The seed cotton collected by the cotton picker is poured into the cotton storage box 1, the seed cotton in the cotton storage box 1 is conveyed towards the rear part of the operation direction through the box bottom conveyor belt 21, the seed cotton is lifted and conveyed towards the rear upper part of the operation direction through the lifting conveyor belt 22, so that the seed cotton falls into the accommodating cavity 34 at a constant speed, under the action of the self gravity of the seed cotton and the rotation of the packaging conveyor belt 32, the seed cotton forms a compact round bundle 6 in the accommodating cavity 34 formed by the loose packaging conveyor belt 32 and the fixed side plate 33, then the packaging conveyor belt 32 is driven to rotate in the reverse direction, meanwhile, the film feeding roller 42 rotates, as the rotating shaft of the film cylinder 41 is erected in the U-shaped groove 43 with the upward opening 341, the gravity of the film cylinder 41 is applied to the film feeding roller 42, so that the film roller 42 generates friction force with the surface of the film cylinder 41, the film cylinder 41 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the film feeding roller 42, the packaging film 9 on the surface of the film cylinder 41 is introduced into the gap between the packaging conveyor belt 32 and the circumferential surface of the round bundle 6, the round bale 6 is driven to rotate through the packing conveyer belt 32, the packing film 9 is pulled, and the packing film 9 can be stretched to a certain extent in the pulling process because the rotating linear speed of the packing conveyer belt 32 is greater than the linear speed of the film feeding roller 42, so that the packing film is tightly wrapped on the circumferential surface of the round bale 6, and the seed cotton bundling and film wrapping operation is completed. The roll body includes a drive roller 312 and a plurality of driven voller, the driven voller is including being located the first fixed driven voller 311 that holds the chamber and be close to the opening part of operation direction, drive roller 312 is located first fixed driven voller 311 below, the outer section centre gripping of packing conveyer belt is between first fixed driven voller 311 and drive roller 312.
The bundling machine assembly further comprises a discharging mechanism 7, the discharging mechanism 7 comprises a turnover side plate 71 and a first hydraulic cylinder 72, the turnover side plate 71 is hinged to a shaft portion of one roller 31 behind and below the containing cavity 34 relative to the operation direction, more than one roller 31 in the containing cavity 34 in front and below relative to the operation direction and more than one roller 31 in the containing cavity 34 in rear and above openings 341 relative to the operation direction are fixed to the turnover side plate 71, one end of the first hydraulic cylinder 72 is connected to the fixed side plate 33, and the other end of the first hydraulic cylinder 72 is connected to the turnover side plate 71. After the seed cotton is bundled and coated, the round bale 6 is discharged out of the accommodating cavity 34 through the discharging mechanism 7, specifically, the overturning side plate 71 is hinged to the shaft part of a roller body 31 of the accommodating cavity 34, which is arranged at the rear lower part relative to the operation direction, the overturning side plate 71 is driven to rotate through the first hydraulic cylinder 72, when the seed cotton is discharged, the overturning side plate 71 is driven to rotate towards the rear of the operation direction and is separated from the fixed side plate 33, meanwhile, the roller body 31 connected to the overturning side plate 71 rotates together, so that the accommodating cavity 34 is unfolded towards the rear of the operation direction, the packing conveyer belt 32 inclines towards the rear lower part of the operation direction, the round bale 6 rolls out towards the rear along the inclined packing conveyer belt 32, and the discharging is completed. Thereby the bundling operation machine assembly can integrate feeding, bundling, film feeding, packaging and discharging. The discharging mechanism 7 further comprises a bag guiding seat 73 and a second hydraulic cylinder 74, the bag guiding seat 73 is rotatably connected to the frame 8, the bag guiding seat 73 is located behind and below the containing cavity 34, one end of the second hydraulic cylinder 74 is connected to the frame 8, and the other end of the second hydraulic cylinder 74 is connected to the bag guiding seat 73. The bale guide seat 73 positioned at the rear lower part of the containing cavity 34 is hinged with the frame 8, the second hydraulic cylinder 74 drives the bale guide seat 73 to rotate, when the bundling machine assembly is in forward operation (in a non-discharging state), the second hydraulic cylinder 74 drives the bale guide seat 73 to rotate upwards, so that the bale guide seat 73 is separated from the ground, when the bundling machine assembly is in a discharging state, the second hydraulic cylinder 74 drives the bale guide seat 73 to rotate downwards, so that the bale guide seat 73 is contacted with the ground, when the first hydraulic cylinder 72 drives the turnover side plate 71 to rotate, so that the containing cavity 34 is unfolded, the bale guide seat 73 can support the unfolded bale conveyor belt 32 to form a slope, so that the round bale 6 can smoothly roll out of the containing cavity 34 to complete discharging, in the discharging process, because the bale guide seat 73 is contacted with the ground, a supporting effect can be provided for the machine assembly, and because the bundling machine assembly needs to be provided with wheel supports at the lower part of the cotton storage box 1, the round bale guiding seat 73 is hung on a driving vehicle head and can move forward in the operation direction, so that the gravity center of the round bale 6 can move backward in the operation direction during discharging if the round bale guiding seat 73 is not supported by the ground in the discharging process, the process can bear large load on wheels, the tire protection risk exists, the round bale guiding seat 73 is in contact with the ground during discharging through the structure, and the gravity of the round bale 6 is exerted on the round bale guiding seat 73 during discharging, so that the load of the wheels is reduced.
The feeding mechanism 2 further comprises a material layer control rotor 10 which is rotatably connected with the cotton storage box 1, the direction of rotation of the material layer control rotor 10 is opposite to the rotating direction of the lifting conveying belt 22, and the material layer control rotor 10 is positioned above the lifting conveying belt 22. When the lifting conveyer belt 22 is conveying the unginned cotton, through adjusting the interval between bed of material control rotor 10 and the lifting conveyer belt 22, the unginned cotton material that exceeds preset thickness on messenger's lifting conveyer belt 22 is dialled back, keeps the unginned cotton with even thickness, and in even feeding held the chamber 34, guarantee that the unginned cotton can form tight real, even circle bundle 6 in holding chamber 34. A material baffle plate 11 is arranged behind the lifting conveyer belt 22 relative to the operation direction, and the material baffle plate 11 is positioned above the opening 341 of the accommodating cavity 34. Because the linear velocity of the lifting conveyer belt 22 is fast, the seed cotton has the function of back throwing at the upper end of the lifting conveyer belt 22, the seed cotton which is thrown back smoothly falls into the opening 341 of the containing cavity 34 below under the blocking of the material baffle plate 11, the feeding is completed, and the seed cotton is completely and uniformly fed into the containing cavity 34.
An edge film guide wheel 13 is further arranged at the opening 341 of the accommodating cavity 34, the edge film guide wheel 13 is located behind the extrusion pushing wheel relative to the operation direction, and the axial cross section of the edge film guide wheel is in an I shape. The film guide device further comprises a film guide wheel 12, wherein the circumferential surface of the film guide wheel 12 is in contact with the circumferential surface of the round bundle, and the film guide wheel 12 is positioned between the side film guide wheel 13 and the extrusion pushing wheel. The cotton picker is characterized by further comprising a power driving device 14, wherein the power driving device 14 is connected to the front end, relative to the operation direction, of the cotton storage box. The power driving device 14 can be a loading head, and the cotton storage box 1 is directly hung behind the loading head so as to drive the whole bundling operation machine assembly to move.
In conclusion, the bundling operation machine assembly can realize the integrated operation of cotton storage, feeding, bundling and film coating, can be matched with a box type cotton picker, and has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, flexibility, low failure rate and low investment cost compared with the existing cotton picking and packaging machine.

Claims (10)

1. A bundling operation machine assembly is characterized by comprising a cotton storage box, a feeding mechanism, a bundling mechanism, a film feeding and packaging mechanism and a binding mechanism;
the feeding mechanism comprises a box bottom conveyor belt positioned at the bottom of the cotton storage box and a lifting conveyor belt which is obliquely arranged relative to the box bottom conveyor belt, and the conveying speed of the lifting conveyor belt is higher than that of the box bottom conveyor belt;
the bundling mechanism comprises roller bodies, a bundling conveying belt and fixed side plates, wherein the bundling conveying belt is wound on more than 4 parallel roller bodies to form a closed concave shape, the inner section of the bundling conveying belt sags loosely, the fixed side plates are arranged on the side of the bundling conveying belt, the inner section of the bundling conveying belt and the side plates form an accommodating cavity with an upper opening, and materials rotate in the accommodating cavity to form a round bundle;
the tail end of the lifting conveying belt is positioned above the opening of the accommodating cavity;
the film feeding and packaging mechanism comprises a film cylinder and a film feeding roller; the rotating shaft of the membrane cylinder moves in the U-shaped groove with the groove opening facing upwards; the film feeding roller is positioned below the film cylinder, the circumferential surface of the film cylinder is in contact with the circumferential surface of the film feeding roller, and the film feeding roller supports the film cylinder through a contact surface;
the film feeding roller is positioned above the opening of the accommodating cavity;
the edge covering mechanism comprises an extrusion pushing wheel, the extrusion pushing wheel is installed on the fixed side plate and is positioned at the opening of the containing cavity, and the extrusion pushing wheel is positioned on the side edge of the round bundle;
the linear speed of rotation of the packing conveyer belt is greater than the linear speed of the film feeding roller.
2. A baling press assembly as in claim 1, wherein the roller body includes a drive roller and a plurality of driven rollers, the driven rollers including a first fixed driven roller located at the opening of the receiving cavity near the operating direction, the drive roller being located below the first fixed driven roller, the outer section of the bale conveyor belt being sandwiched between the first fixed driven roller and the drive roller.

A baling machine assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a discharge mechanism including a roll-over side plate hinged to the shaft of one of the rollers in the receiving chamber rearwardly and downwardly with respect to the operating direction, one or more of the rollers forwardly and downwardly with respect to the operating direction in the receiving chamber, and one or more of the roller shafts at the opening rearwardly and upwardly with respect to the operating direction in the receiving chamber are secured to the roll-over side plate, and a first hydraulic cylinder having one end connected to the fixed side plate and the other end connected to the roll-over side plate.
4. A baling machine assembly as in claim 3, wherein said discharge mechanism further comprises a bale guide base rotatably connected to the frame, said bale guide base being located behind and below the receiving cavity, and a second hydraulic cylinder having one end connected to the rear frame of the fixed side plate and the other end connected to the bale guide base.
5. A baling machine assembly as in claim 1, wherein said feed mechanism further includes a material level control rotor rotatably connected with respect to said hopper, said material level control rotor being turned in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the lifting conveyor, said material level control rotor being positioned above the lifting conveyor.
6. A baling machine assembly according to claim 1, wherein a striker plate is provided behind the lifting conveyor belt with respect to the working direction, the striker plate being located above the opening of the receiving cavity.
7. The baling machine assembly of claim 1, wherein a film guiding roller is further provided at the opening of the receiving cavity, said film guiding roller being located below the film feeding roller.
8. A baling press assembly as in claim 1, wherein the opening of the receiving cavity is further provided with a side film guide wheel, the side film guide wheel is located behind the extrusion pushing wheel with respect to the working direction, and the side film guide wheel has an I-shaped axial cross-section.
9. The baling machine assembly of claim 1, further comprising a film guide wheel having a circumferential surface in contact with a circumferential surface of the round bale, the film guide wheel being positioned between the side film guide wheel and the pinch push wheel.
10. A baling machine assembly as in claim 1, further comprising a power drive connected to a forward end of the hopper with respect to the direction of operation.
