Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质及其制备方法与应用,其技术方案主要包括紫花地丁提取物4‑10份,高山火绒草提取物5‑10份,富勒烯8‑15份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯10‑30份,海水20‑40份,水15‑28份;该基质通过合理搭配功效性成分,并优化其用量,使得几种活性成分实现互补,协同作用,达到良好的抗氧化功效;属于护肤品技术领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质及其制备方法与应用,属于护肤品技术领域。
背景技术
化妆品行业中最早所指的“抗氧化”是指通过抗氧化剂来保持料体的稳定性。例如,很多植物油含有不饱和的双键,会被氧气氧化而酸败变质;很多活性成分,如维A醇等,在有氧气的条件下不稳定,也需要抗氧化剂来稳定活性。常用的抗氧化剂包括亚硫酸钠,BHT(Butylated hydroxytoluene,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)等等。
随着化妆品行业的发展,“皮肤需要抗氧化”的概念被引入了。人们将食品及医药行业中的抗氧化剂加入到化妆品中通过外用来增强皮肤的抗氧化能力,希望达到更好的美白,抗老化能力。这源于与衰老相关的自由基理论。自由基学说的创始人哈曼(Harman)认为衰老与体内氧自由基过多和(或)清除能力下降密切相关,自由基直接决定人体的健康及衰老。人体清除自由基的能力也就是抗氧化能力。同时,年龄越大,人体抗氧化能力就越低;且外界因素如吸烟、空气污染、水污染、放射线(x线,紫外线)、杀虫剂、生活压力大、运动过度等,均会造成体内自由基浓度大大增加,此时,身体中的抗氧化系统也将面临不够使用的危机。因此,抗氧化护肤品被化妆品企业列为主要的研发方向之一,也是市场消费者最重要的功能性述求之一。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质的制备方法。
本发明的最后一个目的是提供上述具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质的应用。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,主要由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物4-10份,高山火绒草提取物5-10份,富勒烯溶液8-15份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯10-30份,海水20-40份,水15-28份。
进一步的,上述的护肤基质,还包括疑拟香桃木果提取物3-8份。
优选的,上述的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物7份,高山火绒草提取物8份,富勒烯溶液12份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯20份,海水30份,疑拟香桃木果提取物5份,水18份。
优选的,所述海水中矿物质的总含量为10000-13000ppm,其中锌、铁、锰、硒的总含量为0.02-0.06ppm。
优选的,所述富勒烯溶液为使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮分散成的水溶性富勒烯溶液,其富勒烯含量为0.01-0.03wt%。
本发明还提供了上述具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水进行高温杀菌,冷却至40-45℃,备用;
(2)将紫花地丁提取物,高山火绒草提取物,富勒烯溶液,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯,海水加入步骤(1)的水中,搅拌,过滤,得到具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质。
进一步的,步骤(2)中还包括将疑拟香桃木果提取物加入步骤(1)的水中,搅拌均匀。
本发明还提供上述具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质在化妆品中的应用。
进一步的,所述护肤基质在化妆品中的重量百分比为3-15%。
紫花地丁提取物含黄酮及其苷类、有机酸、香豆素等10余种有效成分,黄酮及其其苷类是主要成分,研究表明紫花地丁提取物具有很好的清除自由基活性,有较强的抗氧化活性。
高山火绒草提取物含有大量的火绒草酸、绿原酸和木犀草素衍生物,提供了强大的保护和再生皮肤屏障的能力,特别是火绒草酸,它是一种首次在高山火绒草中发现的成分,具有非凡的抗氧化、清除自由基和保护DNA特性。
富勒烯是由60个碳原子组成的足球状分子,直径约0.7nm,本发明中使用的富勒烯是用水溶性高分子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮分散成的水溶性富勒烯溶液,其有效含量小于0.03%。富勒烯有超强的抗氧化力,约为维他命C的172倍,且抗氧化力持续时间长达11小时以上,可以消除各种条件所产生的活性氧,在紫外线照射下依然能够稳定发挥超强抗氧化力。
甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯由半天然的硅烷醇和甘露糖醛酸合成,硅烷醇是硅的有机衍生物,它是人体结缔组织的天然组成成分,能增强细胞再生、结缔组织的重组、刺激细胞更新和胶原蛋白的生成。甘露糖醛酸提取自褐藻,具有强大的抗氧化功能。甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯通过加固细胞膜保护皮肤细胞免受自由基攻击引起的伤害。
本发明所选用的海水是来自于济州岛的熔岩海水,该海水通过济州岛独特的地质构造过滤,含有多种特殊矿物质,如锌、铁、锰、硒等,其总含量为0.02-0.06ppm,明显高于来自大海的海水和海洋深层水中这些微量元素的含量。海水中富含的锌、铁、锰、硒是构成抗氧化酶的微量元素,可中和活性氧簇,使得海水具有较好的抗氧化作用。
疑拟香桃木果,又称卡姆果,是亚马逊流域独有的“奇迹之果”,素有“天然维生素C之王”或“维C果皇”的美誉。其提取物富含极高浓度的天然维生素C,是柑橘的30倍,具有强效抗氧化活性,清除与对抗自由基,减少紫外线相关的DNA损伤和脂质过氧化。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明中的紫花地丁提取物、高山火绒草提取物、疑拟香桃木果提取物,通过其含有的有效成分如黄酮及其苷类、火绒草酸、维生素C等发挥强效抗氧化活性,天然无刺激;富勒烯为水溶性的富勒烯,其有超强的抗氧化力,可以消除各种条件所产生的活性氧,在紫外线照射下依然能够稳定发挥超强抗氧化力;甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯通过加固细胞膜保护皮肤细胞免受自由基攻击引起的伤害;海水含有构成抗氧化酶的锌、铁、锰、硒微量元素,可中和活性氧簇,使得海水具有较好的抗氧化作用。本发明采用以上几种成分作为主要功效成分,通过各成分之间的相互作用即协同增效作用,达到良好的抗氧化作用。将本发明制备的护肤基质添加于面霜、乳液、啫喱、面膜等化妆品中,给化妆品带来良好的抗氧化功效,预防皮肤老化。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的权利要求作进一步的详细说明,但是不构成对发明的任何限制。
需要说明的是,本发明提供原料均通过商业渠道购买获得的。
实施例1
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物4份,高山火绒草提取物8份,富勒烯溶液(富勒烯含量为0.02wt%)8份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯30份,海水22份,水28份。
实施例2
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物5份,高山火绒草提取物10份,富勒烯溶液(富勒烯含量为0.01wt%)15份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯10份,海水40份,水20份。
实施例3
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物7份,高山火绒草提取物8份,富勒烯溶液(富勒烯含量为0.03wt%)12份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯20份,海水30份,水23份。
实施例1至3的护肤基质的制备方法如下:
(1)将水进行高温杀菌,冷却至40-45℃,备用;
(2)将紫花地丁提取物,高山火绒草提取物,富勒烯溶液,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯,海水加入步骤(1)的水中,搅拌,过滤,得到具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质。
实施例4
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物10份,高山火绒草提取物5份,富勒烯溶液(富勒烯含量为0.02wt%)9份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯15份,海水34份,疑拟香桃木果提取物3份,水24份。
实施例5
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物6份,高山火绒草提取物9份,富勒烯溶液(富勒烯含量为0.01wt%)14份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯28份,海水20份,疑拟香桃木果提取物8份,水15份。
实施例6
一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物7份,高山火绒草提取物8份,富勒烯溶液(富勒烯含量为0.03wt%)12份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯20份,海水30份,疑拟香桃木果提取物5份,水18份。
实施例4至6的护肤基质的制备方法如下:
(1)将水进行高温杀菌,冷却至40-45℃,备用;
(2)将紫花地丁提取物,高山火绒草提取物,富勒烯溶液,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯,海水,疑拟香桃木果提取物加入步骤(1)的水中,搅拌,过滤,得到具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质。
上述实施例中的所述富勒烯溶液为使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮分散成的水溶性富勒烯溶液。
为了更好说明本发明的效果,下面给出本发明在研发过程中的实验方案的对比例。
对比例1
一种护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:富勒烯溶液(所述富勒烯溶液为使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮分散成的水溶性富勒烯溶液,富勒烯含量为0.03wt%)12份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯20份,水68份。
对比例2
一种护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物7份,高山火绒草提取物8份,海水30份,水55份。
对比例3
一种护肤基质,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:疑拟香桃木果提取物5份,水95份。
本发明的功效试验:
将上述实施例1-6以及对比例1-3制备的护肤基质分别用蒸馏水稀释成浓度为8%的样品溶液,作为测试液,进行如下试验:
1、清除DPPH自由基(DPPH·)实验
用无水乙醇配制浓度为20mmol/L的DPPH·溶液。将2mL测试液及2mL DPPH·溶液加入到同一试管中,摇匀,室温下暗处静置30min后测定其517nm处吸光度A1,同时测定2mL测试液与2mL无水乙醇混合后517nm处的吸光度A2,以及2mL DPPH·溶液与2mL蒸馏水混合后517nm处的吸光度A3。按下式计算清除率。
清除率(%)={1-[(A1-A2)/A3]}×100%。
2、清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2·-)实验
取0.05mol/L pH8.2的Tris-HCl缓冲液4.5mL,蒸馏水4.2ml,混匀后置于25℃水浴中保温20min,取出后立即加入在25℃预热过的3mmol邻苯三酚0.3ml(以10mmol/l HCl配制,空白管用10mmol/l HCl代替邻苯三酚的HCl溶液),迅速摇匀后倒入比色杯,325nm下每隔30s测定吸光度一次,共测5min,计算对照溶液吸光度随时间的变化率A1(邻苯三酚的自氧化速率)。
然后依上述试验,在加入邻苯三酚之前先加入1ml的测试液,蒸馏水体积相应减少,其他均与上述方法一致,计算加入测试液后吸光度随时间的变化率A2(加入测试液后邻苯三酚的自氧化速率)。
清除率(%)=[(A1-A2)/A1]×100%。
表1
从表1可知,本发明实施例1-6的护肤基质对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基都有较强的清除能力。对比例1-3和实施例1-6相比较,可知当本发明的护肤基质中只含有紫花地丁提取物、高山火绒草提取物、富勒烯、甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯、海水、疑拟香桃木果提取物中的任意一种、两种或三种成分时,对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除率都明显下降,且对比例1和2的DPPH自由基清除率之和、超氧阴离子自由基清除率之和均小于实施例1-6,说明本发明提供的护肤基质中紫花地丁提取物、高山火绒草提取物、富勒烯、甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯、海水五种成分协同作用,才能达到良好的抗氧化效果。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质,其特征在于,主要由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物4-10份,高山火绒草提取物5-10份,富勒烯溶液8-15份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯10-30份,海水20-40份,水15-28份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肤基质,其特征在于,还包括疑拟香桃木果提取物3-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的护肤基质,其特征在于,由以下按重量分数计的组分组成:紫花地丁提取物7份,高山火绒草提取物8份,富勒烯溶液12份,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯20份,海水30份,疑拟香桃木果提取物5份,水18份。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的护肤基质,其特征在于,所述海水中矿物质的总含量为10000-13000ppm,其中锌、铁、锰、硒的总含量为0.02-0.06ppm。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的护肤基质,其特征在于,所述富勒烯溶液为使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮分散成的水溶性富勒烯溶液,其富勒烯含量为0.01-0.03wt%。
6.权利要求1所述的具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水进行高温杀菌,冷却至40-45℃,备用;
(2)将紫花地丁提取物,高山火绒草提取物,富勒烯溶液,甲基硅烷醇甘露糖醛酸酯,海水加入步骤(1)的水中,搅拌,过滤,得到具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质。
7.根据权利要求6所述的护肤基质的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中还包括将疑拟香桃木果提取物加入到步骤(1)的水中,搅拌均匀。
8.权利要求1至3任一所述具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质在制备化妆品中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质在制备化妆品中的应用,其特征在于,所述具有抗氧化功效的护肤基质在化妆品中的重量百分比为3-15%。
