Abstract

Background
Subsea wellhead assemblies are commonly used to produce hydrocarbons extracted from subterranean formations below the seafloor. Subsea wellhead assemblies generally include a wellhead housing disposed at a wellbore opening, wherein the wellbore extends through one or more hydrocarbon producing formations. Casing and tubing hangers are positioned within the casing to support the casing and production tubing inserted into the wellbore. The casing lines the wellbore (or lines the wellbore) to isolate the wellbore from the surrounding rock formation. The conduit is typically concentrically located within the casing and provides a conduit for the production of hydrocarbons that are attached within the formation. During workover, the workover tools and devices are lowered from the christmas tree mouth, and during this process, a kill fluid is injected to prevent blowout, and the kill fluid is the fluid pumped into the well to prevent blowout during workover and kill operations. When performing workover and killing operations on oil wells and gas wells, the density of the liquid pumped into the wells is selected according to the reservoir pressure and depth in order to prevent blowout. If the pressure of the liquid column is too high, the well killing liquid loss and pollution can be caused; too small a hole may not control the blowout.

Through improving traditional solid production tree cap and setting up detachable production tree cap end cap for the top, and match with passageway junction top shape, form the apron of passageway, in order to further guarantee the leakproofness of production tree cap and passageway top junction, increased first end cap as the sealing member.
3. During well repair, by embedding the pipeline in the channel; and the stability of the entire mounting structure is determined by a plurality of pressure checks at the time of mounting.
4. The blowout preventer is higher than the Christmas tree body, namely, the blowout preventer is used as a whole pipeline valve and is higher than the Christmas tree body, and workers can control the blowout preventer to be closed or opened conveniently from the aspect of operation space.

A blowout prevention dropping and fishing method of an underwater Christmas tree specifically comprises the following steps,
s1: firstly, taking out the oil production tree cap plug at the top of the oil production tree 1, and then taking out the first plug 3;

s4: opening the blowout preventer 7, moving the second plug 5 below the tubing hanger 4 into the pipeline 6 above the blowout preventer 7 through a throwing and fishing tool, closing the blowout preventer 7, opening the pipe cap 8 and taking out the second plug 5;
s5: and S3, repeating, and opening the blowout preventer 7 to start the throwing and fishing operation when the pressure is qualified. The pipe cover 8 and the blowout preventer 7 need to be subjected to pressure detection after being opened every time, so that the safety of the whole operation process is ensured.
S6: and (3) detecting the pressure in the well through the pressure detection tool and setting a threshold value while running and fishing, and closing the blowout preventer 7 when the pressure exceeds the threshold value.
