Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated or described herein. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or modules is not necessarily limited to those steps or modules explicitly listed, but may include other steps or modules not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The blood bag contains blood maintaining liquid, which is also called anticoagulant, and is chemical matter for preventing blood coagulation and red blood cell damage, including sodium citrate, phosphate, glucose, adenine, etc. in certain proportion. The amount of anticoagulant in the blood bag is set according to the amount of blood collected in the blood bag. For example, a 400 ml bag may contain more treatment fluid, while a 200 ml bag may contain less treatment fluid.
The amount of blood collected by the blood bag needs to be matched with the capacity of the blood bag. When the blood volume is too small, for example, a 400 ml blood bag collects less than 350 ml of blood, the anticoagulant becomes excessive, and thus there is a risk of hypocalcemia in the patient after the blood is infused into the patient. After the residual blood of the maintenance liquid is transfused to a patient, the surplus sodium citrate is possibly combined with calcium ions in the blood of the patient, so that the calcium concentration in the blood of the patient is reduced, and the clinical calcium deficiency symptoms, including muscle spasm, arrhythmia, convulsion, epileptic seizure and the like, are caused.
When the blood collection amount is too large, the blood exceeds the anticoagulation range of the maintenance liquid in the blood bag, the amount of the maintenance liquid is relatively small, blood clots are easy to appear in the blood, and the blood transfusion device and the blood transfusion pillow are easy to block in the blood transfusion process. Therefore, blood with clots is also unusable for the patient. Therefore, the blood bag collects blood that matches its volume.
After using blood bag collection blood, need preserve the blood bag after gathering, take when needs. A conventional refrigerator for storing a blood bag is shown in fig. 1. Medical personnel of hospital need count and count the quantity of the blood bag of various blood types when changing shifts every day, and is more time-consuming, also does not have the law when looking for moreover, and is more extravagant manpower.
