Abstract

本发明涉及锂电池生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种锂电池生产物料储存箱,用于存储锂电池生产物料,采用真空密封箱体来存储锂电池生产物料,内部可以根据物料不同来设置不同的置物架、通过移动装置实现存储箱的运动、采用密封垫圈配合可调式肘夹的方式保证密封箱体的密封性、采用抽真空接口和破真空接口保证进出气方便并利用压力测量装置随时反映出密封箱体内部的气压,在反映抽放气过程中反映抽放气的完成程度,在平时使用过程中,能够及时发现密封箱体的漏气现象。

一种锂电池生产物料储存箱
技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种锂电池生产物料储存箱。
背景技术
现有的锂电池生产物料的储存会选择在专用的真空烘箱内,或者对水分控制要求不严格的物料会选择缠绕保鲜膜储存,这种储存方式只适用于在环境受控的特定场所,当需要储存的物料需要集中储存或者必须在一个温湿度不受控的环境下搬运和储存时,这种储存方式就存在局限性或者无法满足要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种锂电池生产物料储存箱,用于存储锂电池生产物料,采用真空密封箱体来存储锂电池生产物料,内部可以根据物料不同来设置不同的置物架、通过移动装置实现存储箱的运动、采用密封垫圈配合可调式肘夹的方式保证密封箱体的密封性、采用抽真空接口和破真空接口保证进出气方便并利用压力测量装置随时反映出密封箱体内部的气压,在反映抽放气过程中反映抽放气的完成程度,在平时使用过程中,能够及时发现密封箱体的漏气现象。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明所采用的具体技术方案为:
一种锂电池生产物料储存箱,用于存储锂电池生产物料,包括:
密封箱体,开设有箱体门安装口内部用于设置多种供锂电池生产物料放置的置物架;
箱体门,合页安装在所述密封箱体上,用于密封所述箱体门安装口;
移动装置,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于实现所述密封箱体在外力下的移动;
抽真空接口,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于提供抽取所述密封箱体内部空气的接口;
破真空接口,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于提供向所述密封箱体内部导入空气的接口;
压力表测量装置,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于检测所述密封箱体内的气压;
其中:所述箱体门与所述箱体门安装口的盖和处设置有密封垫圈,所述箱体门的一侧通过蝶形铰链安装在所述密封箱体上,箱体门的另一侧与所述密封箱体的锁定通过可调式肘夹实现。
进一步的,所述箱体门上设置有观察窗。
进一步的,所述移动装置为设置在所述密封箱体底部的万向型脚轮。
进一步的,所述万向型脚轮为可锁定的万向型脚轮。
进一步的,所述万向型脚轮为四组,分别设置在箱体底部的四角。
进一步的,所述密封箱体的顶部还设置有手推杆。
进一步的,所述抽真空接口包括抽气孔和抽真空阀;抽气孔连通密封箱体内外;抽真空阀通过抽气孔安装在密封箱体外,用于控制抽气孔的导通率。
进一步的,所述抽真空接口包括抽气孔和单向阀;抽气孔连通密封箱体内外;安全阀通过抽气孔安装在密封箱体外,介质导通方向为从密封箱体内至密封箱体外。
进一步的,所述破真空接口包括进气孔和破真空阀;进气孔连通密封箱体内外;破真空阀通过进气孔安装在密封箱体外,用于控制进气孔的导通率。
进一步的,所述压力测量装置包括压力表;密封箱体上设置有连通密封箱体内外的压力表安装孔;压力表通过压力表安装口安装在密封箱体外,用于测量并显示密封箱体内的气体压强。
采用上述技术方案,本发明能够带来以下有益效果:
本发明的锂电池生产物料储存箱,设计可锁定万向型脚轮、抽真空和破真空接口及压力表,配合不同类型的置物架,解决了半自动化生产现场小批量的不同物料高效且灵活的真空储存和搬运的问题,真空储存和搬运不同类型物料时,结合不同置物架,抽真空接口与真空源通过管道连接,便可快速实现储存箱内的真空环境,储存箱门侧设计有整体式橡胶密封圈,可保持储存箱内真空环境,通过压力表,目视便可获取储存箱内压力值,储存箱的万向型脚轮和扶手设计方便了真空储存箱的移动,真空环境的实现及储存箱整体的移动,操作简单,适用性强。
本发明通过抽、破真空的设计,真空储存箱可快速实现真空与常压环境,灵活小巧,配合万向型脚轮及扶手,可以满足单人的使用,节约人力。

本发明实施例提供一种一种锂电池生产物料储存箱,用于存储锂电池生产物料,包括:
密封箱体2,开设有箱体门8安装口内部用于设置多种供锂电池生产物料放置的置物架;依此实现多种物料均可放置在密封箱体2中。
箱体门8,通过蝶形铰链7合页安装在密封箱体2上,用于密封箱体2门安装口;
移动装置,设置在密封箱体2上,用于实现密封箱体2在外力下的移动;
抽真空接口3,设置在密封箱体2上,用于提供抽取密封箱体2内部空气的接口;
破真空接口5,设置在密封箱体2上,用于提供向密封箱体2内部导入空气的接口;
压力表4测量装置,设置在密封箱体2上,用于检测密封箱体2内的气压;
其中:箱体门8安装口的内周设置有密封垫圈,箱体门8的一侧通过蝶形铰链7安装在密封箱体2上,箱体门8的另一侧与密封箱体2的锁定通过可调式肘夹9实现。
在本实施例中,箱体门8上设置有玻璃透明观察窗。
在本实施例中,移动装置为设置在密封箱体2底部的万向型脚轮1。
在本实施例中,万向型脚轮1为可锁定的万向型脚轮1。
在本实施例中,万向型脚轮1为四组,分别设置在箱体底部的四角。
在本实施例中,密封箱体2的顶部还设置有手推杆6。
在本实施例中,抽真空接口3包括抽气孔和抽真空阀;抽气孔为螺纹孔,连通密封箱体2内外;抽真空阀为空气阀门,通过抽气孔的内螺纹安装在密封箱体2外,用于控制抽气孔的导通率。
在本实施例中,破真空接口5包括进气孔和破真空阀;进气孔为螺纹孔,连通密封箱体2内外;破真空阀为空气阀门,通过进气孔的内螺纹安装在密封箱体2外,用于控制进气孔的导通率。
在本实施例中,压力测量装置为压力表4;密封箱体2上开设有连通密封箱体2内外的压力表4安装孔;压力表4安装孔为螺纹孔,压力表4通过压力表4安装口的内螺纹安装在密封箱体2外,用来测量并显示密封箱体2内的气体压强。
安装时,首先将可移动式真空储存箱的万向型脚轮1、手推杆6通过焊接的方式固定在储存箱主体上,再将抽真空阀、压力表4、破真空阀通过螺接的方式固定在储存箱主体上,最后将蝶形铰链7、可调式肘夹9通过螺接的方式固定在储存箱主体和储存箱门上,由此便可完成安装。
抽真空工作时,打开箱体门8,将需要真空储存的物料,放置在密封箱体2内,关闭箱体门8,通过可调式肘夹9调节一个合理的紧固位置,使箱体门8与密封箱体2密封良好,将真空源与抽真空阀通过管道进行连接,保持破真空阀处于关闭状态,打开抽真空阀,目视观察压力表4变化,当压力表4显示值到达我们想要的真空压力时,关闭抽真空阀,由此便可完成物料的真空储存操作,若此物料需要在不同环境(温湿度控制<—>温湿度不控制)转移时,人工推或拉手推杆6,完成转移。
破真空工作时,打开破真空阀,充入正压气体或常压气体,目视观察压力表4变化,当压力表4显示值到达常压时,打开真空储存箱门,拿出真空存放的物料,由此便可完成真空储存箱的破真空操作。
在一个实施例中,抽真空接口3包括抽气孔和单向阀;抽气孔为螺纹孔,连通密封箱体2内外;安全阀通过抽气孔的螺纹安装在密封箱体2外,介质导通方向为从密封箱体2内至密封箱体2外。抽真空时,直接将真空气源连接在单向阀上,可以实现直接对密封箱体2内的空气抽取,抽真空结束后,由于单向阀的介质单向流动限制,外部空气不能进入密封箱体2内。

1.一种锂电池生产物料储存箱,用于存储锂电池生产物料,其特征在于,包括:
密封箱体,开设有箱体门安装口内部用于设置多种供锂电池生产物料放置的置物架;
箱体门,合页安装在所述密封箱体上,用于密封所述箱体门安装口;
移动装置,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于实现所述密封箱体在外力下的移动;
抽真空接口,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于提供抽取所述密封箱体内部空气的接口;
破真空接口,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于提供向所述密封箱体内部导入空气的接口;
压力表测量装置,设置在所述密封箱体上,用于检测所述密封箱体内的气压;
其中:所述箱体门与所述箱体门安装口的盖和处设置有密封垫圈,所述箱体门的一侧通过蝶形铰链安装在所述密封箱体上,箱体门的另一侧与所述密封箱体的锁定通过可调式肘夹实现。
2.根据权利要求1所述的存储箱,其特征在于:所述箱体门上设置有观察窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的存储箱,其特征在于:所述移动装置为设置在所述密封箱体底部的万向型脚轮。
