在无内胎车辆充气轮胎中,在内侧上径向地布置的最小空气渗透率的内衬确保泵送到轮胎中的空气不会逸出。阻止空气的逸出是必要的,因为逸出导致轮胎中的低压,这大大损害轮胎的使用寿命。而且,内衬保护胎体免受空气和湿气向内扩散,因为空气和湿气可能损坏胎体和/或带束的强度构件。为了使内衬保持气密,它还必须具有良好的抗开裂性和抗疲劳性,以便在驾驶操作中不产生影响气密性的裂纹。

此外,用于内衬的橡胶混合物含有1至60phr、优选5至30phr的至少一种脂族烃树脂。在此,脂族烃树脂是通过使含有C5和/或C6烯烃的单体聚合而获得的树脂。这些单体例如在矿物油的裂解中获得。
除了提及的物质外,用于内衬的橡胶混合物还可以含有惯用量的惯用橡胶掺合物。这些物质包括例如增塑剂,尤其是矿物油增塑剂,老化稳定剂,活化剂,例如氧化锌和脂肪酸(例如硬脂酸),蜡和塑炼助剂。
在本发明的有利发展中,用于内衬的橡胶混合物不含增塑剂油和加工助剂,尤其是不含矿物油增塑剂。已经发现,根据本发明的树脂组合可以代替增塑剂油,如通常被认为具有环境顾虑的矿物油增塑剂,而不必接受内衬的其他所希望特性的损失。
用于内衬的橡胶混合物已在硫和/或硫供体的存在下交联;为此目的,通常将硫化促进剂添加到起始混合物中。硫化促进剂在此可以选自由以下组成的组:噻唑促进剂、巯基促进剂、次磺酰胺促进剂、硫代氨基甲酸酯促进剂、秋兰姆促进剂、硫代磷酸酯促进剂、硫脲促进剂、黄原酸酯促进剂和胍促进剂。硫和/或硫供体和硫化促进剂以惯用量使用。
用于内衬的橡胶混合物以常规方式通过以下生产:首先通常以一个或多个混合阶段制备基础混合物,该基础混合物含有除硫化体系(硫和影响硫化的物质)之外的所有成分,并且随后通过添加硫化体系来生产最终混合物。随后,将混合物进一步加工,例如通过压延操作,并成型为内衬。在车辆充气轮胎的生产中,将经压延的内衬以惯用方式放置在轮胎成型鼓上,并且然后用另外的组分完成轮胎,以提供轮胎坯件。这是通过本领域技术人员已知的方法硫化的。
车辆充气轮胎以简单的可加工性连同高的不透气性和使用寿命而著称。
具体实施方式
现在参考在表1中汇总的对比实例和工作实例对本发明进行详细地阐明。
对于表中的所有混合物实例,所述量是基于100重量份的总橡胶的重量份数(phr)。对比混合物用V指示,并且用于本发明内衬的混合物用E指示。这些混合物的不同之处仅在于增塑剂油和树脂掺合物。混合物1(V)是包含增塑剂油的用于内衬的橡胶混合物。在混合物2(V)中,一些增塑剂油已被脂族烃树脂代替。混合物3(V)仅含有脂族烃树脂,并且混合物4(V)仅含有香豆酮-茚树脂。用于包括本发明的内衬的车辆充气轮胎的混合物5(E)不含有任何增塑剂油,而是含有香豆酮-茚树脂与脂族烃树脂的特定组合。
在实验室切向混合器中以两个阶段在标准条件下生产混合物。直到达到10%(t10)或40%(t40)的相对交联水平的转化时间是通过使用无转子硫化仪根据DIN 53 529监测硫化过程来确定的。混合物的门尼粘度(ML 1+4)也是根据DIN 53 523用剪切盘粘度计在100℃下确定的。
所有混合物用于通过在压力下在160℃下硫化15分钟来生产测试样品,并且这些测试样品用于确定橡胶工业中典型的材料特性。使用以下测试方法对测试样品进行测试:
●根据DIN ISO 7619-1通过硬度计的在室温下的肖氏A硬度
●根据DIN 53 512或ISO 4662或ASTM D 1054的在70℃的回弹性
●在70℃的空气温度下在没有老化或在70℃老化14天的情况下的根据DIN53 536的空气渗透率
还制造了255/30 R 19尺寸的轮胎,其内衬包含表1的混合物,并且这些轮胎用于进行以下测试:
●轮胎使用寿命:根据使用寿命测试根据FMVSS 139关于内衬和侧壁的抗开裂性/抗断裂性的鼓测试
●滚动阻力:根据ISO 28580
将确定的值转换为性能,将对比混合物V1的所测试的每种轮胎特性标准化为100%性能。那么其他混合物的轮胎特性与此混合物V1有关。小于100%的值在此意指特性劣化,而大于100%的值表示特性改善。

从表1明显的是,混合物5(E)中两种树脂的特定组合可以实现良好的加工特征(指标是门尼粘度和低焦化时间(t10/t40))连同低空气渗透率。特别出人意料的是树脂组合对70℃的回弹性的影响,该回弹性充当滚动阻力的指标。低回弹性典型地伴随着低滚动阻力。如果将两种树脂组合,则获得的并非如预期的从根据3(V)和4(V)的单独测量的在70℃的回弹性的显著降低,而是处于3(V)的水平的在70℃的回弹性。包含混合物5(E)的轮胎还具有关于内衬和侧壁的抗开裂性/抗断裂性以及低滚动阻力的高的轮胎使用寿命。
同时有利的是,用于内衬的混合物5(E)可以实现至少与具有混合物1(V)的那些同样良好的特性,但不需要使用增塑剂油和加工助剂,尤其是矿物油增塑剂。
Claims (5)
1.一种车辆充气轮胎,其具有由硫交联的橡胶混合物构成的内衬,该硫交联的橡胶混合物含有
-80至100phr(重量份,基于100重量份的该混合物中的所有橡胶)的至少一种丁基橡胶和/或卤化丁基橡胶,
-至少一种填充剂,
-1至60phr的至少一种香豆酮-茚树脂以及
-1至60phr的至少一种脂族烃树脂,
其中香豆酮-茚树脂和脂族烃树脂的总质量不超过65phr,
其中,该内衬的橡胶混合物不含增塑剂油和加工助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆充气轮胎,其特征在于,该内衬的橡胶混合物含有80至100phr的至少一种卤化丁基橡胶。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的车辆充气轮胎,其特征在于,该内衬的橡胶混合物含有最高达20phr的至少一种另外的二烯橡胶,该二烯橡胶选自由以下组成的组:聚异戊二烯、聚丁二烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物和环氧化的天然橡胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆充气轮胎,其特征在于,该内衬的橡胶混合物含有5至30phr的至少一种香豆酮-茚树脂。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆充气轮胎,其特征在于,该内衬的橡胶混合物含有5至30phr的至少一种脂族烃树脂。
