the step D3 specifically comprises the following steps: the second concave mould moves towards the mandrel, so that after the long side is attached to the mandrel, the outer end (521) of the long side is positioned outside the second concave mould;
the step D4 specifically comprises the following steps: the third concave die moves towards the mandrel, so that the short side is attached to the mandrel, and the outer end of the long side is attached to the mandrel at the same time, so that a complete slotted cylinder part is formed.
