Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the examples below do not represent all embodiments consistent with the application. Merely exemplary of systems and methods consistent with aspects of the application as set forth in the claims.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for dividing a patrol route of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
and 101, acquiring the environmental parameters and the power transmission parameters of each tower in the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained.
In step 101, an environmental parameter and a power transmission parameter of each tower in the power transmission line to be patrolled may be obtained.
And 102, generating a patrol task according to the environment parameters and the power transmission parameters, and issuing the patrol task.
In step 102, a patrol task may be generated according to the environmental parameter and the power transmission parameter, and the patrol task may be distributed. The power grid company can issue the patrol task through the task platform. When the patrol tasks appear on the task platform and become information shared by people, the power grid company needs to divide the patrol tasks more carefully, because the patrol personnel facing the patrol tasks are not only professionally trained personnel, but also ordinary people, and the patrol tasks need to be divided according to difficulty level, specialization degree and the like. After the patrol task is released, proper patrol personnel can be correspondingly found to develop the patrol work, so that the reliability of the work can be ensured, and the human resources can be reasonably utilized to the greatest extent.
In some embodiments, environmental parameters and transmission parameters for each tower in the transmission line to be surveyed may be obtained. The transmission parameters include a transmission voltage level and an operating state of each tower. The transmission voltage class refers to rated voltage class, and includes 3KV, 6KV, 10KV, 35KV, 60KV, 110KV, 220KV, 330KV, 500KV and 750KV. At present, power lines of 10KV and below are generally referred to as distribution lines. Wherein, the circuit below 1KV is called a low-voltage distribution circuit; the 1KV-10KV line is called a high-voltage distribution line; the power lines of 35KV and above are called transmission lines. Wherein, the line of 35KV-220KV is called a high-voltage transmission line; the line of 330KV-550KV is called an ultra-high voltage transmission line.
The running state can be obtained through daily maintenance, last maintenance result and other ways. The operation state refers to a technical parameter of maintaining the design of the whole power transmission line, and is an all-weather operation state which can bear normal power load in natural environment and allow the highest power load to be transmitted. The running state is divided into four state types of normal state, attention state, abnormal state and serious state.
The normal state indicates that the state quantity of the line is stable and within the warning value and the attention value (abbreviated as "standard limit value") specified by the regulations, and the relevant parameters specified by DT/T741 and GB 5045 are not exceeded. The defects of the circuit assembly components or the tower structure and the external environment of the channel have small influence on the electric insulation strength and the mechanical strength of the circuit, and the state is still in a safe area operation state, and the state quantity is first-grade.
Note that the state indicates that the line operation state part parameters are already close to the maximum allowable values of the relevant parameters specified by the operation regulations, the design regulations and the safety regulations, the damage of the components of the group starts to affect the electrical insulation strength and the structural mechanical strength of the line, and the safety margin starts to be reduced, but the normal operation can still be realized. The defect may be developed into an accident, the operation needs to be monitored, and the state quantity is characterized as a second level.
The abnormal state indicates that the important operation state part of the line is abnormal, reaches or slightly exceeds the technical parameters specified by operation regulations, design regulations and safety regulations, and the damage of the components of the line has affected the electric insulation strength and the structural mechanical strength of the line, so that the safety margin is obviously reduced. The running state of the fault possibly causing the accident is continuously developed, the running needs to be monitored, and the maintenance is timely arranged according to the danger degree of the defect development, and the state quantity is qualitatively three-level.
The serious state indicates that the running state of the line exceeds the technical parameters of safe running specified by running regulations, design regulations and safety regulations, and the damage of the electric assembly parts or the line structure seriously damages the electric insulation strength and the structural mechanical strength of the line, so that the safety margin of the line is seriously lost. The short-term development of the defects can cause the operation state of accidents, all-weather monitoring operation is needed or online monitoring is adopted, and maintenance is timely arranged according to the risk of the defect development, and the state quantity is qualified as four stages.
According to the above description, the frequency and the attention degree of the patrol personnel are different according to different power transmission parameters. Therefore, in this embodiment, the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained may be divided into a plurality of partial patrolling and maintaining power transmission lines according to the power transmission parameters of each tower, where the patrolling and maintaining task includes a plurality of patrolling and maintaining subtasks, and each partial patrolling and maintaining route corresponds to one patrolling and maintaining subtask. The towers with the same transmission voltage level within a certain distance can be planned to be a part of the patrol transmission line based on the transmission voltage level. For example, the transmission between the towers a and B is a low-voltage distribution line, and the distance between the towers a and B satisfies a preset condition (greater than a minimum threshold value and/or less than a maximum threshold value), then the transmission line between the towers a and B may be divided into a part of the maintenance transmission line.
The method can be divided based on the running states of the towers, for example, in order to improve the maintenance efficiency and the maintenance effectiveness, the method can be limited in each part of the maintenance transmission line, the number of the towers in a serious state cannot exceed a, the number of the towers in an abnormal state cannot exceed b, and the number of the towers in a notice state cannot exceed c.
The environmental parameters include at least one of regional parameters, weather parameters, and micro-terrain parameters of the region in which the tower is located. Weather parameters include wind direction, temperature, humidity, sunlight, precipitation, etc. In the actual maintenance work of the transmission line, the transmission line is often influenced by weather conditions. For example, in northeast, ice and snow weather tends to occur easily in 1 and 2 months each year, and stormwater weather tends to occur easily in 5 and 6 months. These inclement weather often have an impact on the operation of the transmission line. In addition, bad weather also affects the smooth progress of the patrol work.
The microclimate area refers to an area which is formed in a local area different from a large area and has serious influence on the operation of a power transmission line due to special changes of the terrain, the position, the wind direction, the temperature, the humidity and the like of the local area in the large area. The micro-topography area is a local narrow area in the large-topography area and is divided into bealock-shaped micro-topography, mountain watershed micro-topography, water vapor enlarged micro-topography, topography lifting micro-topography, canyon duct type micro-topography and the like. The microclimate area and the microtopography area where different towers are located are different, and the required capacity for inspection is also different.
In the actual development of the power transmission line inspection work, related staff should carry out specific region analysis according to the position of each tower in the power transmission line, and key areas are divided by a scientific and reasonable method, so that the scientificity and rationality of the inspection work can be ensured, and the quality and efficiency of the inspection work can be improved. Therefore, in actual work, according to the terrain characteristics of the region where the power transmission line is located, the region where the power transmission line passes is reasonably divided into three types: one is a relatively easy area, the other is a relatively difficult area, and the last is an unmanned area. In addition, the types of areas which are easy to generate geological disasters, areas which span densely populated areas and the like can be divided according to the properties of the power transmission line. The requirements of different regional parameters on the patrol personnel are also different. For example, a relatively easy area can have ordinary patrol staff perform patrol tasks, while an unmanned area requires professional patrol staff to carry out patrol.
From the above description, it can be seen that the required patrol capacity of the patrol personnel is different for different environmental parameters. Therefore, in this embodiment, the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained may be divided into a plurality of partial patrolling and maintaining power transmission lines according to the environmental parameters of each tower, where the patrolling and maintaining task includes a plurality of patrolling and maintaining subtasks, and each partial patrolling and maintaining route corresponds to one patrolling and maintaining subtask. The division can be based on the microclimate area or the microtopography area, for example, the towers located in the same microclimate area or the microtopography area are divided into the same part of the routing maintenance route. The method can also divide according to the regional parameters, and divide the towers positioned in the same regional parameters into the same part of the routing maintenance route.
In other implementation scenarios, the transmission line to be patrolled and maintained is not divided, but the environment parameters and the transmission parameters of each tower are marked in the patrolling task, and the patrolling personnel can determine whether to apply for the transmission line. The patrol task also includes a preset period for completing the patrol task, position data of each tower, and the like.
Step 103, obtaining application information of at least one patrol staff, and obtaining patrol capacity parameters and labor cost parameters of each patrol staff according to the application information, wherein the patrol staff comprises common patrol staff and professional patrol staff.
In step 103, application information of at least one patrol personnel may be obtained, and the patrol capacity parameter and the labor cost parameter of each patrol personnel may be obtained according to the application information. Wherein, the patrol staff comprises common patrol staff and professional patrol staff.
In a specific implementation scenario, the power grid company can issue the patrol task through the task platform, and all patrol personnel registered on the task platform can check the patrol task. If the patrol staff wants to order the patrol task, the application information can be sent, and the application information comprises the patrol capacity parameter and the labor cost parameter of the patrol staff sending the application information. The patrol capacity parameter can be identity information of the patrol personnel, such as a common patrol personnel or a professional patrol personnel; the related data of the patrol task which is completed before by the patrol personnel can also be data such as the execution level of the patrol task; the data of the patrol training which the patrol personnel participates in before can also comprise examination data and the like; and also the patrol qualification data of the patrol personnel, including the acquired related certificates, passing examination achievements and the like.
The labor cost parameter may be the cost required to employ the patrol personnel to perform the patrol task. Specifically, it is required to consider whether the patrol staff is a common patrol staff or a professional patrol staff, and whether the patrol staff robs a bill to acquire or formulates a dispatch task by the grid company. There may be different calculation methods for different situations.
And 104, acquiring a patrol application scene.
In step 104, a patrol application scenario may be acquired.
Step 105, matching corresponding patrol personnel for each tower according to the environmental parameters, the power transmission parameters and the patrol application scene of each tower.
In step 105, corresponding patrol personnel may be matched for each tower according to the environmental parameters and the power transmission parameters of each tower and the patrol application scenario.
In some embodiments, a patrol application scenario may be acquired, the patrol application scenario including at least one of a security dimension-based application scenario, a cost dimension-based application scenario, and a quality dimension-based application scenario. Corresponding patrol personnel can be matched for each tower according to the patrol application scene.
Taking an application scene based on cost dimension as an example, the patrol personnel with the lowest labor cost can be matched for each tower. In addition, in the process of matching the patrol personnel, the minimum of the safety dimension and the quality dimension is required to be considered at the same time. For example, even if the labor cost of using a common patrol personnel is lower than the cost of using a professional patrol personnel for a pole and a tower in an unmanned area, the professional patrol personnel is selected to be used so as to ensure the safety of the patrol personnel. And aiming at towers in easy areas, if the labor cost of the ordinary patrol personnel is lower, the ordinary patrol personnel is adopted. For another example, for a tower in a severe state, even if the labor cost of using a general patrol personnel is lower than the cost of using a special patrol personnel, the use of the special patrol personnel is selected to ensure the quality of patrol. Aiming at the pole tower in a normal state, if the labor cost of the ordinary patrol personnel is lower, the ordinary patrol personnel is adopted. Specifically, according to the specialization degree of the maintenance task, the qualification of the maintenance personnel is divided into common maintenance personnel and professional maintenance personnel, different tasks are divided corresponding to different personnel, that is to say, the common maintenance personnel can only execute the corresponding maintenance task, and the professional maintenance personnel can execute all the maintenance tasks. The corresponding patrol task is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Taking an application scene based on quality dimension as an example, matching qualification-matched patrol staff for each tower. In addition, in the process of matching the patrol personnel, the minimum of the safety dimension and the cost dimension is required to be considered at the same time. For example, for a tower in a normal state, even if the quality of a professional patrol personnel is better, a common patrol personnel can also use if the qualification is matched.
According to the technical scheme, the method for dividing the patrol route of the power transmission line provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the environment parameters and the power transmission parameters of each tower in the power transmission line to be patrol; generating a patrol task according to the environment parameters and the power transmission parameters, and issuing the patrol task; acquiring application information of at least one patrol staff, and acquiring patrol capacity parameters and labor cost parameters of each patrol staff according to the application information, wherein the patrol staff comprises common patrol staff and professional patrol staff; acquiring a patrol application scene; and matching corresponding patrol personnel for each tower according to the environmental parameters, the power transmission parameters and the patrol application scene of each tower. Therefore, the patrol task can be reasonably distributed, the patrol efficiency and effectiveness are improved, and the resource waste is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of another method for dividing a patrol route of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step 201, obtaining an environment parameter and a power transmission parameter of each tower in a power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained, and generating a patrolling and maintaining task according to the environment parameter and the power transmission parameter.
In step 201, an environmental parameter and a power transmission parameter of each tower in the power transmission line to be patrolled may be obtained, and a patrolling task is generated according to the environmental parameter and the power transmission parameter.
And 202, generating a patrol period of the patrol task according to the environment parameters.
In step 202, a patrol period of the patrol task may be generated according to the environmental parameters. The distribution of the patrol task is closely related to the patrol time, and the task in a certain area or the distribution of a certain task has a scientific and reasonable patrol period. The power grid company should divide the area according to the characteristics of the line equipment and the channel environment, and determine the inspection period of part of the power transmission line by combining state evaluation and operation experience. Meanwhile, the patrol period is adjusted in time according to the change of part of the transmission line sections and time periods.
In some embodiments, the tour periods of different portions of the transmission line may be set according to different areas where the towers are located. The patrol period of cities (towns) and suburban areas is generally 1 month; the patrol period of general areas such as suburbs, plains and the like is generally 2 months; the patrol period of areas where vehicle personnel are difficult to reach, such as mountain and coastal beach painting, gobi desert, and the like, is generally 3 months. Under special conditions such as mountain sealing in snow, the period can be prolonged properly by means of air patrol, on-line monitoring and the like, but the period is not longer than 6 months; the above method should be a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and the channel environment, and the inspection times of the channel environment should be increased for the special section.
In other implementation scenarios, the patrol period may be set according to different properties of the part of the transmission line. The patrol period of the lines such as a single power supply, an important load, inter-network connection and the like should not exceed 1 month; the inspection period of old lines (sections) and defective frequent lines (sections) with poor running conditions should not exceed 1 month; for the sections with severe channel environments, such as areas vulnerable to external force damage, areas growing in tree and bamboo, areas stolen and multiple, mining influence areas, areas easy to build houses and the like, the patrol period is generally half a month; the newly built line and the cutting and changing section should make 1 full patrol every month within 3 months after the operation, and then execute the normal patrol cycle; the power grid company should revise the patrol period every year according to market demands and actual conditions, and the patrol period should be adjusted in time if necessary.
In other implementation scenarios, the patrol period may be set according to a specific task of patrol, see table 2 for specific details:
TABLE 2
And 203, dividing the patrol task into a ground task and a tower task in different areas according to the space dimension of the patrol target, and distributing the patrol task.
In step 203, the patrol task may be divided into a ground task and a tower task in different areas according to the spatial dimension of the patrol target, and the patrol task may be distributed.
In some embodiments, considering the different degrees of specialization of the patrol staff and the different areas where the patrol staff is located, the patrol task may be divided into the ground and tower tasks of different areas according to the space dimension, and the specific tasks are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 Table 3
In this implementation scenario, when the patrol task is issued, it will be marked whether it is a ground task or a tower task, so that the patrol personnel makes a choice whether to apply for.
According to the technical scheme, the method for dividing the patrol route of the power transmission line can generate the patrol period of the patrol task according to the environmental parameters, and divide the patrol task into the ground tasks and the tower tasks in different areas according to the space dimension of the patrol target. The reasonable distribution of the maintenance tasks is facilitated, the execution effectiveness of the maintenance tasks is further improved, and the resource expense is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for calculating the patrol cost of the power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
step 301, acquiring the maintenance information of the power transmission line to be maintained, wherein the maintenance information comprises the power transmission parameters and the environment parameters of the power transmission line to be maintained.
In step 301, the maintenance information of the power transmission line to be maintained may be obtained, where the maintenance information includes power transmission parameters and environmental parameters of the power transmission line to be maintained.
In some embodiments, the maintenance task can be issued to the market through the task platform, so that after the common maintenance personnel completes the maintenance task of the power transmission line, the power transmission line maintenance task is completed, and the cost expenditure such as equipment and traffic (borne by the common maintenance personnel) is avoided, so that the cost system mainly comprises labor cost and development cost. The labor cost mainly refers to wages paid by the patrol company for patrol personnel; development costs mainly include development costs and maintenance costs of the task platform.
The labor cost is determined by comprehensively considering the relevant factors of the patrol attribute, the relevant factors of the patrol personnel and the relevant factors of the power grid company according to the market pricing rule and adopting a certain pricing method. In this embodiment, the maintenance information of the power transmission line to be maintained is obtained, where the maintenance information includes a power transmission parameter and an environmental parameter of the power transmission line to be maintained. The power transmission parameters and the environment parameters determine the difficulty of completing the maintenance task, and generally, the maintenance task with higher difficulty needs to give higher labor cost.
And 302, acquiring the inspection and maintenance personnel standard of the transmission line to be inspected and maintained according to the transmission parameters and the environmental parameters.
In step 302, a patrol operator standard of the power transmission line to be patrol may be obtained according to the power transmission parameter and the environmental parameter. Under the conditions of different voltage levels and geographic positions, the inspection and maintenance personnel standards of the power transmission line are different. For example, the higher the voltage level, the more complex the geographic location, the more patrol personnel are needed, the higher the qualification and experience requirements for the patrol personnel, and correspondingly, the greater the expenditure of labor costs.
Step 303, obtaining the line length of the part of the power transmission line corresponding to each power transmission level of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained and the geographical position information of each part of the power transmission line according to the power transmission parameters and the environment parameters.
In step 303, the transmission line to be surveyed may include a plurality of sections, and the transmission parameters of each section are different. For example, the transmission parameter may be a voltage class, which in this embodiment is divided into four classes of 500kv,220kv,110kv,35 kv. And combining the transmission parameters and the environmental parameters of the transmission line to be patrolled and maintained, and acquiring the line length of the part of transmission line corresponding to each voltage class and the geographical position information of each part of transmission line. For example, a 500kV section A transmission line has a length of 500m, geographical position information is from (east longitude x, north latitude y) to (east longitude a, north latitude B), the land is B-type land, and the land is C-type land.
The line length of the power transmission line corresponding to each voltage level and the geographical position information of each part of the power transmission line are obtained, and the respective labor cost can be calculated for each section of the part of the power transmission line, so that the accuracy of the calculated cost is improved.
Step 304, salary information of current patrol personnel is obtained, and personnel cost of the power transmission line to be patrol is obtained according to the salary information, the patrol personnel standard, the line length of each part of the power transmission line and the geographic position information.
In step 304, in some embodiments, salary information of the current patrol personnel may be obtained, and the salary information of the patrol personnel may be set according to actual conditions and may be changed at any time. The calculation of the labor cost is based on salary information of the current patrol personnel, and it can be understood that the labor cost and the salary information of the current patrol personnel are in positive correlation.
Specifically, the personnel cost of the transmission line to be patrolled and maintained can be calculated according to the following formula:
wherein m represents the number of the types of the topography of the power grid, n represents the number of the types of the voltage levels of the lines, S is a standard matrix of the staff, represents the standard of the patrol staff of the power transmission line under the conditions of different voltage levels and geographic positions, L represents the line length and the distributed geographic position conditions of each voltage level of the region, and PH represents the salary of the patrol staff.
And 305, acquiring patch excitation standards and patch excitation coefficients of current maintenance personnel, and acquiring patch cost of the power transmission line to be inspected according to the current patch excitation coefficients and patch information of the current maintenance personnel.
In step 305, in some embodiments, a certain patch incentive may be set, so the labor cost also includes the patch cost. The subsidy excitation coefficient is set according to the current market condition and can be adjusted according to the actual condition. And acquiring the patch excitation standard of the current maintenance personnel, wherein the patch cost of the maintenance transmission line is the product of the patch excitation standard and the patch excitation coefficient.
The manual cost calculation formula is as follows:
e represents the subsidy standard, eta represents the subsidy excitation coefficient, m represents the number of the types of the topography of the power grid, n represents the number of the types of the voltage levels of the lines, S is a standard matrix of the stator, L represents the standard of the power transmission line for the maintenance of the power transmission line under the conditions of different voltage levels and geographic positions, L represents the line length and the distributed geographic position conditions of each voltage level of the region, and PH represents the salary of the maintenance personnel.
In other implementations, patch incentives may not be provided, and patch costs are not included in the labor costs.
As can be seen from the above description, the method for calculating the patrol cost of the patrol personnel is provided in the present embodiment, which is conducive to reasonable allocation of the patrol task, further improves the execution effectiveness of the patrol task, and reduces the resource expense.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart of a method for calculating labor cost of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
and step 401, acquiring the maintenance information of the transmission line to be maintained, generating a maintenance task and maintenance limiting conditions according to the maintenance information, and pushing the maintenance task to a task platform.
In step 401, the maintenance information of the transmission line to be maintained is obtained, where the maintenance information may include a position, an environment, a length, a preset completion time, a qualification of a maintenance person, a difficulty in completing a maintenance task, and the like of the transmission line to be maintained. Generating a patrol task and patrol limiting conditions according to the patrol information, wherein the patrol task can comprise information such as the position, the environment, the length and the like of a power transmission line to be patrol; the patrol limiting conditions can comprise information such as preset completion time, qualification of patrol personnel, patrol task completion difficulty and the like. And pushing the patrol task to a task platform, and publishing the patrol task on the task platform, so that at least one common patrol personnel and/or at least one professional patrol personnel registered on the task platform can acquire the patrol task. In this implementation scenario, the patrol information includes an environmental parameter and a power transmission parameter of each tower.
Step 402, obtaining application information of at least one to-be-selected patrol personnel, wherein the application information meets the patrol limiting conditions, and the at least one to-be-selected patrol personnel is taken as at least one quotation patrol personnel, and comprises at least one common patrol personnel and/or at least one professional patrol personnel.
In step 402, in some embodiments, after the at least one general patrol personnel and/or at least one professional patrol personnel obtain the patrol task, application information is submitted for the patrol task through the task platform. The application information comprises personal related information of common patrol personnel or professional patrol personnel submitting the application information, including personal patrol qualification, patrol experience, whether other patrol tasks are received or not, and the like. And matching the application information with the patrol limiting conditions corresponding to the patrol task, and selecting at least one common patrol personnel and/or at least one professional patrol personnel with the application information meeting the patrol limiting conditions as quotation patrol personnel. The accident of the patrol work caused by the fact that the common patrol personnel do not have corresponding qualification or capability is avoided.
Furthermore, the user portrait can be carried out for at least one common patrol personnel and/or at least one professional patrol personnel registered in the task platform, the application information comprises the user portrait, whether the patrol limiting condition is met or not is judged according to the user portrait, and the judgment can be carried out more accurately.
Step 403, acquiring quotation information of each quotation and maintenance person, wherein the quotation information comprises quotation values, and selecting the quotation and maintenance person with the lowest quotation value as a target maintenance person.
In step 403, in some embodiments, the bid information for each bid troops is obtained, the bid information including a bid value, and the bid troops with the lowest bid value is selected as the target troops. When a plurality of quotation patrol staff have the same quotation value, one can be randomly selected as a target patrol staff; the application information of each quotation and maintenance person can be acquired, and the target maintenance person with the highest maintenance qualification or longer maintenance experience is selected; the target patrol personnel not receiving other patrol tasks can also be selected. The specific selection rules can be set or modified according to the actual application scene. And taking the quotation value as the labor cost of the target patrol personnel.
Step 404, if the application information is not received within the preset time, selecting a target patrol personnel from at least one selectable patrol personnel, and dispatching the patrol task to the target patrol personnel.
In step 404, in some embodiments, a target patrol personnel is selected from at least one selectable patrol personnel based on the user representation of each selectable patrol personnel, and a patrol task is dispatched to the target patrol personnel. For example, the target patrol personnel with the highest patrol qualification or the longest patrol experience is selected. For another example, the designation is selected from among general patrols or from among professional patrols. The optional patrol personnel may be all ordinary patrol personnel and/or professional patrol personnel registered in the task platform.
And 405, if the target patrol staff is a common patrol staff, acquiring the credit rating of the target patrol staff, and acquiring an excitation coefficient matched with the credit rating.
In step 405, in some embodiments, the task platform assigns the patrol task directly to a general patrol worker who has the right to refuse to receive the order, but not more than a certain number of times. The pricing of the maintenance task adopts a cost-oriented pricing scheme, the cost price of the maintenance task is firstly checked, and the factors such as voltage level, maintenance temperature, maintenance humidity, maintenance altitude topography, maintenance task distance, natural disasters, task requirements, maintenance personnel excitation and the like are considered in the cost price check, so that the price of the maintenance task is determined by utilizing the maintenance cost and the form of personnel use fees.
The personnel use fee is positively correlated with the credit rating of the target patrol personnel and the incentive coefficient based on the credit rating, that is, the higher the credit rating, the higher the personnel use fee.
In other implementation scenarios, after the selected target patrol personnel confirms to receive the Shan Xun dimension task, a confirmation order receiving message is sent to the task platform, and then the step of obtaining the credit rating of the target patrol personnel is executed. In other implementation scenarios, the selected target patrol personnel is not willing to receive the Shan Xun dimension task, and then no confirmation order receiving message is sent, or no order receiving message can be sent, and then the target patrol personnel are reselected from the rest selectable patrol personnel.
Step 406, acquiring personnel use fee information of the target patrol personnel according to the credit rating and the incentive coefficient.
In step 406, in some embodiments, the personnel usage fee b for the target patrol personnel is as follows:
b=u+kn
wherein u is the basic fee used by the patrol personnel, and the unit element is the starting price of the patrol personnel; k is an excitation coefficient based on the credit level of the patrol personnel, and the value is 5; n is the credit level of the patrol personnel, and is divided into four levels, the higher the level is, the better the credit is, the value of n is 1 in the first level, and the like. And (5) according to analysis of the patrol history operation data, preliminarily obtaining the u value of 10.
Step 407, generating labor cost information according to the personnel use cost information, the unit price coefficient of the patrol distance and the patrol distance.
In step 407, in some embodiments, the labor cost may be expressed as:
P=ax+b
wherein P is a price of a dispatch mode, a is a unit price coefficient of the patrol distance considering the characteristics of the patrol task, and b is a personnel use fee. x is the line length of the patrol task, and the unit is km.
Wherein the function a is as follows:
in the formula, e1 is the voltage level of the maintenance line, e2 is the optimal temperature difference in the maintenance period, e3 is the number of pictures required to be shot by a task, e4 is the altitude of the maintenance line, e5 is the distance between a maintenance person and the maintenance line, e6 is a variable of 0-1, and represents whether natural disasters occur within three days in the region where the power transmission line is located, if so, the natural disasters occur, the natural disasters are 1, and otherwise, the natural disasters are 0. a1, a2, a3, a4, a5, a6 are price coefficients of the corresponding influencing factors, respectively.
Specifically, e1 is the voltage grade of the line in patrol, the voltage grade is divided into four grades of 500kV,220kV,110kV and 35kV, and e1 is correspondingly set as 4,2,2,4 according to the difficulty level. e2 is the optimum temperature difference, and represents the absolute value of the difference between the temperature at the start of the maintenance task and the optimum temperature (20 ℃). The data are obtained in real time according to the weather bureau, the unit temperature is 0.1 ℃ in precision. And e3, requesting the number of pictures to be shot for the task, and issuing the task to be the specific number of pictures to be shot. And e4, the altitude of the line is the altitude of the line, the higher the altitude is, the higher the difficulty of the line is, the data are obtained through the topographic data, the unit m is, and the precision value is 10m. e5 is the distance between the patrol personnel and the patrol line, the data is obtained through a map, the unit km is obtained, and the precision value is 0.1km. e6 is whether natural disasters such as mountain floods, debris flows, fires, earthquakes and the like occur within three days in the region where the power transmission line is located, if the natural disasters occur, the natural disasters are 1, otherwise, the natural disasters are 0. a1, a2, a3, a4, a5 and a6 are coefficients of corresponding influence factors, and values are 3,2,0.5,0.015,3 and 10 respectively.
And step 408, if the target patrol staff is a professional patrol staff, acquiring the patrol difficulty coefficient according to the patrol information.
In step 408, in some embodiments, if the maintenance task is rejected by the selected target maintenance personnel a predetermined number of times, the target maintenance personnel is selected from the professional maintenance personnel, and the professional maintenance personnel cannot reject the maintenance task. The method is characterized in that ordinary patrol personnel can only select patrol tasks with higher rewards or lower difficulties, do not accept the patrol tasks with higher difficulties, and finally lead to difficult patrol supply of some transmission lines and incapability of guaranteeing the safety of the transmission lines in remote areas. For this situation, the grid company should adopt a bottom-protection business pricing scheme for part of the lines, for the bottom-protection business market, the professional patrol personnel completes patrol, and gives actual patrol benefits after each patrol completion, and the professional patrol personnel completes patrol to obtain benefits on the basis of fixed salary.
In the implementation scene, the patrol difficulty coefficient is obtained according to the patrol information because more incentive policies are needed for the patrol task with higher difficulty, the labor cost information can be adjusted according to the patrol difficulty coefficient, and the fact that the paying out of professional patrol personnel is not proportional to the paying out of the report is avoided.
And 409, generating labor cost information according to the patrol difficulty coefficient, the patrol distance unit price coefficient and the patrol distance.
In step 409, in some embodiments, the labor cost may be expressed as:
P=a′x
a′=λa
wherein, a is a unit price coefficient of the patrol distance considering the characteristics of the patrol task, and the adjustment coefficient lambda is a proper allowance adjustment for the patrol personnel taking the difficulty degree of the bottom-protecting patrol business into consideration, and the value is 1.1.x is the line length of the patrol task, and the unit is km.
According to the technical scheme, the cost calculation method for the ordinary patrol staff and the professional patrol staff under different conditions is provided in the embodiment of the invention, so that reasonable distribution of the patrol tasks is facilitated, the execution effectiveness of the patrol tasks is further improved, and the resource expense is reduced.
