Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following examples do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. But merely as exemplifications of systems and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as recited in the claims.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for dividing a maintenance-patrol route of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
In step 101, an environmental parameter and a transmission parameter of each tower in the transmission line to be patrolled and maintained may be obtained.
And 102, generating a maintenance patrol task according to the environment parameters and the power transmission parameters, and issuing the maintenance patrol task.
In step 102, a maintenance patrol task may be generated according to the environmental parameter and the power transmission parameter, and the maintenance patrol task may be issued. The power grid company can issue the patrol and maintenance task through the task platform. When the patrol tasks appear on the task platform and become information shared by the masses, the power grid company needs to divide the patrol tasks more carefully, because patrol personnel faced by the patrol tasks are not only personnel trained in specialization but also ordinary masses, and the patrol tasks need to be divided according to difficulty levels, specialization degrees and the like. After the patrol maintenance task is published, the patrol maintenance personnel can be found out correspondingly to carry out patrol maintenance work, the reliability of the work can be guaranteed, and the human resources can be reasonably utilized to the maximum extent.
In some embodiments, the environmental parameters and the transmission parameters of each tower in the transmission line to be maintained can be obtained. The transmission parameters comprise the transmission voltage level and the operating state of each tower. The transmission voltage grades refer to rated voltage grades and include 3KV, 6KV, 10KV, 35KV, 60KV, 110KV, 220KV, 330KV, 500KV and 750 KV. At present, power lines of 10KV and below are generally called distribution lines. Wherein, the lines below 1KV are called low-voltage distribution lines; the 1KV-10KV line is called a high-voltage distribution line; power lines of 35KV and above are called transmission lines. Wherein, the line of 35KV-220KV is called high-voltage transmission line; the 330KV-550KV line is called ultra-high voltage transmission line.
The running state can be obtained through daily repair reporting, last maintenance inspection result and the like. The running state refers to the full-working-condition running state that the whole power transmission line keeps the designed technical parameters, can endure normal power load in all weather in the natural environment and allows the highest transmission power load. The operation state is divided into four state types of a normal state, an attention state, an abnormal state and a serious state.
The normal state means that each state quantity of the line is stable and within the warning value and the attention value (short for "standard limit") specified by the regulation, and the relevant parameters specified by DT/T741 and GB50545 are not exceeded. The defects of the parts of the line group or the tower structure and the external environment of the channel have small influence on the electrical insulation strength and the mechanical strength of the line, and the state of the line still running in a safe area is characterized as a first-level state quantity.
Note that the state indicates that some parameters of the line operating state are close to the maximum allowable values of relevant parameters specified by operating regulations, design regulations and safety regulations, damage to components of the line begins to affect the electrical insulation strength and the structural mechanical strength of the line, and the safety margin begins to be reduced, but the line can still operate normally. The defect development may evolve into an accident, the operation needs to be monitored, and the state quantity is qualitative as a second level.
The abnormal state represents that the important operation state of the line is partially abnormal, the technical parameters specified by the operation regulation, the design regulation and the safety regulation are reached or slightly exceeded, and the damage of the components of the abnormal state influences the electrical insulation strength and the structural mechanical strength of the line, so that the safety margin is obviously reduced. The running state of the fault which can cause accidents when the fault continues to develop needs to be monitored, the maintenance is arranged in due time according to the risk degree of the fault development, and the state quantity is qualitatively in three stages.
The serious state means that the operating state of the line exceeds the technical parameters of safe operation specified by operating regulations, design regulations and safety regulations, and the damage of the electrical component or the line structure seriously damages the electrical insulation strength and the structural mechanical strength of the line, so that the safety margin of the line is seriously lost. The running state of an accident possibly caused by the short-term development of the defect needs to be monitored all weather or on-line monitoring is adopted, and the maintenance is arranged in time according to the risk degree of the development of the defect, and the state quantity is qualitatively classified into four levels.
According to the description, the frequency of the maintenance patrol personnel required by different power transmission parameters is different from the attention degree of the maintenance patrol personnel. Therefore, in this embodiment, the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained may be divided into a plurality of partial patrolling and maintaining power transmission lines according to the power transmission parameters of each tower, the patrolling and maintaining task includes a plurality of patrolling and maintaining subtasks, and each partial patrolling and maintaining route corresponds to one patrolling and maintaining subtask. The towers with the same transmission voltage grade within a certain distance can be planned to be a part of maintenance-inspection transmission lines by taking the transmission voltage grade as the basis. For example, a low-voltage distribution line is transmitted between the tower a and the tower B, and the distance between the tower a and the tower B meets a preset condition (is greater than a minimum threshold and/or less than a maximum threshold), the transmission line between the tower a and the tower B may be divided into a part of patrol transmission lines.
The operation states of the towers can be divided according to the operation states, for example, in order to improve the maintenance inspection efficiency and the maintenance inspection effectiveness, the number of the towers in a serious state cannot exceed a, the number of the towers in an abnormal state cannot exceed b, and the number of the towers in an attention state cannot exceed c, in each part of the maintenance inspection transmission line.
The environment parameters comprise at least one of area parameters, weather parameters and micro-terrain parameters of the area where the tower is located. Weather parameters include wind direction, temperature, humidity, sun exposure, precipitation, etc. In the actual maintenance work of the power transmission line, the influence of weather conditions is often caused. For example, in the northeast region, ice and snow weather tends to occur easily in months 1 and 2 of the year, and stormy weather tends to occur in months 5 and 6. These inclement weather often have an impact on the operation of the transmission line. In addition, bad weather can also affect the smooth operation of maintenance work.
The microclimate area is an area which is different from a large area in local area formation and seriously affects the operation of a power transmission line due to special changes of terrain, position, wind direction, temperature, humidity and the like in the local area. The micro-terrain area is a local narrow area in a large-terrain area and is divided into a bealock type micro-terrain, a high mountain watershed type micro-terrain, a water vapor increase type micro-terrain, a terrain uplift type micro-terrain, a canyon wind channel type micro-terrain and the like. The microclimate area and the micro-terrain area where different poles and towers are located are different, and the required power of maintenance patrol is also different.
In the actual development of the maintenance work of the power transmission line, related workers should perform specific regional analysis according to the position of each tower in the power transmission line, and the key areas are divided by a scientific and reasonable method, so that the scientificity and the rationality of the maintenance work can be guaranteed, and the quality and the efficiency of the maintenance work can be improved. Therefore, in actual work, according to the topographic characteristics of the region where the power transmission line is located, the region where the power transmission line passes is reasonably divided into three types: one is a relatively easy area, another is a relatively difficult area, and the last is an unmanned area. In addition, according to the property of the power transmission line, the types of areas where geological disasters easily occur, areas with dense spanning population and the like can be divided. Different regional parameters have different requirements on maintenance patrol personnel. For example, relatively easy regions may allow general maintenance patrollers to perform maintenance patrolling tasks, while unmanned regions require specialized maintenance patrollers to perform maintenance patrollers.
According to the description, the maintenance ability of maintenance personnel required by different environmental parameters is different. Therefore, in this embodiment, the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained can be divided into a plurality of part patrolling and maintaining power transmission lines according to the environment parameters of each tower, each patrolling and maintaining task includes a plurality of patrolling and maintaining subtasks, and each part patrolling and maintaining route corresponds to one patrolling and maintaining subtask. The division can be performed according to microclimate areas or micro-terrain areas, for example, towers located in the same microclimate area or micro-terrain area are divided into the same part of maintenance tour route. And dividing according to the area parameters, and dividing the towers in the same area parameter into the same part of the patrol route.
In other implementation scenarios, the power transmission line to be maintained may not be divided, but the environmental parameters and the power transmission parameters of each tower are marked in the maintenance task, and whether the maintenance personnel apply or not is determined by the maintenance personnel. The maintenance patrol task also comprises a preset time limit for completing the maintenance patrol task, position data of each tower and the like.
In step 103, application information of at least one maintenance patrol person may be obtained, and a maintenance patrol ability parameter and a labor cost parameter of each maintenance patrol person may be obtained according to the application information. Wherein, the maintenance patrol personnel comprise common maintenance patrol personnel and professional maintenance patrol personnel.
In a specific implementation scenario, a power grid company can issue a patrol maintenance task through a task platform, and patrol maintenance personnel registered on the task platform can check the patrol maintenance task. If the patrolling and maintaining personnel want to order the patrolling and maintaining task, application information can be sent, and the application information comprises a patrolling and maintaining capability parameter and a labor cost parameter of the patrolling and maintaining personnel sending the application information. The patrol capacity parameter can be identity information of the patrol personnel, such as common patrol personnel or professional patrol personnel; the data can also be relevant data of the inspection and maintenance tasks completed by the inspection and maintenance personnel, including data such as the execution level of the inspection and maintenance tasks; the data can also be data of patrol training participated in by patrol personnel before, including examination data and the like; and the patrol qualification data of the patrol personnel can also comprise the acquired related certificates, the passed examination scores and the like.
The labor cost parameter may be a cost required to engage the patrolling staff to perform the patrolling task. Specifically, whether the maintenance patrol personnel are ordinary maintenance patrol personnel or professional maintenance patrol personnel and whether the maintenance patrol task is acquired by the maintenance patrol personnel or is formulated by a power grid company to be dispatched need to be considered. There may be different calculation methods for different situations.
And 104, acquiring a patrol application scene.
In step 104, a tour application scenario may be acquired.
And 105, matching corresponding maintenance patrol personnel for each tower according to the environment parameters and the transmission parameters of each tower and the maintenance patrol application scene.
In step 105, corresponding maintenance patrol personnel can be matched for each tower according to the environmental parameters and the transmission parameters of each tower and the maintenance patrol application scenario.
In some embodiments, a tour application scenario may be obtained, the tour application scenario including at least one of a security dimension-based application scenario, a cost dimension-based application scenario, and a quality dimension-based application scenario. And corresponding maintenance patrol personnel can be matched for each tower according to the maintenance patrol application scene.
Taking an application scene based on cost dimension as an example, the inspection personnel with the lowest labor cost can be matched for each tower. In addition, in the process of matching maintenance patrolmen, the minimum limit of safety dimension and quality dimension needs to be considered simultaneously. For example, even if the labor cost for engaging common maintenance patrollers is lower than the cost for engaging professional maintenance patrollers, the professional maintenance patrollers are selected to be engaged for towers located in an unmanned area, so that the safety of the maintenance patrollers is guaranteed. And for the towers located in the easy area, if the labor cost for engaging the common patrol personnel is lower, engaging the common patrol personnel. For another example, for a tower in a severe state, even if the labor cost for engaging common patrol personnel is lower than the cost for engaging professional patrol personnel, the professional patrol personnel is selected to be engaged, so that the quality of patrol is guaranteed. Aiming at the tower in the normal state, if the labor cost for engaging the common patrol personnel is lower, engaging the common patrol personnel. Specifically, the qualification of the patrol and maintenance personnel is divided into general patrol and maintenance personnel and professional patrol and maintenance personnel according to the specialization degree of the patrol and maintenance tasks, and different tasks are divided corresponding to different personnel, that is, the general patrol and maintenance personnel can only execute the corresponding patrol and maintenance tasks, and the professional patrol and maintenance personnel can execute all patrol and maintenance tasks. The corresponding maintenance task is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
And taking an application scene based on quality dimension as an example, and matching qualification-matched maintenance patrolmen for each tower. In addition, in the process of matching maintenance patrolmen, the minimum of safety dimension and cost dimension needs to be considered at the same time. For example, for a tower in a normal state, even if the quality of a professional patrol member is better, a general patrol member can also engage if the quality of the patrol member is matched.
According to the technical scheme, the method for dividing the maintenance-patrolling route of the power transmission line, provided by the embodiment of the invention, is used for acquiring the environmental parameters and the power transmission parameters of each tower in the power transmission line to be maintained; generating a maintenance patrol task according to the environment parameters and the power transmission parameters, and issuing the maintenance patrol task; acquiring application information of at least one inspection worker, and acquiring inspection capability parameters and labor cost parameters of each inspection worker according to the application information, wherein the inspection workers comprise common inspection workers and professional inspection workers; acquiring a patrol application scene; and matching corresponding maintenance patrolled personnel for each tower according to the environment parameters and the power transmission parameters of each tower and the maintenance patrolled application scene. Therefore, the patrol maintenance task can be reasonably distributed, the patrol maintenance efficiency and effectiveness are improved, and resource waste is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another method for dividing a maintenance-round route of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
In step 201, an environmental parameter and a power transmission parameter of each tower in the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained may be obtained, and a patrolling and maintaining task is generated according to the environmental parameter and the power transmission parameter.
And 202, generating a maintenance cycle of the maintenance task according to the environment parameters.
In step 202, a patrol period of the patrol task may be generated according to the environmental parameters. The release of the inspection task is closely related to the inspection time, and tasks in a certain area or tasks in a certain area have a scientific and reasonable inspection period. The power grid company divides areas according to the characteristics of line equipment and channel environments, and determines the inspection period of part of power transmission lines by combining state evaluation and operation experience. Meanwhile, necessary adjustment is carried out on the patrol period in time according to changes of partial sections and time periods of the power transmission line.
In some embodiments, different patrol periods of the partial transmission lines can be set according to different areas where the towers are located. The patrol period of a city (town) and a suburb is generally 1 month; the patrol period of general areas such as suburbs and plains is generally 2 months; the patrol period of the areas which are difficult to reach by vehicles, such as mountains, greens, coastal beach, gobi deserts and the like is generally 3 months. Under special conditions such as snowy mountains and the like, the period can be properly prolonged by means of aerial inspection, online monitoring and the like, but the period is not more than 6 months; the comprehensive inspection of the equipment and the channel environment is needed, and the inspection times of the channel environment are increased for special sections.
In other implementation scenarios, the patrol period may be set according to different properties of a part of the transmission lines. The inspection period of circuits such as a single power supply, an important load, internetwork connection and the like should not exceed 1 month; the patrol period of old lines (sections) and defective frequent lines (sections) with poor running conditions is not more than 1 month; for sections with severe channel environments, such as an area which is easily damaged by external force, a tree and bamboo growing area, a stealing and multi-occurrence area, a mining influence area, an area which is easy to build a house and the like, patrol is enhanced at corresponding time intervals, and the patrol period is generally half a month; in 3 months after the newly-built line and the switching section are put into operation, 1 time of comprehensive inspection is required per month, and then a normal inspection cycle is executed; the power grid company needs to revise the patrol period every year according to market demands and actual conditions, and needs to adjust the patrol period in time when necessary.
In other implementation scenarios, a maintenance patrol period may be set according to a specific task of maintenance patrol, specifically please refer to table 2:
TABLE 2
And 203, dividing the inspection and maintenance task into a ground task and a tower task in different areas according to the space dimension of the inspection and maintenance target, and issuing the inspection and maintenance task.
In step 203, the patrol and maintenance task may be divided into a ground task and a tower task in different areas according to the spatial dimension of the patrol and maintenance target, and the patrol and maintenance task is issued.
In some embodiments, considering different specialization degrees of the maintenance patrol personnel and different areas, the maintenance patrol task can be divided into ground and tower tasks in different areas according to the spatial dimension, and the specific tasks are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
In the implementation scenario, when the patrol maintenance task is issued, whether the patrol maintenance task is a ground task or a tower and pole task is marked, so that patrol maintenance personnel can make a choice whether to apply for the patrol maintenance task.
According to the technical scheme, the method for dividing the patrol maintenance route of the power transmission line provided by the embodiment of the invention can generate the patrol maintenance period of the patrol maintenance task according to the environmental parameters, and divide the patrol maintenance task into the ground tasks and the tower tasks in different areas according to the spatial dimension of the patrol maintenance target. The method is beneficial to reasonable distribution of the patrol maintenance task, further improves the effectiveness of execution of the patrol maintenance task, and reduces resource cost.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for calculating a maintenance cost of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
301, acquiring patrol and maintenance information of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained, wherein the patrol and maintenance information comprises power transmission parameters and environment parameters of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained.
In step 301, maintenance information of the power transmission line to be maintained may be obtained, where the maintenance information includes power transmission parameters and environmental parameters of the power transmission line to be maintained.
In some embodiments, the patrol and maintenance task can be released to the market through the task platform, so that after the ordinary patrol and maintenance personnel finish the patrol and maintenance task of the power transmission line, the patrol and maintenance task of the power transmission line is completed without expenses (borne by the ordinary patrol and maintenance personnel) such as equipment and traffic, and therefore the cost system mainly comprises labor cost and development cost. Wherein the labor cost mainly refers to payroll paid by the maintenance patrol company for maintenance patrol personnel; the development cost mainly comprises the development cost and the maintenance cost of the task platform.
The labor cost needs to be determined by adopting a certain pricing method according to market pricing rules by comprehensively considering inspection and maintenance attribute related factors, inspection and maintenance personnel related factors and power grid company related factors. In this embodiment, the maintenance information of the power transmission line to be maintained is obtained, and the maintenance information includes the power transmission parameters and the environmental parameters of the power transmission line to be maintained. The difficulty of completing the maintenance inspection task is determined by the power transmission parameters and the environmental parameters, and generally, the higher the difficulty of the maintenance inspection task, the higher the labor cost is required to be given.
And 302, acquiring a patrolling and maintaining member standard of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained according to the power transmission parameters and the environment parameters.
In step 302, a patrolling and maintaining member standard of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained can be obtained according to the power transmission parameters and the environment parameters. And under the conditions of different voltage grades and geographic positions, the patrol maintainer standards of the power transmission line are different. For example, the higher the voltage level and the more complicated the geographical location, the more the number of maintenance patrol personnel is required, the higher the qualification requirements and experience requirements on the maintenance patrol personnel are, and accordingly, the higher the expenditure of labor cost is.
In step 303, the power transmission line to be maintained may include a plurality of sections, and the power transmission parameters of each section are different. For example, the transmission parameter may be a voltage class, which in this embodiment is divided into four classes of 500kV, 220kV, 110kV and 35 kV. And acquiring the line length of part of the power transmission line corresponding to each voltage grade and the geographical position information of each part of the power transmission line by combining the power transmission parameters and the environment parameters of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained. For example, the length of the 500kV A-section transmission line is 500m, the geographic position information is from (east longitude x, north latitude y) to (east longitude a, north latitude B), the terrain is the type B terrain, and the terrain is the type C terrain.
The line length of the power transmission line corresponding to each voltage class and the geographical position information of each part of the power transmission line are obtained, and the respective labor cost can be calculated for each section of the part of the power transmission line, so that the accuracy of the calculated cost is improved.
And 304, acquiring salary information of current maintenance patrol personnel, and acquiring personnel cost of the power transmission line to be maintained according to the salary information, the maintenance patrol personnel standard, the line length of each part of power transmission line and the geographic position information.
In step 304, in some embodiments, salary information of the current maintenance patrol personnel may be obtained, and the salary information of the maintenance patrol personnel is also set according to actual situations and may be changed at any time. The calculation of the labor cost needs to be based on the salary information of the current maintenance patrol personnel, and it can be understood that the labor cost and the salary information of the current maintenance patrol personnel are in a positive correlation.
Specifically, the cost of the personnel to be patrolled and maintained the transmission line can be calculated according to the following formula:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a power grid, obtaining a power grid voltage level, obtaining a power grid voltage.
And 305, acquiring a subsidy excitation standard and a subsidy excitation coefficient of the current maintenance patroller, and acquiring the subsidy cost of the power transmission line to be maintained according to the current subsidy excitation coefficient and the subsidy information of the current maintenance patroller.
In step 305, in some embodiments, certain subsidy incentives may be set, so the cost of labor also includes the cost of the subsidy. The subsidy excitation coefficient is set according to the current market condition and can be adjusted according to the actual condition. And acquiring a subsidy excitation standard of the current maintenance personnel, wherein the subsidy cost of the maintenance power transmission line is the product of the subsidy excitation standard and the subsidy excitation coefficient.
The labor cost calculation formula is as follows:
the method comprises the following steps of obtaining a compensation standard, obtaining a compensation excitation coefficient.
In other implementation scenarios, the subsidy incentive may not be set, and the cost of labor does not include the subsidy cost.
According to the description, the method for calculating the maintenance cost of the maintenance staff is provided in the embodiment, so that the reasonable distribution of the maintenance task is facilitated, the effectiveness of the maintenance task execution is further improved, and the resource cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for calculating labor cost of a power transmission line according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
In step 401, maintenance information of the power transmission line to be maintained is obtained, where the maintenance information may include a position, an environment, a length, a preset completion time, a qualification of a maintenance worker, a difficulty in completing maintenance tasks, and the like of the power transmission line to be maintained. Generating a patrol maintenance task and patrol maintenance limiting conditions according to patrol maintenance information, wherein the patrol maintenance task can comprise information such as the position, environment and length of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained; the patrol maintenance limiting conditions can include preset completion time, qualification requirements of patrol maintenance personnel, difficulty in completion of patrol maintenance tasks and other information. And pushing the patrol and maintenance task to a task platform, and issuing the patrol and maintenance task on the task platform, so that at least one common patrol and maintenance person and/or at least one professional patrol and maintenance person registered on the task platform can acquire the patrol and maintenance task. In the implementation scenario, the patrol information includes the environmental parameters and the transmission parameters of each tower.
In step 402, in some embodiments, after obtaining the maintenance task, at least one general maintenance patrol person and/or at least one professional maintenance patrol person submits application information for the maintenance task through the task platform. The application information comprises personal related information of ordinary patrol staffs or professional patrol staffs who submit the application information, including personal patrol qualification, patrol experience, whether other patrol tasks have been received, and the like. And matching the application information with the patrol maintenance limiting conditions corresponding to the patrol maintenance task, and selecting at least one common patrol maintenance person and/or at least one professional patrol maintenance person of which the application information meets the patrol maintenance limiting conditions as a quotation patrol maintenance person. The accident of maintenance work caused by the fact that ordinary maintenance personnel do not have corresponding qualification or capability is avoided.
Furthermore, user portrait can be performed on at least one common patrol maintenance person and/or at least one professional patrol maintenance person registered on the task platform, the application information comprises the user portrait, whether patrol maintenance limiting conditions are met or not is judged according to the user portrait, and more accurate judgment can be performed.
And 403, acquiring the quotation information of each quotation maintenance patrol personnel, wherein the quotation information comprises quotation values, and selecting the quotation maintenance patrol personnel with the lowest quotation values as target maintenance patrol personnel.
In step 403, in some embodiments, the quotation information of each quotation maintenance person is obtained, the quotation information includes a quotation value, and the quotation maintenance person with the lowest quotation value is selected as the target maintenance person. When a plurality of quotation maintenance patrol personnel have the same quotation value, one quotation maintenance patrol personnel can be randomly selected as a target maintenance patrol personnel; the application information of each quotation maintenance patrol personnel can be obtained, and the patrol maintenance personnel with the highest maintenance qualification or longer maintenance patrol experience can be selected as the target maintenance patrol personnel; and selecting the target patrol personnel who do not receive other patrol tasks. The specific selection rule can be set or modified according to the actual application scenario. And taking the quoted value as the labor cost of the target maintenance patrol personnel.
And step 404, if the application information is not received within the preset time length, selecting a target maintenance patrol personnel from at least one selectable maintenance patrol personnel, and dispatching the maintenance patrol task to the target maintenance patrol personnel.
In step 404, in some embodiments, a target maintenance patroller is selected from the at least one selectable maintenance patroller based on the user representation of each selectable maintenance patroller, and a maintenance patroller task is dispatched to the target maintenance patroller. For example, the patrol personnel with the highest patrol qualification or the longest patrol experience is selected as the target patrol personnel. As another example, the designation may be selected from a general maintenance patrol officer or from a professional maintenance patrol officer. The selectable maintenance patrolmen may be all ordinary maintenance patrolmen and/or professional maintenance patrolmen registered in the mission platform.
And 405, if the target maintenance patrol personnel is a common maintenance patrol personnel, acquiring the credit level of the target maintenance patrol personnel, and acquiring an excitation coefficient matched with the credit level.
In step 405, in some embodiments, the task platform directly assigns the patrol task to the general patrol personnel who have the right to refuse to pick up the order but cannot exceed a certain number of times. The pricing of the inspection and maintenance task adopts a cost-oriented pricing scheme, the cost price of the inspection and maintenance task is firstly checked, the factors such as voltage level, inspection and maintenance temperature, inspection and maintenance humidity, inspection and maintenance altitude terrain, inspection and maintenance task distance, natural disasters, task requirements, inspection and maintenance personnel incentive and the like are considered in the cost price check, and the price of the inspection and maintenance task is determined by using the inspection and maintenance cost and the personnel use fee.
The personnel use fee is positively correlated with the credit level of the target maintenance patrol personnel and the incentive coefficient based on the credit level, namely, the higher the credit level of the target maintenance patrol personnel, the higher the personnel use fee.
In other implementation scenarios, after the selected target maintenance patrol personnel confirm to receive the single maintenance patrol task, a confirmation order receiving message is sent to the task platform, and then the step of obtaining the credit rating of the target maintenance patrol personnel is executed. In other implementation scenarios, the selected target maintenance patrol personnel do not want to receive the single maintenance patrol task, and do not send a confirmation order receiving message, or can send a non-order receiving message, and reselect the target maintenance patrol personnel from the rest selectable maintenance patrol personnel.
And 406, acquiring the personnel use charge information of the target maintenance patrol personnel according to the credit level and the incentive coefficient.
In step 406, in some embodiments, the staff usage fee b for the target maintenance tour officer is as follows:
b=u+kn
in the formula, u is the basic charge for the patroller to use, unit, and starting price for the patroller to patrol; k is an excitation coefficient based on the credit rating of the maintenance patrol staff, and the value is 5; n is the credit rating of the maintenance patrol personnel and is divided into four levels, the higher the rating, the better the credit, the value of n is 1 in the first level, and so on. And analyzing according to the patrol historical operation data to preliminarily obtain a value u of 10.
And step 407, generating labor cost information according to the personnel use cost information, the inspection distance unit price coefficient and the inspection distance.
In step 407, in some embodiments, the cost of labor may be expressed as:
P=ax+b
in the formula, P is a form dispatching price, a is a patrol maintenance distance unit price coefficient considering patrol maintenance task characteristics, and b is a personnel use fee. And x is the line length of the maintenance task in unit km.
Wherein the function a is as follows:
in the formula, e1 is the voltage grade of the inspection line, e2 is the optimal temperature difference of the inspection period, e3 is the number of photos required to be taken by a task, e4 is the altitude of the inspection line, e5 is the distance between an inspection person and the inspection line, e6 is a variable from 0 to 1, and the variable represents whether a natural disaster occurs in the area where the power transmission line is located within three days, if the natural disaster occurs, the variable is 1, and if the natural disaster does not occur, the variable is 0. a1, a2, a3, a4, a5 and a6 are price coefficients of the corresponding influencing factors respectively.
Specifically, e1 is the voltage class of the maintenance line, the voltage class is divided into four classes of 500kV, 220kV, 110kV and 35kV, and e1 is set to 4, 2, 2 and 4 according to the difficulty level. e2 represents the optimum temperature difference, which is the absolute value of the difference between the temperature at the start of the maintenance round and the optimum temperature (20 ℃). The data is obtained in real time according to the meteorological bureau, and the unit temperature and the precision are 0.1 ℃. e3 indicates that the task requests the number of photographs to be taken, and the task delivery is the specified number of photographs. e4 is the height above sea level of the inspection line, the higher the height above sea level, the greater the difficulty of inspection, the data is obtained by the terrain data, the unit m, the precision value is 10 m. e5 is the distance between the maintenance staff and the maintenance line, the data is obtained through a map, the unit km is obtained, and the precision value is 0.1 km. e6 indicates whether natural disasters such as mountain floods, debris flows, fires, earthquakes and the like occur in the area where the power transmission line is located within three days, if so, the natural disasters are 1, and if not, the natural disasters are 0. a1, a2, a3, a4, a5 and a6 are coefficients of corresponding influence factors, and values are respectively 3, 2, 0.5, 0.015, 3 and 10.
And step 408, if the target maintenance patrol personnel is a professional maintenance patrol personnel, acquiring a maintenance patrol difficulty coefficient according to the maintenance patrol information.
In step 408, in some embodiments, if the target maintenance patrol person selected for the maintenance task for the preset number of consecutive times is rejected, the target maintenance patrol person is selected from the professional maintenance patrol persons, and the professional maintenance patrol person cannot reject the target maintenance patrol person. This is because it is possible that a general maintenance patrol worker selects only a maintenance patrol task with a higher reward or a lower difficulty, and does not accept a maintenance patrol task with a higher difficulty, which eventually leads to difficulty in maintenance and supply of some power transmission lines and incapability of ensuring the safety of the power transmission lines in remote areas. Aiming at the situation, a power grid company deals with partial lines and adopts a price setting scheme of end-preserving service, for an end-preserving service market, a professional maintenance patrol personnel completes maintenance patrol, the actual maintenance patrol is given after maintenance patrol is completed each time, and the professional maintenance patrol personnel completes maintenance patrol each time to obtain the allowance on the basis of fixed salaries.
In the implementation scenario, the reason for acquiring the inspection difficulty coefficient according to the inspection information is that more incentive policies are needed in consideration of the difficult inspection task, and the labor cost information can be adjusted according to the inspection difficulty coefficient, so that the condition that the labor cost of professional inspection personnel is not in direct proportion to the return is avoided.
And step 409, generating labor cost information according to the inspection difficulty coefficient, the inspection distance unit price coefficient and the inspection distance.
In step 409, in some embodiments, the cost of labor may be expressed as:
P=a′x
a′=λa
wherein, a is the unit price coefficient of the inspection distance considering the characteristics of the inspection task, and the adjustment coefficient lambda is the difficulty degree of the inspection service considering the bottom guarantee, and the inspection personnel is properly subsidized and adjusted to take the value of 1.1. And x is the line length of the maintenance task in unit km.
According to the technical scheme, the cost calculation method for the ordinary patrol maintenance personnel and the professional patrol maintenance personnel under different conditions is provided in the embodiment of the invention, so that the reasonable distribution of patrol maintenance tasks is facilitated, the effectiveness of the execution of patrol maintenance tasks is further improved, and the resource cost is reduced.
