the positioning block 1104 by the action of the positioning spring 1106.
Next, according to fig. 1-2 and fig. 7, the glue pump 9 disposed outside the apparatus main body 1 is used to supply glue to the glue spreader 1205, and under the action of the glue spreading mechanism on the right side of the partition 5, the electric push rod 1204 is used to move the glue spreader 1205 downward, so that the glue spreader 1205 can be disposed right above the floor inside the positioning block 1104, and then the glue spreading screw 1202 can be rotated by the operation of the glue spreading motor 1201, so that the connecting member 1203 can be moved, and the glue spreader 1205 can be driven to move, so that the glue spreader 1205 can complete the glue spreading operation on the floor.
Finally, according to the figures 1-5, after the glue roll 1205 has finished gluing the floor, the turntable 1102 is driven to rotate by the positioning motor 1101, so that the coated glue faces downwards, then, the drying mechanism 10 is started, so that the drying motor 1002 above the connecting plate 1001 can dry the coated adhesive surface, at the same time, by the operation of the drying motor 1002, the driving gear 1006 can be rotated, thereby allowing the planetary gears 1007 to move within the annular groove 1005 in the interior of the connecting plate 1001, meanwhile, the inner gear 1008 can prevent the planet gears 1007 from deflecting when moving, thereby changing the working range of the hot air blower 1003, further preventing the air outlet pipe 1004 of the hot air blower 1003 from drying only partial position, thereby influencing the quality of the coated adhesive surface and prolonging the construction period, thereby drying the coated adhesive surface.
The operation of the apparatus is completed, and details which are not described in detail in this specification, such as the stirring motor 701, the drying motor 1002, the hot air blower 1003, the positioning motor 1101, and the glue applying motor 1201, are well known to those skilled in the art.
