After the tablets pass through the nozzle of the medicine storage connecting pipe 33 and reach the elastic boss 415 in the elastic shell 414, the electromagnetic push rod 421 pushes the push rod 411, the elastic boss 415 is supported by a spring and is gradually pressed down by the component force of the push rod thrust, and the tablet is gradually pushed to the outlet, and after the tablet falls down, the push rod 411 is pushed to the original position again by the other spring 413. The electromagnetic push rod 421 is rotated through the steering engine 422 to reach the appointed ejection medicine discharging device 41, the electromagnetic push rod 421 serves as an actuating mechanism to control the push rod 411 in the medicine pushing shell 412 to stretch and retract, medicine pushing is achieved, the push rod 411 returns by virtue of the spring 413 or self weight, and the medicine type and the medicine dosage are pushed out in a reciprocating mode.
The plurality of ejection medicine discharging devices 41 are circularly distributed at an angle of 45 degrees (totally 8), and the steering engines 422 are sequentially arranged in a manner that the centers of the outlines coincide with the central axis and are connected with glue by screws. The center of the electromagnetic push rod 421 is aligned with the center of the push rod 411 in the medicine pushing housing.
The working principle is as follows: after the medicine storage connecting pipe 33 discharges the medicine, the medicine is pushed out one time by the electromagnetic dotting device 42 (corresponding to one medicine outlet every 45 degrees of rotation) and the medicine ejection device 41 is ejected, and the counting sensor 417 records each medicine ejection so as to realize accurate quantity control. When the medicine is pushed, the spring is compressed, and after the medicine is discharged, the push rod 411 is pushed to the original position again due to the counterforce of the spring 413.
In the embodiment, the medicine discharging storage structure 5 is arranged below the precise medicine sieving structure 4, and is used for controlling medicine discharging and feeding back medicine discharging information; the medicine discharging storage structure 5 comprises an integrated funnel 51, the lower end of the integrated funnel 51 is provided with two shunt pipelines 53, the lower end of the integrated funnel 51 is provided with a rotating shaft at the communication part of the two shunt pipelines 53, the rotating shaft is provided with two shunt baffles 52 for controlling and communicating the two shunt pipelines 53, and the rotating shaft is provided with a progressive motor for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; the medicine discharging and storing structure 5 further comprises a feedback storage box 54 and a feedback controller for controlling the progressive motor, wherein the feedback storage box 51 is communicated with one of the diversion pipelines 53; the box body 1 is internally provided with a storage box 6 for storing externally applied medicines such as Yunnan white powder, sterilized alcohol, adhesive bandages and the like.
After the integrated hopper 51 collects the tablets, when the number of tablets is correct and the feedback controller gives no alarm. The diversion baffle 52 in the diversion conduit opens to the outside of the medicine boxes and discharges the medicines. If the tablet is wrong, the counting sensor 417 of the tablet outlet pipe 416 timely feeds back to the feedback controller, the feedback controller gives an instruction to stop the tablet outlet, and the diversion baffle 52 opens to the feedback storage box 54 to flow the wrong tablet down to the box. And medicine discharge is restarted.
The intelligent medicine box medicine storage device detects the medicine quantity through the pressure sensor, and when the medicine quantity is less than a target value, the red flashing light is used for designating the medicine storage part to store the medicine. The ultraviolet lamp 21 of the upper end cover works when the cover is closed, so that the medicine quality is ensured. The prescription passes through the APP input, and when going out the medicine through timing or APP control, target medicine storage box is released the medicine through dotting device 42 rotation work, and it makes the device pressurized to suppress out medicine device 41 to guarantee that the tablet is through self gravity simultaneously, ensures that all single slices of tablet hit out. After the tablets are pushed out, feedback is given by the count sensor 417, and if the number is insufficient, secondary pushing is performed.
