本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。
随着科技的发展和人类对于服饰奇思妙想的不断出现,传统面料已经逐渐无法满足人们对于服装设计的需要了,因此人们对于面料的结构和功能进行了不断的创新,随着人们的不断努力,现在市面上出现了各种功能型的面料,从而能够丰富市场,例如防火面料、防水面料、防紫外线面料、防污面料等等。
但是现有的面料还无法同时满足自清洁和防紫外线的功能,因此亟待进行改进,从而更好地满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,以解决上述背景技术提出的面料还无法同时满足自清洁和防紫外线的功能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,包括如下步骤:
S1:面料层通过开槽机在两侧开槽;
S2:在自洁层的一侧涂布光催化剂,并通过紫外线进行照射;
S3:抗紫外线层一侧涂布防紫外线涂层;
S4:将自洁层和面料层置于抗紫外线层两侧,并在相连接侧涂布黏连剂;
S5:利用延压装置进行压合,使得面料层、抗紫外线层和自洁层黏连。
优选的,所述面料层为泡泡面料。
优选的,所述抗紫外线层由面料基层和防紫外线涂层构成,其中面料基层包括纤维素酯纤维、甲壳素纤维、绢丝和远红外聚酯纤维。
优选的,所述光催化剂为具有光氧化催化功能的TiO2和ZnO组成。
优选的,所述面料基层成分的质量份数比为:纤维素酯纤维5-6、甲壳素纤维11-15、绢丝5-7和远红外聚酯纤维20-25。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料:
1.面料层外侧开设有凹槽,在压合的过程中能够使得多余粘结剂堆积在凹槽中,即保证了面料的平整性,同时也能给在粘结剂卡合在凹槽中,有效的避免两侧的面料脱落;
2.面料分为三层,即能够保证面料的完整性,同时也能够使得各个功能层充分的发挥作用,有效避免各功能层的交叉影响,提高了面料的性能。

S2:在自洁层3的一侧涂布光催化剂,并通过紫外线进行照射;
S3:抗紫外线层2一侧涂布防紫外线涂层;
S4:将自洁层3和面料层1置于抗紫外线层2两侧,并在相连接侧涂布黏连剂;
S5:利用延压装置进行压合,使得面料层1;、抗紫外线层2和自洁层3黏连。

进一步的,所述抗紫外线层2由面料基层和防紫外线涂层构成,其中面料基层包括纤维素酯纤维;、甲壳素纤维;、绢丝和远红外聚酯纤维,利用涂布的方式进行生产防紫外线面料,具有结构简单、成本低廉效果好等优点。
进一步的,所述光催化剂为具有光氧化催化功能的TiO2和ZnO组成,紫外线的照射下释放电子,并与空气中的氧气发生反应,产生具有强氧化功能的氧自由基,能够使沾附在面料表面的有机污垢氧化降解,最终形成二氧化碳和水,起到自清洁的作用。
进一步的,所述面料基层成分的质量份数比为:纤维素酯纤维5-6、甲壳素纤维11-15、绢丝5-7和远红外聚酯纤维20-25。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:面料层(1)通过开槽机在两侧开槽;
S2:在自洁层(3)的一侧涂布光催化剂,并通过紫外线进行照射;
S3:抗紫外线层(2)一侧涂布防紫外线涂层;
S4:将自洁层(3)和面料层(1)置于抗紫外线层(2)两侧,并在相连接侧涂布黏连剂;
S5:利用延压装置进行压合,使得面料层(1)、抗紫外线层(2)和自洁层(3)黏连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,其特征在于:所述面料层(1)为泡泡面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线层(2)由面料基层和防紫外线涂层构成,其中面料基层包括纤维素酯纤维、甲壳素纤维、绢丝和远红外聚酯纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,其特征在于:所述光催化剂为具有光氧化催化功能的TiO2和ZnO组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有自清洁防紫外线功能的弹性泡泡面料,其特征在于:所述面料基层成分的质量份数比为:纤维素酯纤维5-6、甲壳素纤维11-15、绢丝5-7和远红外聚酯纤维20-25。
