The invention discloses a method for realizing door zone prompting through an interphone system, which is characterized in that when a car is rescued and moved under the condition of power failure of the system, power is isolated and supplied through an internal power supply of the interphone of the car, and a flat layer switch installed on the car is conducted when the car passes through the door zone position, so that the interphone of the car is communicated with a machine room interphone, the machine room interphone is triggered to send a prompting signal that the car enters the door zone position, a rescuer is informed to stop the car, and related personnel in the car are rescued. When the elevator is rescued in case of power failure, the rescue door area position does not need to be confirmed through the white paint position on the steel wire rope in the machine room, or the door area position does not need to be prompted through the BUZZER in the control cabinet, and whether the lift car is located at the door area position or not can be prompted through an interphone system formed by the existing lift car interphone and the machine room interphone.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the DC/DC isolation module in the car interphone provides a set of isolated power for the leveling switch on the car, which aims to avoid the adverse effect of the interphone power on the system power in case of failure.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the car interphone outputs a door zone signal to the machine room interphone through an optical coupling isolation circuit of the car interphone.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the elevator is rescued in a power failure, the rescue door area position does not need to be confirmed through the white paint position on the steel wire rope in the machine room, or the door area position does not need to be prompted through the BUZZER in the control cabinet, and whether the elevator car is at the door area position or not can be prompted through an interphone system formed by the existing elevator car interphone and the machine room interphone.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the room interphone 10 shown in the figures includes an MCU module U2, the room control board 20 provides the MCU module U2 with a system communication interrupt signal 1 and a system power failure signal 2, the door zone indicator light 11 or/and the door zone speaker 12 in the room interphone 10 are connected to a signal output terminal of the MCU module U2, and the rescue button 13 is connected to a signal input terminal of the MCU module.
The MCU module U2 in the machine room interphone 10 is in communication connection with the MCU module U1 in the car interphone 40 through the flat cable 30. A microphone MIC 14 and a rescue light 15 are also provided in the room interphone 10.
A charging plate 51 in an interphone power supply 50 of the car interphone 40 is connected with a battery 52, the charging plate 51 outputs power sources 24V +, 24V-to supply power to a DC/DC isolation module U3, the DC/DC isolation module U3 provides a group of isolation power sources D24V, the isolation power sources D24V are connected to a leveling switch K1 on a car through a double-link switch RY1 in the car interphone 40 and used by a leveling switch K1 on the car, and a system power source + is connected to a loop between the isolation power source D24V and the leveling switch K1. 2. after the machine room interphone judges that the 3 conditions (system is free of power, system RS485 communication signals and the rescue button 13 on the machine room interphone 10 is pressed down) are all met, the machine room interphone 10 informs the car interphone 40 through the interphone communication system, the MCU module U1 of the car interphone 40 outputs to enable the dual switch RY1-A contact in the car interphone 40 to be closed, at the moment, the elevator rescue starts, and the car slowly slides in the elevator;
3. because the lift car is provided with the leveling switch K1, when the rescue slide of the lift arrives at the door zone, the leveling switch K1 is switched on;
