Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of oil extraction in oil fields, and belongs to a preparation and injection integrated acidizing and plug removal process. The method mainly solves the problems that acid liquor is prepared on site and transported to the site for construction in the conventional acidification blockage removal measures, the acid liquor is completely injected in the construction process, the pressure drop does not meet the construction requirement, or the pressure drop meets the construction requirement, and the acid liquor is remained. Background
The acidification plug removal is an effective technical means for removing the plug of the near-wellbore area of the oil-water well and improving the extraction or injection capacity of a single well, the acidification plug removal process used in the acidification plug removal process is to formulate a specific formula according to the plug type of a measure well, prepare acid liquor according to the formula at a liquor preparation station, and carry the acid liquor to a well site by a tank truck for construction, wherein the following two conditions often occur in the construction process: firstly, acid liquor transported to the site by pulling is completely injected, but the pressure drop amplitude is not large, an ideal blockage removing effect is not achieved, and the problem of insufficient acid liquor is caused; and secondly, part of the acid liquid is injected, the pressure drop amplitude is large, the expected blockage removing effect is achieved, and the acid liquid is left.

f. opening a gate of a measure well, starting a variable-displacement high-pressure acid-resistant plunger pump, and injecting the prepared acid liquid into the measure well according to the pressure and the speed set by the electric appliance control integration box;
g. the electric appliance control integration box 1 can automatically increase or decrease the feeding speeds of the first-stage metering lifter, the second-stage metering lifter and the liquid suction pump according to the on-site acid liquid injection speed in proportion, so as to ensure that the liquid amount in the closed mixer is sufficient;
h. when the residual liquid amount in the closed mixer is monitored to be less, the liquid suction pump is automatically started, a certain amount of clean water is injected into the closed mixer, not only is the part in the closed mixer contacted with acid liquid cleaned, but also the acid liquid in a shaft is completely squeezed into the stratum, so that corrosion is prevented;
i. after the clear water is injected, closing the well mouth gate of the measure well, stopping the liquid suction pump, closing the first-stage two-way electric valve and the second-stage two-way electric valve, closing the switch of connecting the three-way electric valve with the anti-seismic pressure gauge and the one-way valve, opening the switch of connecting the three-way electric valve with the vent direction, releasing the pressure in the pipeline, then dismantling the pipeline, and finishing the construction.
