Abstract
一种中轴双向变速器由外环、轴承环、星轮、丝档、平档、芯齿、内、外棘爪和链轮组成,链轮通过螺纹或螺孔固定在外环上,星轮与外环内齿和芯齿齿合,外棘爪安装在固定在车架中接头上的棘轴上,中轴穿过平档,芯齿和丝档固定在一起,并穿入中接头内。脚踏车安装这种变速器,可在曲柄正反两向转动时,使脚踏车实现同向变速。
Description
本发明涉及一种多级变速器,具体地说是提供一种适于各种脚踏车使用的中轴双向二级变速器。
通常的脚踏车(如自行车)的中轴无变速功能。为实现脚踏车变速,需增加变速装置,例如,自行车的中轴上装有2~5片不同大小的链轮片组成变速装置。这种中轴变速是通过改变带动链条的链轮的大小,进行变速。在中轴变速时,中轴传动的方向不变(单向)。
本发明者在早期曾设计过一种双向二级变速飞轮(CN85202575)及一种双向三级变速飞轮(CN90105171.3)。这种飞轮,它除了起普通飞轮的传动作用之外,还能够起变速作用。同时,由于飞轮正反双向运动,都可使脚踏车受向前的力,因此,这种变速飞轮,不但可以作为变速器,安装在通常的脚踏车上,又可作为体育器(健身器)使用。
本发明的目的是提供一种在中轴上使用的变速器。这种变速装置不但结构简单,还可双向进行变速。为实现上述目的,本发明在已有技术基础上进行了较大地改进,使其结构更简单,安装和使用更加方便和安全。
本发明的中轴双向变速器,它由外环,轴承环、星轮、丝挡、平挡、芯齿、棘爪和链轮组成的。其特征在于外环1内孔有二个珠道和内齿,外园带有缧纹或镙孔固定链轮B;轴承环2外、内园上各有一个珠道,外侧有棘齿,内侧装小轴9,小轴9上分别装有内棘爪4和星轮8;轴承环2内侧可装有2、4、6或8个小轴9,小轴9上分别装有1、2、3或4个内棘爪4和星轮8;中轴10穿过平挡6,芯齿5和丝档3,插入车架上的中接头C中,外侧装有曲柄A,曲柄A,中轴10,平挡6芯齿5和丝挡3固定在一起;外棘爪7安装在固定在中接头C上的棘轴11上。本发明的中轴双向变速器的其它结构与本发明者早期提供的变速飞轮的结构相似。
附图1为本发明的主视结构图,附图2为沿N-N面半剖视图。图中:1.外环;2.轴承环;3.丝挡;4.内棘爪;5.芯齿;6.平挡;7.外棘爪;8.星轮;9.小轴;10.中轴;11.棘轴;A为中轴曲柄;B为带动链条的链轮;C为车架上的中接头。
附图1,2所示的中轴变速器,可作为本发明的一实施例,下面结合附图对本发明的技术给予进一步地说明。
由附图1、2,本发明的中轴双向变速器中,轴承环2与丝挡3为一侧,平挡6为另一侧支承外环1,外环1的内齿与芯齿5之间装有星轮8和内棘爪4,为使作用力均匀,且结构简单,星轴8和内棘爪4的数量最好分别为2或3个,通过小轴9对称安装在轴承环2上,曲柄A与中轴10固定,芯齿5,平挡6,丝挡3分别紧固在中轴10上。外棘爪7通过中接头C上的棘轴11安装在中接头C上。链轮B,通过外环1上的外缧纹或镙孔固定在外环1上。该变速器的其它结构与本发明者前期提供的技术相似,故不再繁述。
本发明中轴双向变速器的运行过程如下:
1.正向常速运行
踏动曲柄A,使中轴10正向(顺时针)转动,紧固在中轴10上的芯齿5同步运行。芯齿5通过中介轮星轮8将使外环1与芯齿5逆向转动。但由于内棘爪4单向锁定外环1使其只能正向转动,因此外环1也将同步与芯齿转动。此时,外棘爪7与轴承环2的棘齿成顺向,不限制轴承环2转动。外环1又使固定其上的链轮B转动,将带动链条运行。此时中轴的运行与普通的脚踏车中轴运行情况相同。
2.反向低速运行
当中轴10反向(逆时针)转动时,外棘爪7将锁定轴承环2,使其不能逆向转动,因此,此时星轮8也处于固定状态。星轮8成为一固定的中介轮。随中轴反向转动的芯齿5,通过星轮8使外环1与其逆向转动。此时,内棘爪4为顺向,外环1将顺利转动,但其方向与芯齿方向相反,即当中轴10反向转动时,外环1仍然正向转动,并带动链轮B和链条正向运行。在反向转动时,由于芯齿5的外径小于外环1的内径,所以反向转动时,外环1的转数小于芯齿5,即小于曲柄A的转数。此时为低速运行。
3.滑动运行
当曲柄停止转动时,芯齿5不动,外环1在后轴链轮的带动下,将正向转动,星轮8被其作用也随之转动,并带动轴承环2与外环同向转动。此时,外棘爪7为顺向,内棘爪4也处于顺向,不能限制轴承环2转动。此时,外环1,轴承环2都将相对芯齿5转动,即完成链轮B的滑动运行。
由上述,本发明的中轴双向变速器,较已有技术具有结构更简单,安装更方便,使用也更安全可靠。同时由于链轮相对曲柄可以滑动,因此,后轮上的飞轮可用普通的链轮代替,可以降低脚踏车的成本。此外,该变速器的外环1上可以组装2组以上的链轮,使变速器增加变速挡,这种多级变速装置的附设可按普通的技术来实现,而且每增加一片链轮可实现两档变速的效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种中轴双向变速器,它由外环、轴承环、星轮、丝档、平档、芯齿、棘爪和链轮组成,其特征在于外环(1)内孔有二个珠道和内齿,外园带有缧纹或镙孔固定有链轮(B);轴承环(2)外,内园上各有一珠道,外侧有棘齿,内侧装有小轴(9),小轴(9)上分别装有内棘爪(4)和星轮(8);中轴(10),平挡(6),芯齿(5)和丝档(6)固定在一起;外棘爪(7)安装在固定在中接头(C)上的棘轴(11)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的中轴双向变速器,其特征在于轴承环(2)内侧装有2,4,6或8个小轴(9),小轴(9)上分别装有1,2,3或4个内棘爪(4)和星轮(8)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的中轴双向变速器,其特征在于外环(1)上可以组装2组以上链轮,使变速器增加变速档。
