本发明公开了一种汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)原料粒子干燥:将原料粒子投入真空干燥机内进行真空干燥,使原料粒子的含水量降至0.01%以下;(2)塑化:将干燥后的原料粒子投入螺杆式注塑机的料筒中进行塑化,使原料成为熔融状态;(3)成型:将熔融后的原料挤出并注射到注塑模具中;(4)保压:注塑机以不同的保压压力,相同的保压流量以及相同的保压时间分两次对注塑制品进行保压;(5)取出半成品;(6)浇口切割;(7)检验包装。本发明不仅配方上科学严谨,而且在生产工艺过程中简单可控,成本低,且污染小,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于塑料加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)一种半结晶的热塑性塑料,具有抗多种有机溶剂、抗酸碱腐蚀、化学稳定性好、易成型等多种有点,已经被广泛应用于医疗、卫生、食品、餐饮等各个领域中,是目前世界高分子材料中用量最大、增长速度最快的一类产品,是制备塑料制品的理想材料。
汽车线束通常由PP塑料通过注塑成型的工艺进行生产,现有注塑机的设备结构、注塑工艺中温度和压力等参数的设定均能对塑料制品的外观质量和性能产生重要影响。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,本发明不仅配方上科学严谨,而且在生产工艺过程中简单可控,成本低,且污染小,值得推广。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料粒子干燥:将原料粒子投入真空干燥机内进行真空干燥,使原料粒子的含水量降至0.01%以下;
其中,所述原料粒子的组成为:PP粒子40-50份;功能母粒10-15份;抗氧化剂0.3-0.8份;阻燃剂1-2份;增韧剂0.1-0.5份;
其中,所述功能母粒的质量百分比组成为聚磷酸铵70-75wt%、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐20-24wt%、载体树脂1-2wt%、苯乙烯–丙烯腈共聚物包覆聚四氟乙烯0.1-0.3wt%、分散剂0.1-0.3wt%、润滑剂0.1-0.3wt%;
所述增韧剂为环氧树脂增韧剂;
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁;
所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂BHT;
(2)塑化:将干燥后的原料粒子投入螺杆式注塑机的料筒中进行塑化,使原料成为熔融状态;
(3)成型:将熔融后的原料挤出并注射到注塑模具中;
(4)保压:注塑机以不同的保压压力,相同的保压流量以及不同的保压时间分两次对注塑制品进行保压;
(5)取出半成品;
(6)浇口切割;
(7)检验包装。
进一步地说,所述步骤(3)中以相同的注塑时间,相同的注塑压力以及不同的注塑流量分三次进行注塑,第一次注射流量为100cm3/s,第二次注射流量为90cm3/s,第三次注射流量为75cm3/s。
进一步地说,三次注射的总注射时间为33s。
进一步地说,所述步骤(2)注塑机中料筒的第一段温度为280℃,第二段温度为275℃,第三段温度为265℃,第四段温度为260℃,第五段温度为255℃。
进一步地说,所述步骤(4)的第一次保压的保压压力为45mpa,第一次保压的保压时间为1s,第二次保压的保压压力为35mpa,第二次保压的保压时间为0.5s,两次保压的保压流量为10cm3/s。
进一步地说,所述步骤(1)的原料粒子在85℃下进行干燥,干燥时间为1-3h。
进一步地说,所述载体树脂为低密度聚乙烯。
进一步地说,所述分散剂为硬酯酸。
进一步地说,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过控制注塑成型加工中配方、注塑压力、温度、注塑流量和注塑时间等关键参数,不仅可使加工成型的PP塑料制品具有拉伸强度高、表面光滑等良好的物理性能,而且本发明的工艺参数易于控制,生产成本低易于推广。

实施例:一种汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料粒子干燥:将原料粒子投入真空干燥机内进行真空干燥,使原料粒子的含水量降至0.01%以下;
其中,所述原料粒子的组成为:PP粒子40-50份;功能母粒10-15份;抗氧化剂0.3-0.8份;阻燃剂1-2份;增韧剂0.1-0.5份;
其中,所述功能母粒的质量百分比组成为聚磷酸铵70-75wt%、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐20-24wt%、载体树脂1-2wt%、苯乙烯–丙烯腈共聚物包覆聚四氟乙烯0.1-0.3wt%、分散剂0.1-0.3wt%、润滑剂0.1-0.3wt%;
所述增韧剂为环氧树脂增韧剂;
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁;
所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂BHT;
(2)塑化:将干燥后的原料粒子投入螺杆式注塑机的料筒中进行塑化,使原料成为熔融状态;
(3)成型:将熔融后的原料挤出并注射到注塑模具中;
(4)保压:注塑机以不同的保压压力,相同的保压流量以及不同的保压时间分两次对注塑制品进行保压;
(5)取出半成品;
(6)浇口切割;
(7)检验包装。
所述步骤(3)中以相同的注塑时间,相同的注塑压力以及不同的注塑流量分三次进行注塑,第一次注射流量为100cm3/s,第二次注射流量为90cm3/s,第三次注射流量为75cm3/s。
三次注射的总注射时间为33s。
所述步骤(2)注塑机中料筒的第一段温度为280℃,第二段温度为275℃,第三段温度为265℃,第四段温度为260℃,第五段温度为255℃。
所述步骤(4)的第一次保压的保压压力为45mpa,第一次保压的保压时间为1s,第二次保压的保压压力为35mpa,第二次保压的保压时间为0.5s,两次保压的保压流量为10cm3/s。
所述步骤(1)的原料粒子在85℃下进行干燥,干燥时间为1-3h。
所述载体树脂为低密度聚乙烯。
所述分散剂为硬酯酸。
所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明通过控制注塑成型加工中配方、注塑压力、温度、注塑流量和注塑时间等关键参数,不仅可使加工成型的PP塑料制品具有拉伸强度高、表面光滑等良好的物理性能,而且本发明的工艺参数易于控制,生产成本低易于推广。

1.一种汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)原料粒子干燥:将原料粒子投入真空干燥机内进行真空干燥,使原料粒子的含水量降至0.01%以下;
其中,所述原料粒子的组成为:PP粒子40-50份;功能母粒10-15份;抗氧化剂0.3-0.8份;阻燃剂1-2份;增韧剂0.1-0.5份;
其中,所述功能母粒的质量百分比组成为聚磷酸铵70-75wt%、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐20-24wt%、载体树脂1-2wt%、苯乙烯–丙烯腈共聚物包覆聚四氟乙烯0.1-0.3wt%、分散剂0.1-0.3wt%、润滑剂0.1-0.3wt%;
所述增韧剂为环氧树脂增韧剂;
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁;
所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂BHT;
(2)塑化:将干燥后的原料粒子投入螺杆式注塑机的料筒中进行塑化,使原料成为熔融状态;

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中以相同的注塑时间,相同的注塑压力以及不同的注塑流量分三次进行注塑,第一次注射流量为100cm3/s,第二次注射流量为90cm3/s,第三次注射流量为75cm3/s。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,其特征在于:三次注射的总注射时间为33s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)注塑机中料筒的第一段温度为280℃,第二段温度为275℃,第三段温度为265℃,第四段温度为260℃,第五段温度为255℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)的第一次保压的保压压力为45mpa,第一次保压的保压时间为1s,第二次保压的保压压力为35mpa,第二次保压的保压时间为0.5s,两次保压的保压流量为10cm3/s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束制品的注塑成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的原料粒子在85℃下进行干燥,干燥时间为1-3h。
