accurately weighing raw materials in the formula of the essence gel, and respectively placing the raw materials in clean sterilized vessels;
putting glycerol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer into a stirring pot, stirring, heating to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, fully swelling and dissolving, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 minutes;
preparing a clean sterilized utensil, adding butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, heating to above 60 ℃, and dissolving for later use;
cooling the stirred tank to 45-50 ℃, adding the material body obtained in the step (3), hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-10, panthenol and glycerol glucoside, and uniformly stirring;
cooling to 30-35 deg.C, taking out appropriate amount of sample, measuring viscosity with viscometer, controlling viscosity at one to thirty thousand mPa.s, filtering, discharging, and standing to obtain the essence gel part.
And respectively filling the cream part and the essence gel part into a cream container with two chambers, filling 15g of cream in each chamber, packaging, spraying codes, and warehousing after the cream part and the essence gel part are qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the cream and the essence gel are respectively placed in two chambers of the same cosmetic bottle, so that the two phases of the product are mutually supplemented, the problem that the cream is thick and greasy when used independently is solved, the problem that the jelly is lack of dryness and moistness when used independently is solved, the effect of the product is synergistically improved, and the defect that the function of a product sold on the market is single is overcome.
The hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol is added into the two-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and relieving functions, so that the skin barrier can be repaired, and the resistance of the barrier is promoted; the glycerol glucoside is added, so that cell membranes and cell structures can be protected from being deformed and damaged, the excellent long-acting water locking capacity for 8 hours is provided, the healing and regeneration of damaged skin are promoted, and the redness of the skin is relieved; ceramide 3 can maintain the elasticity and the water wettability of the skin, restore and reconstruct the cell adhesiveness, quickly repair the dry and damaged skin, promote the renewal of a natural protective layer of the skin and form an effective barrier to inhibit the water loss; the sodium hyaluronate can lock water with the mass as high as 1000 times of the self mass, repair the damaged skin barrier and continuously convey water; the glycerin can absorb water, so that water molecules in the air cover the skin cuticle to keep the skin moist; the polyglycerol-10 can absorb water to permanently moisten the skin; the trehalose has the effects of protecting cells, inhibiting skin dryness and improving rough skin; the bisabolol can effectively inhibit inflammation and relieve skin injury caused by ultraviolet rays and the like; the tocopherol acetate has strong oxidation resistance, can remove free radicals of skin, helps to prevent lipid peroxidation of cells and tissues, softens skin and reduces inflammation; allantoin can soften cutin, promote wound healing, stimulate epithelial regeneration, and accelerate skin regeneration; the panthenol can nourish the skin, promote the repair of the horny layer and improve the skin state; the phytosterol oleate can repair skin barrier and enhance skin resistance.

The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples. In the following embodiments, the raw materials are all commercially available and purchased from the relevant manufacturing enterprise or business.
Example 1
In this example 1, the following raw materials were weighed in order: 4 kg of polyglyceryl-3-methylglucose distearate, bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane and methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.8 kg of cetylstearyl alcohol and 3.8 kg of cetylstearyl alcohol; 4.5 kg caprylic/capric triglyceride, 5.8 kg jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 3.2 kg myristyl myristate, 4.2 kg dimethicone, 3.4 kg shea butter (butyspermum PARKII) fruit fat; 6 kg of glycerol, 3.2 kg of butanediol, 0.72 kg of 1, 2-hexanediol; 1.2 kg phytosterol oleate, 0.05 kg sodium hyaluronate, 3.4 kg trehalose, 1.2 kg tocopheryl acetate, 2.2 kg ceramide 3, 0.45 kg bisabolol, 0.28 kg allantoin;

The cream part is prepared by the following steps:
(1) accurately weighing raw materials in a face cream formula, and respectively placing the raw materials in clean sterilized vessels;
(2) adding polyglycerol-3-methylglucdistearate, bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane, methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane, cetearyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, myristyl myristate, polydimethylsiloxane, Butyrospermum PARKII (Butyrospermum PARKII) fruit fat, phytosterol oleate and pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester into an oil phase pot, stirring, heating to 85 ℃ while stirring, dissolving the materials uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 15 minutes;
(3) adding water, glycerol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, allantoin, and hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer into a water phase pot, stirring, heating to 85 ℃ while stirring, fully swelling and dissolving the material body, and keeping the temperature for 20 minutes;
(4) raising the temperature of an emulsifying pot to 85 ℃, sucking the material in the water phase pot, sucking the material in the oil phase pot, stirring while sucking, homogenizing and emulsifying for 35 minutes, and preserving the temperature for 20 minutes;
(5) preparing a clean disinfected utensil, adding butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, heating to 75 ℃, and dissolving for later use;
(6) cooling the emulsifying pot to 50 ℃, adding the material body obtained in the step (5), 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopheryl acetate, ceramide 3 and bisabolol, and uniformly stirring;
(7) cooling to 35 deg.C, taking out appropriate amount of sample, measuring viscosity with viscometer to obtain viscosity of 5.86 ten thousand mPa.s, filtering, discharging, and standing to obtain cream part;
the preparation of the essence gel comprises the following steps:
(1) accurately weighing raw materials in the formula of the essence gel, and respectively placing the raw materials in clean sterilized vessels;
(2) putting glycerol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer into a stirring pot, stirring, heating to 85 ℃ while stirring, fully swelling and dissolving, and keeping the temperature for 15 minutes;
(3) preparing a clean disinfected utensil, adding butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, heating to 75 ℃, and dissolving for later use;
(4) cooling the stirring pot to 50 ℃, adding the material body obtained in the step (3), hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-10, panthenol and glycerol glucoside, and uniformly stirring;
(5) cooling to 35 ℃, taking out a proper amount of sample, measuring the viscosity with a viscometer, wherein the viscosity is 2.8 ten thousand mPa & s, filtering and discharging, and standing, thus obtaining the essence gel part.
Respectively filling the cream part and the essence gel part into a cream container with two chambers, packaging, spraying codes, and warehousing after passing inspection.
Example 2
In this example 2, the following raw materials were weighed in sequence: 2.8 kg of polyglyceryl-3-methylglucdistearate, bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 Dimethicone and methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 Dimethicone the sum of the weights being 0.4 kg, 2.8 kg of cetostearyl alcohol; 4 kg caprylic/capric triglyceride, 3.8 kg jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 2.2 kg myristyl myristate, 2.8 kg dimethicone, 3 kg shea butter (butyspermum PARKII); 4 kg of glycerol, 2.8 kg of butanediol, 0.6 kg of 1, 2-hexanediol; 1.2 kg phytosterol oleate, 0.04 kg sodium hyaluronate, 2.8 kg trehalose, 0.8 kg tocopheryl acetate, 1.2 kg ceramide 3, 0.15 kg bisabolol, 0.1 kg allantoin;

Example 6
In this example 6, the following raw materials were weighed: 1 kg of polyglyceryl-3-methylglucdistearate, 0.1 kg of the sum of the weights of bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane and methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane, 1 kg of cetearyl alcohol; 1 kg caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1 kg jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 1 kg myristyl myristate, 1 kg dimethicone, 1 kg shea butter (butyspermum PARKII); 1 kg of glycerol, 1 kg of butanediol, 0.1 kg of 1, 2-hexanediol; 0.1 kg of phytosterol oleate, 0.01 kg of sodium hyaluronate, 1 kg of trehalose, 0.01 kg of tocopheryl acetate, 3 kg of ceramide 3, 0.01 kg of bisabolol and 0.01 kg of allantoin; 0.1 kg of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer; 0.1 kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone; 0.01 kg of pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate).

In this example 6, the cream portion was prepared and the essence gel was prepared as in example 3.

Claims (10)

1. A dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and relieving effects is characterized in that the dual-phase skin care essence cream comprises a cream part and an essence gel part;
the cream part comprises an emulsifier, an emollient, a humectant, a skin conditioner, a thickener, a preservative and a proper amount of solvent, wherein the solvent is water or an organic solvent;
the essence gel part comprises a humectant, a skin conditioner, a thickening agent, a preservative and a proper amount of solvent, wherein the solvent is water or an organic solvent;
the cream part and the gel part can be mixed or used singly when in use.
2. The dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and soothing effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein fat-soluble and water-soluble effective ingredients are added to the dual-phase essence cream: one or more of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol, glycerol glucoside, ceramide 3, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, trehalose, bisabolol, tocopherol acetate, allantoin, panthenol, or phytosterol oleate.
3. The dual phase skin care essence cream with rejuvenating effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is one or more selected from polyglycerin-3 methylglucose distearate, bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 dimethicone, methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 dimethicone or cetearyl alcohol in the cream part;
said emollient is selected from caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba (Simmondsia CHINENSIS) seed oil, myristyl myristate, dimethicone, shea butter (Butyripermum PARKII) fruit fat; the humectant comprises one or more of glycerol, butanediol or 1, 2-hexanediol;
the skin conditioning agent is selected from one or more of phytosterol oleate, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, tocopherol acetate, ceramide 3, bisabolol or allantoin;
the thickening agent is hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the antioxidant is pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester.
4. The dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and soothing effects according to claim 3, wherein further, in the cream part, the emulsifier, emollient, humectant, skin conditioner, thickener, preservative, antioxidant are as follows in parts by weight:
the emulsifier comprises: 1-5 parts of polyglycerol-3-methylglucose distearate, 0.1-1 part of the sum of the weight of the double-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane and the weight of the methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane and 1-5 parts of cetearyl alcohol;
the emollient comprises 1-10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1-10 parts of jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 1-5 parts of myristyl myristate, 1-5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, and 1-5 parts of Butyrospermum PARKII fruit fat;
the humectant comprises 1-10 parts of glycerin, 1-5 parts of butanediol and 0.1-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol;
the skin conditioner comprises 0.1-2 parts of phytosterol oleate, 0.01-0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1-5 parts of trehalose, 0.01-3 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.01-3 parts of ceramide 3, 0.01-1 part of bisabolol and 0.01-1 part of allantoin;

5. The dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and relieving effects according to any one of claim 4, characterized in that further, in the cream part, the emulsifier, emollient, humectant, skin conditioner, thickener, preservative, antioxidant are as follows in parts by weight:
the emulsifier comprises: 2-4.5 parts of polyglycerol-3-methylglucose distearate, 0.3-7 parts of the sum of the weight of the double-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane and the weight of the methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane and 2.5-4 parts of cetearyl alcohol;
the emollient comprises 3-6.5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2-8 parts of jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 1.8-4.2 parts of myristyl myristate, 2.2-4.6 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, and 2.8-4 parts of Butyrospermum PARKII (Butyrum PARKII) fruit fat;
the humectant comprises 2-8.8 parts of glycerin, 1.6-4.2 parts of butanediol and 0.4-0.82 part of 1, 2-hexanediol;
the skin conditioner comprises 0.6-1.6 parts of phytosterol oleate, 0.02-0.08 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1.8-4.4 parts of trehalose, 0.02-2.2 parts of tocopheryl acetate, 0.05-2.5 parts of ceramide 3, 0.03-0.8 part of bisabolol and 0.03-0.48 part of allantoin;
the thickening agent comprises 0.6-1.6 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the preservative comprises 0.2-0.7 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the antioxidant comprises 0.04-0.5 part of pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester.
6. The dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and soothing effects according to claim 5, wherein further, in the cream part, the emulsifier, emollient, humectant, skin conditioner, thickener, preservative, antioxidant are as follows in parts by weight:
the emulsifier comprises: 2.8-4 parts of polyglycerol-3-methylglucose distearate, 3-5 parts of bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane and 2.8-3.8 parts of cetearyl alcohol, wherein the total weight of the PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane is the same as that of the methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane;
the emollient comprises 4-4.5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 3.8-5.8 parts of jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 2.2-3.2 parts of myristyl myristate, 2.8-4.2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, and 3-3.4 parts of Butyrospermum PARKII (Butyrum PARKII) fruit fat;
the humectant comprises 4-6 parts of glycerin, 2.8-3.2 parts of butanediol and 0.6-0.72 part of 1, 2-hexanediol;
the skin conditioner comprises 0.8-1.2 parts of phytosterol oleate, 0.04-0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate, 2.8-3.4 parts of trehalose, 0.8-1.2 parts of tocopheryl acetate, 1.2-2.2 parts of ceramide 3, 0.15-0.45 part of bisabolol and 0.1-0.28 part of allantoin;
the thickening agent comprises 0.9-1.2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the preservative comprises 0.4-0.58 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the antioxidant comprises 0.1-0.28 part of pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate).

The dual phase skin care essence cream with rejuvenating effect as set forth in claim 1, wherein the moisturizer comprises glycerin, polyglycerin-10, 1, 2-hexanediol, butylene glycol; the skin conditioner comprises hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, panthenol and glycerol glucoside; the thickener comprises hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer; the antiseptic is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
8. The dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and relieving effects as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the essence gel part, the moisturizer, the skin conditioner, the thickener and the preservative are as follows in parts by weight:
the humectant comprises 1-10 parts of glycerol, 1-5 parts of polyglycerol-10, 0.1-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and 1-10 parts of butanediol;
the skin conditioner comprises 1-10 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.01-1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1-10 parts of trehalose, 1-10 parts of panthenol and 1-5 parts of glycerol glucoside;
the thickening agent comprises 0.1-3 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the antiseptic comprises 0.1-1 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone.

The dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and relieving effects as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the essence gel part, the moisturizer, the skin conditioner, the thickener and the preservative are as follows in parts by weight: the humectant comprises 2-8 parts of glycerol, 1.8-4.2 parts of polyglycerol-10, 0.25-0.75 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and 2-8 parts of butanediol;
the skin conditioner comprises 3-5 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.16-0.68 part of sodium hyaluronate, 2.8-5.2 parts of trehalose, 2.2-8.8 parts of panthenol and 2.6-4.2 parts of glycerol glucoside;
the thickening agent comprises 1.1-2.2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the antiseptic comprises 0.2-0.5 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
More preferably, the humectant comprises 6-7.8 parts of glycerol, 2.8-3.2 parts of polyglycerol-10, 0.45-0.6 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and 2.8-6.8 parts of butanediol;
the skin conditioner comprises 3.6-4.2 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.36-0.48 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3.8-4.2 parts of trehalose, 4.2-5.8 parts of panthenol and 3.6-4 parts of glycerol glucoside;
the thickening agent comprises 1.6-2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the antiseptic comprises 0.3-0.4 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
10. A preparation method of a dual-phase skin care essence cream with repairing and relieving effects is characterized by comprising the following steps of preparing a cream part:
(1) accurately weighing raw materials in a face cream formula, and respectively placing the raw materials in clean sterilized vessels;
(2) adding polyglycerol-3-methylglucdistearate, bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane, methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane, cetearyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, myristyl myristate, polydimethylsiloxane, Butyrospermum PARKII (Butyrospermum PARKII) fruit fat, phytosterol oleate and pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester into an oil phase pot, stirring, heating to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, dissolving uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 min;
(3) adding water, glycerol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, allantoin, and hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer into a water phase pot, stirring, heating to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, fully swelling and dissolving the material body, and keeping the temperature for 10-20 minutes;
(4) raising the temperature of an emulsifying pot to 80-85 ℃, sucking the material in the water phase pot, sucking the material in the oil phase pot while stirring, homogenizing and emulsifying for 15-35 minutes, and preserving the temperature for 15-20 minutes;
(5) preparing a clean sterilized utensil, adding butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, heating to above 60 ℃, and dissolving for later use;
(6) cooling the emulsifying pot to 45-50 ℃, adding the material body obtained in the step (5), 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopheryl acetate, ceramide 3 and bisabolol, and uniformly stirring;
(7) cooling to 30-35 deg.C, taking out appropriate amount of sample, measuring viscosity with viscometer, controlling viscosity at five-sixty thousand mPa.s, filtering, discharging, and standing to obtain cream part;
the method comprises the following steps of preparing essence gel:
(1) accurately weighing raw materials in the formula of the essence gel, and respectively placing the raw materials in clean sterilized vessels;
(2) putting glycerol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer into a stirring pot, stirring, heating to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, fully swelling and dissolving, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 minutes;
(3) preparing a clean sterilized utensil, adding butanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, heating to above 60 ℃, and dissolving for later use;
(4) cooling the stirred tank to 45-50 ℃, adding the material body obtained in the step (3), hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 1, 2-hexanediol, polyglycerol-10, panthenol and glycerol glucoside, and uniformly stirring;
(5) cooling to 30-35 deg.C, taking out appropriate amount of sample, measuring viscosity with viscometer, controlling viscosity at one to thirty thousand mPa.s, filtering, discharging, and standing to obtain the essence gel part.
