Abstract
The invention discloses an information correlation synchronization method and system based on client information, wherein the information correlation synchronization method based on the client information comprises the following steps: step S1, after the customer work order is generated, searching a first enterprise information base according to the enterprise name, judging whether customer information corresponding to the enterprise name exists in the first enterprise information base, and if so, associating the customer information with the customer work order; if not, executing the next step; step S2, inquiring a second enterprise information base according to the enterprise name, and synchronizing the enterprise basic information and the enterprise intellectual property information corresponding to the client information to a first enterprise information base if the corresponding client information is found; and step S3, synchronizing the basic enterprise information to all the client worksheets. It can be understood that the customer work order is generated on a scientific and technological project work management system of an enterprise, the system automatically searches a local enterprise information base according to the name of the enterprise after the customer work order is generated, if the customer is found, the customer is associated with the work order, the scientific and technological project work order system is in communication association with the inside of a special HuiTzu cloud system of the enterprise, and information such as relatively complete enterprise basic information, enterprise intellectual property rights and the like is originally recorded on the HuiTzu cloud system.

It is understood that the client work order generating unit 1 is respectively connected with the first client information query unit 2 and the client information synchronizing unit 5, the first client information query unit 2 is connected with the second client information query unit 3, and the client information associating unit 4 and the client information synchronizing unit 5 are respectively connected with the first client information query unit 2 and the second client information query unit 3. It can be understood that the customer work order generating unit 1, the first customer information querying unit 2, the second customer information querying unit 3, the customer information associating unit 4, and the customer information synchronizing unit 5 are all disposed on the scientific and technological project work piece management system.
