s6, operating the third air cylinder 54 to enable the formed cosmetic brush to enter the screening area 71, operating the second driving motor 73 to enable the screen drum 72 to rotate, enabling the screen needle 74 to flap bristles on the cosmetic brush, and enabling the screen needle 74 to remove short bristles mixed in the cosmetic brush and bristles with poor bonding firmness from the cosmetic brush, so that the yield of the cosmetic brush is improved.
Through the mode of machining and manual cooperation, production efficiency is improved, and manual use cost is reduced.
