Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin-care matrix with an antioxidant effect, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of skin-care products.
Background
The earliest references to "antioxidant" in the cosmetics industry refer to maintaining the stability of the body by antioxidants. For example, many vegetable oils contain unsaturated double bonds and are subject to rancidity and spoilage due to oxidation by oxygen; many active ingredients, such as retinol, are unstable in the presence of oxygen and require antioxidants to stabilize activity. Commonly used antioxidants include sodium sulfite, BHT (Butylated hydroxytoluene,2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol), and the like.
With the development of the cosmetic industry, the concept of "skin needs to be antioxidant" was introduced. People add antioxidants in food and medicine industries into cosmetics to enhance the antioxidant capacity of skin through external application, and hope to achieve better whitening and anti-aging capacity. This stems from the theory of free radicals associated with aging. The founder of the theory of free radicals, haman (Harman), believes that aging is closely related to excessive oxygen free radicals and/or decreased scavenging ability in the body, and the free radicals directly determine the health and aging of the human body. The ability of the human body to scavenge free radicals is also known as the antioxidant capacity. Meanwhile, the older the age, the lower the antioxidant capacity of the human body; and external factors such as smoking, air pollution, water pollution, radioactive rays (x rays and ultraviolet rays), pesticides, high living pressure, excessive movement and the like all cause the concentration of free radicals in the body to be greatly increased, and at the moment, an anti-oxidation system in the body also faces the crisis of insufficient use. Therefore, the antioxidant skin care product is listed as one of the main research and development directions by cosmetic enterprises and is also one of the most important functional requirements of market consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, it is a first object of the present invention to provide a skin care base having antioxidant effect.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the skin care base with antioxidant effect.
It is a final object of the present invention to provide the use of the above skin care base having antioxidant effect.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a skin care matrix with an anti-oxidation effect mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of a Chinese violet extract, 5-10 parts of a alpine edelweiss extract, 8-15 parts of a fullerene solution, 10-30 parts of methylsilanol mannuronate, 20-40 parts of seawater and 15-28 parts of water.
Furthermore, the skin care matrix also comprises 3-8 parts of the extract of the suspected myrtle fruit.
Preferably, the skin care matrix consists of the following components in parts by weight: the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by weight, 7 parts of a philippine violet herb extract, 8 parts of a alpine edelweiss extract, 12 parts of a fullerene solution, 20 parts of methylsilanol mannuronate, 30 parts of seawater, 5 parts of a suspected myrtle fruit extract and 18 parts of water.
Preferably, the total content of minerals in the seawater is 10000-13000ppm, wherein the total content of zinc, iron, manganese and selenium is 0.02-0.06 ppm.
Preferably, the fullerene solution is a water-soluble fullerene solution dispersed by using polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the fullerene content of the fullerene solution is 0.01-0.03 wt%.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the skin care matrix with the antioxidant effect, which comprises the following steps:
(1) sterilizing water at high temperature, and cooling to 40-45 deg.C;
(2) adding the Chinese violet extract, the edelweiss extract, the fullerene solution, the methylsilanol mannuronate and the seawater into the water obtained in the step (1), stirring and filtering to obtain the skin-care substrate with the antioxidant effect.
Further, the step (2) also comprises adding the extract of the suspected myrtle fruit into the water obtained in the step (1) and uniformly stirring.
The invention also provides application of the skin care matrix with the antioxidant effect in cosmetics.
Further, the weight percentage of the skin care matrix in the cosmetic is 3-15%.
The Chinese violet extract contains more than 10 effective components of flavone and its glycosides, organic acid, coumarin, etc. the flavone and its glycosides are the main components, and the research shows that the Chinese violet extract has excellent free radical scavenging activity and strong antioxidant activity.
The extract of edelweiss contains a large amount of leontopodic acid, chlorogenic acid and luteolin derivatives, providing a strong ability to protect and regenerate the skin barrier, in particular leontopodic acid, which is a component first found in edelweiss and has extraordinary antioxidant, radical scavenging and DNA protecting properties.
The fullerene is a football-shaped molecule consisting of 60 carbon atoms and has a diameter of about 0.7nm, and the fullerene used in the invention is a water-soluble fullerene solution dispersed by water-soluble high-molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the effective content of the fullerene is less than 0.03%. The fullerene has super-strong antioxidant capacity which is about 172 times of vitamin C, and the duration of the antioxidant capacity is more than 11 hours, so that active oxygen generated under various conditions can be eliminated, and the super-strong antioxidant capacity can still be stably exerted under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays.
Methylsilanol mannuronate is synthesized from semi-natural silanols, which are organic derivatives of silicon, and mannuronic acid, which are natural components of human connective tissue and enhance cell regeneration, connective tissue reorganization, stimulation of cell turnover and collagen production. The mannuronic acid is extracted from brown algae, and has strong antioxidant effect. Methylsilanol mannuronate protects skin cells from damage caused by free radical attack by strengthening the cell membrane.
The seawater selected by the invention is lava seawater from the Jizhou island, the seawater is filtered by the unique geological structure of the Jizhou island, and contains a plurality of special mineral substances, such as zinc, iron, manganese, selenium and the like, the total content of the mineral substances is 0.02-0.06ppm, and the content of the mineral substances is obviously higher than that of the seawater from the sea and deep seawater. The seawater is rich in zinc, iron, manganese and selenium which are trace elements forming antioxidant enzyme, and can neutralize active oxygen clusters, so that the seawater has better antioxidation.
Suspected Syzygium cumini, also called Carm fruit, is a unique "miracle fruit" of Amazon Valley, and is the reputation of "the king of natural vitamin C" or "vitamin C fruit king". The extract is rich in natural vitamin C with high concentration, 30 times of that of citrus, has strong antioxidant activity, and can eliminate free radical, and reduce DNA damage and lipid peroxidation related to ultraviolet ray.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the viola yedoensis makino extract, the leontopodium alpinum extract and the myrtle fruit extract have strong antioxidant activity through the contained effective components such as flavone and glycosides thereof, leontopodic acid, vitamin C and the like, and are natural and non-irritant; the fullerene is water-soluble fullerene, has super-strong antioxidant capacity, can eliminate active oxygen generated under various conditions, and can still stably exert the super-strong antioxidant capacity under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays; methylsilanol mannuronate protects skin cells from damage caused by free radical attack by strengthening cell membranes; the seawater contains zinc, iron, manganese and selenium microelements which form antioxidant enzyme, and can neutralize active oxygen cluster, so that the seawater has good antioxidation effect. The invention adopts the components as main functional components, and achieves good antioxidation by the mutual action of the components, namely the synergistic effect. The skin care matrix prepared by the invention is added into cosmetics such as cream, emulsion, gel, facial mask and the like, so that the skin care matrix brings good antioxidant effect to the cosmetics and prevents skin aging.
